The staff are helpful. The owner is able to speak many different languages. There is a big park besides the hotel so it is good for morning exercise.
Some of the toilets are spoiled. The room is very small. it is actually for massage, not a normal hotel room. So the facility are not so completed.

As long as you've got a sim card and an app like grab or maxim then you'll be fine re location, it's not too bad (maybe 1hr walk to city center but too hot for that).
Great Aircon, shower pressure was good though might depend on which shower as they're all different. If you want to meet travellers I'd look elsewhere, for me it was a nice short break from hostel dorm rooms.
Wifi wasn't great, pretty much couldn't use it. But I had a sim so didn't really matter for a couple of days. Bathroom conditions aren't perfect, but don't forget that it's nice and cheap.

Bed was comfy, room had a nice little desk. The air-conditioning was great and very functional and the location is right beside a great restaurant/coffee place, a nice laundry service and the Sabah Art Gallery which was nice for my first couple days in KK having arrived from travelling elsewhere.
The WiFi was actually good and the desk in the room was quite good for working although very small.
Arrival was awful as the rejected my initial card payment and demanded money late at night which I did not have, neither did I have a sim card and there was no atm near by so I had to make my way to downtown late at night before places closed just to get money for them. Finding the place before hand was also incredibly difficult it's an unmarked door beside a coffee shop that is locked, they gave no prior instruction and they are NOT a hotel as I was told gu them and they do not have a front desk, you have to somehow locate them and phone them which again as a foreigner arriving at night I had no sim card I was just fortunate enough to arrive at the same time as a Malaysian lady.
The shared bathrooms were vile and offered nothing in the way of amenities. The suppose kitchen for use is just a kettle and microwave and the rooms are tiny, mine also felt unsecured and like anybody could probably break the lock and enter with ease.

Called to the property to confirm the availability of check in at midnight. The staff didn't seem to understand English and kept saying "yes" and "call this number". I arrived at midnight and no one was there. I had to scramble to find another place to stay while it was already very late.

it is a cosy place. the other guests are nice as well .. i arrived in the evening so the checking in was fast and I didnt get to look around. My room was dimly lighted and I managed to get some sleep before my flight. thank you.
unfortunately during my stay, the water pressure was too low and I had a hard time cleaning myself. It was a night stay before I flew out and that was the closest stay I could find. Better luck for me next time.
