Looking forward to a return visit before too long.

Beautiful relaxing four days. Could not have asked for anything more. The acommodation, location suited us to a tee. Hosts were more than helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the east coast area.

Overall, this was an excellent selection for us.

The accommodation is beautifully sited in a very attractively landscaped garden. It is quiet and peaceful with great birdlife and filtered views of the glorious Spring Beach which it sits above. We stayed 3 nights and used it as a base for 2 days of exploration of Maria Island.

Just one deficiency to be aware of IF it matters to you. There are no laundry facilities, washing machine & dryer. This can be a problem if you are doing a road trip where dirty clothes can accumulate.

Relaxing time near a beautiful beach.

Wonderful, quiet and peaceful location. Everything was set up to ensure you felt relaxed and safe. Appreciated the artwork throughout the unit.

Chris was very pleasant and forthcoming as a host and made me feel right at home

Generous supply of breakfast items including fresh eggs, bread (toaster provided), a nice array of jams, free tea and coffee, chocolate pralines and a bottle of bubbles waiting in the fridge. The booking gives the guest access to a whole unit to themselves with bedroom, en suite bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/lounge room with a sturdy table ideal for remote work. There's also a nice outdoor area with couches to sit in on a breezy summer's day. All within close reach to the beach and with ready access to the stunningly scenic Great Eastern Drive.

Wonderful place to stay - so quiet

There are so many things that “stand out” - the welcome from the owner, Chris, when we arrived, the fresh eggs for breakfast, the views of the garden to the ocean to name a few.

Hosts are so lovely and take pride in their place. So welcoming on arrival. Venue top class.views out the windows beautiful and the birds were so lovely to watch and listen. would highly recommend this place .

Perfect for a couple of overnight stays for work. Absolutely everything you need and more.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, impeccably clean and so many extra touches. Free range eggs from the property, real leaf tea and a tea pot, chocolates and more, warm, spacious with everything you need.

Great spot for visiting Maria Island

This place was very comfortable, spacious, impeccably clean and well appointed. It's perfectly located for visiting Maria Island. The breakfast supplied was a delightful surprise as was the bottle of wine. We loved it. The fish van in Triabunna was fun.

An apartment ‘retreat’ with outstanding features that makes for a relaxing stay.

A well thought out layout of the facilities with excellent and comfortable ammenities by the owners-hosts makes this retreat a relaxing place to stay. Breakfast and other provisions with big and small touches raises the standard above and beyond similarly priced facilities. The quiet town of Spring Beach and nearby Orford add to the attraction.

Peaceful, very comfortable, and spotless!

The property was immaculately clean, and there was nothing they hadn't thought of - lots of thoughtful touches. It's a great option if you're looking to stay near the Maria Island (Triabunna) ferry terminal.

Spring Bay is beautiful, but very quiet - it is a short drive if you're after supplies or services.
