Convenient to where i was going and do stores and restaurants and a real breakfast every morning
No problem

Nothing!!!
The room smelled horrible. I had to go purchase air freshener. The cabinet was broken and they had a piece of paper wadded up to keep the door closed. The AC unit doesn’t work and hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel probably opened.
When we arrived there was a huge crowd of men drinking in the parking lot being loud and out of line to us walking by. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my belongings locked in my van. There was another lady ahead of me in line fighting with the attendant as she booked a room and then was told there dog wasn’t allowed.

Room comfort and cleanliness.
Had to wait for the registration staff and breakfast was medium quality.

The pool was nice room was clean
The a/c was off when we got to our room and it took 2 hours to cool down. The beds were not comfortable

The price point was what I was looking for.
you could hear people in the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The room had 2 leaks in the ceiling, curtains falling down, hair in the bathtub and Know hot water.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Location was very convenient especially with Daddy Macs, Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Dougnuts, and so much more so close. Landscaping was being done out front and looked amazing by end of stay.
Refill coffee packs in room each day. Pool wasnt open, was planning to swim anyways.
Not much to complain about here IMO. Was a wonderful stay.

The elevator and hallway had an unpleasant odor.

The sheets were stained and dirty, the toilet was about to fall over. They left no soaps. The staff was super slow and unapproachable. And the breakfast only had eggs and sausage and cereal. It sucked!

Good value for money. Unusual these days.

The best thing about the place was the bed. It had to be one of the best, if not THE best bed I have ever slept in at a hotel/motel. Usually the first night is a rough one for sleep when we travel, but not this time. I had one of the best nights sleep ever in any hotel/motel, and that alone is enough to stay here the next time we are in the area.
The reservation was made with Sleep Inn. I looked at a map and thought it would be easy to find, but after driving around the neightborhood without seeing a Sleep Inn sign, I plugged the address into my GPS, and it took me to a Clarion Inn. The person at the desk verified it really was a Sleep Inn. The name had changed, and the remodeling inside and out was almost done. About the only thing left to do was change the sign. I would have thought one of the first things to do was change the sign, not one of the last things, but what do I know-I'm only a customer.
When my wife and I travel we take two laptops so each of us can be on at the same time. We usually have no problems with hotel/motel wifi, but this time neiher laptop would connect to the motel's network. Even the person at the desk could do it. Luckily my phone accessed the wifi network, so we could use it as a mobile hot spot and the tether the laptops to it.

Very nice, clean and renovated.
Sign and floor mats still have the old hotels name, it was confusing at check in.

name changed without notice on website. front desk did not answer after 10 rings when I tried calling from the parking lot to see if I had the correct location. I had to go inside to ask. a lot of construction in progress without notice on website.

There was a roach crawling on the hall way wall. When I reported it the desk person he suggested I stay somewhere else. Yes, there is a photo of the roach!
I moved to the Hampton Inn in the next parking lot.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the location off the the highway
where to begin….. the construction going on to the building, the broken waffle maker, the lack of breakfast food
