Lovely Stay with an Amazing View

Owner was friendly and very helpful. They emailed very clearly instructions on how to find the parking and how to enter the apartment complex, so there was no stress. Clean and cosy apartment with a really great view of Auckland city and the skytower

Some complimentary tea or coffee would have been a nice addition, though there are a few cafes in short walking distance :)

Needs more furniture as not enough space for a family on the one couch. Needs more cutlery and crockery.

Budget stay

The location beautiful view from our room

Everything done on budget,had to ask for toilet rolls couldn’t read the lock box as so tiny so had ask someone not mouth towels for 4 people. Hard only having one key to get in. Not very much kitchenware. No washing powder for clothes and tumble dryer kept stopping also Electrix had to go off due to roadworks wound prefer notice on that

Loved the stay. But check in to get key need much improvement & make sure everything works.

Location & view were great. Apartment nice & clean.

Check in & getting our keys was terrible. Very fiddly lock box. Hard to see numbers on small lock. Our friends one wouldn’t open at all & she was advised to try scoop keys out of a gap. The garage remote never worked. And only having 1 swipe key was very annoying - you are forever letting others in and out of stairwell etc. also we had no facecloths.

Will not book again

Location was good and convenient to have 2 bathrooms

Only given 1 key and 1 swipe into the building, our family were very busy for the stay and trying to organise ourselves yet maintain access to the building was hard. Pots were unwashed but stacked in the cupboard only given 1 tea towel and 1 towel each for 5 night stay. A very strong bad smell in the kitchen revealed rotten meat in the bottom of the dishwasher, we did not use the dishwasher after discovering that as the smell remained.

The kettle, an the electric fan heater makes a horrible noise when fan was on. The kettle boils an boils with me having to turn it off at times.

The apartment was beautiful wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy it.

I liked the layout of the apartment and comfort.

The communication with the host and us was nil. I sent 2 emails that were not answered prior to arrival which were questions in relation to us staying there.

Loved the location, parking and space.

Bed was very uncomfortable and there were a few scrapes/holes on the wall. No tea towels

Great location and tidy apartment-would recommend

Great location and close to nice eateries. Clean and tidy with everything you need. Nice outlook.

The lock in the ensuite is broken and one of us was locked in there for 20 minutes. A heat pump would add a lot to this property

We had a nice stay despite the frustrations.

location was great for us and views were beautiful

Only one key and fob for access very inconvenient for a family of 4 adults, the security required you to have both for entry to the apartment. . Lack of equipment in the kitchen for making meals, I actually bought some new cooking utensils and left them. No bathroom mat or tea towels until asked for, bath towels too small and thin . After 4 weeks stay in total was asked to pay for a late check out because of flight departure time to the UK this seemed very petty and greedy, as there was no one coming in after us.

Excellent location, close to everything, plenty of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our two weeks stay and will definitely stay here again next time in Auckland.

Great view

Kitchen floor was gritty; numbers on the letterbox lock were tiny and upside down, making access to the remote and entry key much more difficult . Also it wasn't clear which pad we needed to get into the front door. The intercom pad was bigger than the security pad. Clearer instructions would have helped.

View was great.

Door to main bedroom hinges were loose and difficult to close so staff had put double bed in back room with no view and put 2 single beds in the main room. Shower water ran out through gaps in screens and flowed towards laundry not drain hole. Light came onto all rooms around blinds as there were no drapes to cover gaps as I would expect from a 4star venue. There was no tea towel to dry dishes and no tablets for dishwasher. Glass on rachslider had hand marks from previous tenants, despite the constant signs that room left unclean extra cost would be incurred.

The views, the secure car park, modern interior, very clean and tidy.

No air conditioning, it was super hot during our whole stay and the x2 fans supplied were just not sufficient.

Tricky getting in but very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Wasn't expect a 2 bedroom apartment ,the views over the Harbour and close proximity to shops.

Difficulty in getting access to the property and the apartment could have been decorated more to feel and look special.

Would not stay again. Discomfort -10

The beds are THE MOST uncomfortable beds I have EVER slept in. Inner sprung mattresses were like the $50university student bed mattress. I was very disappointed and ended up leaving the next day instead of staying another night. Have booked into physio this week due to neck and back pain. The room had no air conditions so the whole apartment was suckling hot. Really not an enjoyable experience and put me I terrible frame of mind for the funeral I was there to attend
