Stay somewhere else

Only thing good about this place was location.

There were many. Beds were absolutely terrible. Kitchen poorly stocked. Dryer vent wasn’t connected to back of dryer. Took us over 30 minutes to even get into our condo. They had changed locks & the code sent to me was for old lock. Even with new code after calling rental company took 4 different codes to finally get in. Locks wasn’t very well explained & didn’t realize they didn’t lock behind you after leaving until a couple days later. Had to call again to find out what was going on there. Half the plug ins didn’t work regardless if switch was on. Several lights out because of no bulbs. Shower in master bedroom was small. Could’ve made it bigger & nicer instead of a tub that I am sure no one uses. Hotels have nicer showers. One of the other bathroom showers had so much pressure it stung & the other had hardly none.

Condo itself was nice. Zero customer service from Vacasa.

Great views from balconies, and right on the beach.

We had issues with the door code not working at times our whole stay. There is nobody at the property that could help. Tried to call and text Vacasa for help, no response. There are only two elevators for 25 floors, and one of them kept breaking down. Long waits for overpacked non air-conditioned elevator.....

Leave a lot to be desired could be much better

The location was great

Air conditioner didn’t work.. fridge didn’t work, No extra towels, no blow dryer. Code sent to unlock door was incorrect and elevator took forever if at all

Overall the stay was very relaxing. It would have been better if the WiFi worked and the ice maker worked.

Ongoing construction. Outdoor pool closed. WiFi didn’t work, ice maker in refrigerator didn’t work.

For the money paid on the room with the dirty room and slick pool side it was to high.

We used the door pad so there was no keys and it didn’t unlock till 4.

We we got in our room at 4 at the check out time our room had not been cleaned! They had to send a cleaning crew to our room while we was there. Also the indoor pool tile was very slick and my daughter slipped and broke her foot. Need to get that fixed or the wrong person is going to slip!

Overall great place, beautiful views, great location, great vacation, will return.

Great location, close enough to walk to restaurants etc. The views were amazing from all rooms. The condo had plenty of space and everything you need (kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms). The condo was super quiet, didn’t hear neighbors above or side. Beach was just steps away.

Beds weren’t the very comfortable, for such a great place, kind of expected more. Sleeping on vacation is important. Also all information sent to us said wifi was included and no password was needed. A password was needed and it took until the end of our week for someone to get back to me with that info, good thing it wasn’t too important! There was some water damage in one of the bathrooms and we had a small bug problem in that bathroom. Indoor pool wasn’t heated, little too cold for swimming indoor.

Great condo, awful parking!

The parking was Terrible! Almost everyone there had big suvs, vans or big trucks. Only up and down the ramps was scary. The van barely made the turns.

There was plenty of space in the condo for our family. The location of the condo is great. Your right on the beach and very close to stores and restaurants.

The parking and elevators would be my biggest complaint! I had a luggage rack on the hitch of my SUV that would scrape the ground when I pulled into the condo. I had to remove it and keep it in my condo during the week to keep from ruining it. The parking garage was hard to maneuver. When it says for compact cars they aren’t kidding. Also with 26 floors you need more that 2 elevators! There was a day when one of the elevators were broken. So we were down to 1.

Superb

The view was amazing and plentu of room...

It didnt have but one extra trashbag,no extra tissue in all 3 bathrooms,only one extra dishwasher detergent pod. It was a 4 day booking that sleeps 11. Other than needing more things to keep stuff clean couldn't ask for a more beautiful place and the view is perfect!

We were given the wrong code to get into the condo The common areas of the building are in need of some TLC Beach towels (I called and they said there was some) not available Toilet seat broken in middle bath Kitchen faucet was broken Would have been nice to know that no condiments were available
