Location, lobby and entry area design. Great views from the suite
Noise from stairs and roof deck! We were on the 6th floor right below the roof which is tiled . Bathroom for the roof restaurant is on 6th floor so lots of running up and down the stairs which we were adjacent to

Good Devore and design. Loved the featured artist works.

first of it was very easy to get to the elevator, parking & room. This is not a big hotel with crowds of people. Really nice gym. cleaning ladies are the best!
looks like it is owned by armenian people.
the tiles in the bathroom looks really “weird”.

All - did not make it to the Roof top restaurant, but sounds like it's pretty good, but can get spendy.
We parked on the Street and had to remind front desk not to charge us for parking ... but the bill was correct in the end.

nice & modern, clean & convenient
if on-site restaurant is closed there is nothing within walking distance. and it’s pricey.

i was given room in the 6th floor which is right under their rooftop bar. the music from the bar was loud and annoying.

Friendly service, and everything was clean and fresh.
Food should be included with stay.

it’s nice and clean, very good location
All though it’s a clean facility the housekeeping service it’s horrible they didn’t clean my room in the 3 nights we we’re there.
For me that was absolutely unacceptable for been a 5 star hotel.

I liked the location that it was a few miles from the Verdugo Hills Hospital which is where we needed to be. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were very luxurious! I loved the fact that there was a Nespresso machine and not the usual coffee machine in the rooms for that price. The Olio restaurant had great breakfast and food.
The ice machine sporadically worked and we had to use a bottle of overly priced water to make up for the small complimentary bottle we used to make coffee. Limited free parking only 5 spots or less outside otherwise you pay $22/night for garage parking. The staff can be more responsive. I had called for extra pillows to be brought to our room because I had received surgery. I had to call them twice to remind then and then go to the lobby personally to have them delivered.
