It was pleasant. We were there for a basketball tournament. It did its job!

Liked the hotel lobby, beds were comfortable.

Really wanted to see our friends badly to stay here!

Conveniently located close to where we were visiting. I liked the lemon hand soap!

Our rooms a/c unit was very loud when it came on. So loud you could not hear the tv. The window shade in the room was damaged. There were ants in the bathroom so we waited to shower at our next stop! I am in a wheelchair and there was an active leak in the hallway leading to my room. They put warning signs up that the floor was wet that made it hard for me to get to my room! Was definitely not a good value at $200 a night!

Was a good functional place to stay on a long journey

Clean, like bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast

Noise from highway. Signage to the hotel was too small. Another guest remarked to me he had missed the turn twice! Front desk staff- some were helpful- others barely looked up from their computer

Please place a sign on the road for your future guests

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended a nearby restaurant.

The hotel was very difficult to locate. It was dark when we arrived and there was no sign at the place to turn in. There was another hotel sign, but not a Tru by Hilton sign.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful clean hotel. Coolest pancake maker vet for breakfast- no spoilers.

The coffee cup lids won’t stay on so you can’t take coffee with you.

Breakfast was good. Location was good, but a little hard to find the entrance.

Would have liked a freezer section as part of the in room refrigerator and plastic bags for the ice bucket.

The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I reserved two rooms- my room was perfect. The other room for my adult daughter was not clean. There was a stain on the mirror that looked questionable- as if someone had pleasured themselves.

The breakfast was ok pancake maker was pretty cool

The hotel was dirty not up to Hilton par ...The room were small and not the cleanest hallways looked as I'd they had not been cleaned door were nasty.

It's a very nice, comfortable place to stay. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.

There were multiple options for breakfast. It was very easy to find and convenient. The lobby area was great. We spent several hours playing board games and Foosball. Had a blast!

I felt the room was a little small. But they were clean and well laid out.

Clean, modern and comfy. Will definately stay again if in Knoxville.

Very clean hotel. Love that the rooms have laminate flooring. Modern design. Staff friendly. Desination charger for Tesla vehicles. Exactly what you want for a hotel stay. Highly recommend it.

More options for vegetarians at breakfast.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at UT. The hotel was very basic, and much too expensive for the bare essentials.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Modern and updated look. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was spacious. Restroom was clean.

Dissappointed

Clean, minimalist but what is needed for one night.

I knew the location was next to the highway. I brought my sick wife to the hospital for a procedure the next day and ask the front desk person for a room away from the highway. He said sure and that it's in any case not a bother. I could not have had a room closer to highway. If the window could open I could wash the windows of the trucks. It was the noisiest, most intrusive sleep in a long time in a hotel. And, the hotel was not at all at capacity confirmed by the cars in the parking bays.In addition I booked in at 3 PM. Not sure if they discriminate against Booking.com bookings, but it sure felt that way and I would be hesitant to book at Hilton TRU again.
