The condo was very clean and an awesome location. We had a two yr old with us and there was a baby crib and high chair. Also a pool which we enjoyed!!

We were in town for a softball tournament taking place in Broomfield. The location was fantastic, with quick access not only to the fields, but to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. And just 30 minutes from the airport. The place itself was cozy, clean, and worked very well for our family of 4 for a week. The owners were quick to respond to my inquiries before and after I booked the place. If my daughter plays again there or nearby, I will definitely try to book it again.

My husband and I stayed while visited our daughter who lives in the area. The condo is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Although metro Denver is pretty dense, but this condo backs up onto a golf course and has a lovely view of the greens and trees. There was no traffic noise which was a plus. David was great to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

This condo is clean and well kept. We pretty much used it as a hotel room, no cooking... But the kitchen seemed well equipped. Owner was very responsive to emails.

The location is perfectly situated between Denver and Boulder - so ideal for day tripping! Property is in a nice, safe neighborhood, and was very comfortable and well maintained. A great home base after a day of adventure! Really appreciated the washer and dryer so we could pack minimally.

The condo was easy to find, super clean, and well-supplied. We didn’t cook since we had all our meals with family but the kitchen was well supplied so we could have with no problem. We especially appreciated the garage since it snowed. The location was great for visiting family; we would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night after a long day traveling from South Florida and this was exactly what we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to plenty of options for food and last minute “forgot to pack” items, if we had flown back to Florida and not driven we would have been happy to stay here again!

We were pleased with our stay. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. The condo was clean and organized. The location was great and was centralized for the adventuring we did around the area. We had an early flight the day we left and we appreciated that the airport was only a short distance away.

This condo is clean and convenient to Denver, Boulder and Golden. We enjoyed touring around and returning each evening to enjoy dinner in this spacious well equipped space. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and washer/dryer. We will stay again the next time we come to Denver.

My wife and another couple stayed here for 4 nights. A very clean and comfortable unit.. The beds were comfortable and the unit was in a very good location to get to major highways to go and see some of the awesome sights in colorado. We had a great time visiting the city of denver...

David was responsive and provided all necessary information prior to arrival. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was very convenient for visiting Rocky National Park. It was perfect for our family vacation! We would definitely stay again!

We had a good stay and not really any issues. When reserving the checkout time does say 10am but in the email for information it states 9:30am. I am not a fan of inaccurate information but we were able to accommodate and leave by 9:30. Other than that things went well and no issues. Garage is tight but works great. Easy access and is upstairs apartment. Not really any view off of the deck due to trees in the way. Would stay again if we make it back in the area.

Recently stayed at this property and would definitely stay again. Location is great, with everything you need nearby and easy access to freeways. David was great to work with and easy to connect with. My son fell ill at the end of our stay, and David was very understanding of our need to extend our stay before flying back home. He was quick to respond and very accommodating, super thankful for his awesomeness.

I was quite happy with the listing. The price was reasonable for exactly what we were looking for. We were able to use the kitchen, enjoy sitting out on the balcony, and comfortably use the condo as our base of operations for our stay in colorado. I was pleasantly surprised when the host provided recommendations for food and activities to try.

We had a great time staying at David and Sheila's condo in Westminster. It was a great location for us as we made day trips to Boulder, Golden, and have some great meals in nearby Louisville. David communicated throughout the process and check-in and checkout were easy and always responded quickly. The condo has two BRs and 2 Baths and was great for our small group of 3 people. After a busy day of visiting different locations around the area it was nice to come back to a nice quiet condo and relax and unwind. Walking around the neighborhood and the near by walking trails was great in the morning and also at dusk as you can watch great sunsets over the Rockies from just a little distance from the condo. It was great staying at the condo and if we come back to Westminster in the near future we would definitely rent again from David.

We had a great short and sweet stay… for an evening with my fiancé and two teen sons. Safe and quite location that is close to the 124th train to union station . We were here to watch the Dodgers take on the Rockies which was an added benefit without having to sit and traffic and locate parking downtown. David was great. He communicated quickly with a request I had and was able to come thru. Thank you

Perfect location for us to get into Denver & Boulder to sight see. Master bed slept great with the black out shades. Good parking. Owner was extremely helpful with recommendations & communication. Lots of good restaurants & a nice brewery with in moments of the house.

clean place but a lot of rules and cleaning instructions even though there was a cleaning fee. a lot of the items were not working. Many rules about not touching or changing stuff. The shower did not push up all the way so there were little things that didn't work quite right but it was clean.
