It’s right next to the ruins. It’s clean. The lady at breakfast was lovely and made us all coffee even though breakfast had officially finished. The bathroom was one of the best we experienced on our trip.
The welcome was not very welcoming. The air conditioning was unable to make a huge impact on the incredibly hot weather.
My son couldn’t stand upright in the bedroom that he shared with his sister.
Some small finishing touches in the room would have made a big difference.

The hotel is the second level (one up from the ground) of an old building, right around the corner from the ruins/archaeological site. Each room is unique and well decorated, with a box AC unit. Our room was spacious and the AC covered the whole room, except the bathroom. Our friends stayed in the split level room and said the AC covered only the bottom living room part and not the bed loft. The king bed was pretty comfy, the the pull-out twin bed was fine. The breakfast was OK, just a pastry with bread and a cold cut/cheese spread. Very starchy, like all Italian food. The pizza restaurant next door was excellent.
There is no staff member on site. You need to text them 30 minutes before you arrive so they can meet you there. The WiFi did not work in our room, so we had to use it in the kitchen area, which seemed to annoy the daughter who provided breakfast. (The hotel is run by a father and daughter pair.) She was also a little snappy when she communicated, and also wanted to smoke cigarettes in front of guests while we were eating breakfast (in 2023!)! The bathroom window in our suite looked out to a courtyard, so the neighbors one level above us, across the way, could look at us while we did our business. So we had to use a towel to cover the window, for privacy. The staff were also stingy with toilet paper, which was just a very a short roll that was see-through thin, and the staff member seemed annoyed when we asked for an extra roll.

Very friendly and willing staff. We took this accommodation in “last minute”, because of issues with previous one. Good location, only 10min walk from train to Pompei and Naples. Heraculum is around the corner. Great breakfast, not only sweet. Large and clean room, clean bathroom with wide shower. Private parking - charged, but in in the closed yard of the house

Great location

I enjoyed the hospitality of the owners who directly recommended places of art, pizzerias and restaurants for dinner. In addition to this, the central location of the hotel has allowed you to admire the festive atmosphere of the victory of the Championship of Naples, especially in the evening in the direction of the Royal Palace of Portici which was charming. The room was comfortable and equally the shower.
If defects can be detected, the room was warm, but with the evening opening of the balcony and windows immediately made the temperature very pleasant.

Lovely B & B in central location, 5 minutes walk from Herculaneum. Antonio and his wife were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and Antonio went out especially each morning to get croissants for us (chocolate filled, marmalade filled or cream filled!). Room (family suite) was very good size, with excellent shower room.
Parking was a little bit tight, and B & B difficult to find at first - we drove round four times before finding it. Had to be careful driving into parking lot at the B & B as it is straight off the main road (Corso Resina) and has concrete bollards either side of the entrance.

2 min walk from entrance to Herculaneum. In fact you can see it from the shared terrace. Very attentive, helpful hosts. Rather than getting taxis your hosts may be able to help you with transfers - far cheaper. Train station only a 10 min walk - very easy and cheap to access Pompeii, Sorrento and Naples via train.

Loved location, staff was friendly, balcony was by far the best thing for us great view of Vesuvius. Good stuff would recommend

the location is absolutely amazing, and the room is so spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well-equipped.
more clarity in regard to the extra cost for the dryer and the parking. A part from that, it was all amazing. A place to stay for sure!

Clean and tidy rooms. Nice views looking over the sea. Cafe and restaurants were nearby.
Also, hotel staff was always very helpful to propose new breakfast ideas every morning and to suggest new places to visit.
The hotel room windows facing the main street has poor sound isolation.

The entire space was recently renovated and lovely. A hidden gem. From the outside, you can't tell there is a hotel. From the inside it is amazing. Antonio assisted with parking, luggage handling, and suggestions for dinner. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. Great breakfast too! The views from the roof top deck (off the kitchen) are stunning. Right next door to Herculaneum.

The location was fabulous, so central and easy to get around. The place was super clean, awesome shower. The breakfast was excellent.
The only one negative thing is that the ceiling in the fire room better was pretty low, my husband is 6ft2 and he couldnt stand upright next to the bed, but downstairs was fabulous.

The property was beautifully furnished. it was a lovely room and the family were very welcoming and helpful. It was very well located near the Herculaneum ruins
We expected the ‘paid for’ parking to be at the property but it was at least 250m away and we had to make several trips to fetch things from the car

Ancient old buildings that has been renovated to create tasteful, spacious rooms hosted by absolutely charming staff. Lovely terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea. Great location for Ercolano.

Exceptional hosts that take exellent care of guests: They are quick to respond to requests or issues and offer excellent recommendations on dining and things to do. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and well furnished for our needs. The common kitchen, dining, and deck offered a welcoming atmosphere. We loved the daily breakfasts and interaction with hosts. The location is a short walk to the train station which takes you to attractions such as Pompeii, Sorrento (A MUST) and Napoli museums.
Having more that one key to access building for our group of adults who went separate ways during the day would have made it more convenient than having to coordinate meet up times yet we managed.

The room was a duplex with a nice bathroom and living .
The B&B is not easy to find , in the middle of the center of Ercolano and for parking we could park inside in a private area but still had to pay 10 € a day.
I didn't pay notice when booking otherwise I would not booked it .
The duplex had the bedroom with height maximum 1.70 m so I had to bench my head to not hit it and it was not fine to sleep in a bed that was not comfortable at all.
The breakfast was very poor , not much variety and just some sweet stuff.
Even the Cappuccino was not good .
We did have way better in other facilities and b&b
Also after we payed we felt like they just didn't do their best anymore by leaving us with all bagage on the stairs outside.
4.5
Excellent room, secure parking, good breakfast, excellent location 50m form the gate of the ruins.
The only thing wrong with with place was the traffic noise at night. However we would stay here again without any hesitation.

Location is very convenient, close to Ercolano Scavi train station, Vesuvius Express Bus Station and Herculaneum Archaeology Park. The room is very nice family style, very clean and comfortable, beautiful water view on porch. The owner helped us to reserve express bus tickets to Mount Vesuvius.

Antonio and Sarah were wonderful hosts and very helpful in arranging our transfers and a meal at a local trattoria Ernesto which was a highlight of our trip. They are yards away and a very easy walk from Herculaneum and the trattoria.

Delicious breakfast - local Neapolitan pastries.

I couldn't say more positive things about this real Italian guest house. Giuseppe kindly arranged a transfer for us from the airport via messages on booking.com. The building itself is so beautiful and historic. The decor and modernisation of this guest house is superb. Beautiful tiled floors, modern spacious bathrooms, air conditioned rooms and plenty of space. (we were a group of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. The family have done an amazing job in restoring and running this beautiful guest house. They were so friendly to us and our teenage children, The breakfast was divine. Really authentic Neapolitan -beautiful juices, fresh fruit, coffee and fabulous Neapolitan pastries. There were cereals too if you fancied it. The location couldn't have been better for exploring Herculaneum (it's pretty much next door!) and just beside the public transport for Mount Vesuvius. We also took the circumvesuviana train into Naples to explore for the day before using it again the next day to travel on down to Sorrento for the next part of our trip. The pizzaria next door was one of the nicest we enjoyed on our trip to Naples, Sorrento and Amalfi.
We opened our window which was silly of us as the air conditioning is brilliant. This meant a noisy start early next morning from a busy street. This was our fault and not 7Cento Vesuviano.

The apartment is just some steps away from the archeological site in Ercolano. We were served our breakfast on that beautiful balcony from where you can see the bay of Napoli and the isle of Ischia.
The owner was so unbelievable kind and helpful with ideas suggestions and small talk. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. Even it was very humid and warm during the days, we had a cool bedroom thanks to the air conditioner.
There's nothing that wasn't close to perfect.

The B&B is in a gorgeous and perfectly renovated flat with high ceilings, beautiful tiles and a fantastic common roof terrace from where you can watch the sunset. Our room was big and had strong and silent aircon. Very convenient location only two minutes from the ruins and about ten minutes walk from the Circumvesuviana station. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.
