Exceptional

This space was WOW! & I highly recommend to any group. I just made it home from this beautiful 9 bedroom unit. My family and I enjoyed this spacious and relaxing place. The manager "Ralynn", greeted us with a kind smile and a firm handshake. She was very helpful before, during and after the trip. Also the owner, Paul, was very professional and patient with me while I was having difficulties with payment. Everytime I needed something, they got right on it. I noticed bad reviews on this unit but let me tell yall, we smelled the cleanliness from outside. We had clean dishes, towels the floor was clean enough to walk around barefoot. The pictures on the website are exactly the way this unit looks. They are planning on renovating in the future so soon it will look even better. Me and my family felt right at home!

Disappointing

It was spacious and comfortably slept the number of guest in my party.

The place was not clean at all. Once I arrived there was no available staff during my entire stay. It's also located in an area that most people avoid, so it was difficult to get transportation (Ubers) from the location.

Nothing

House did not look like what was pictured. Construction was going on while at the property. House was nasty. Bed sheets were nasty. You do not have the house to yourself other are there as well. Parts was stolen off our vehicle. We asked to be moved but they did nothing. Kept repeating it’s no refundable. No pool. Bathroom were backed up. Some lights did not work. It was overpriced with no parking. Mold was in my bedroom.

A house from hell

Everything at this house was a mess from the host Cassandra being unprofessional to the house looking nothing like the picture there was no pool the house was so dirty a dog wouldn’t even stay there it’s really 7 rooms and the floor dishes sink towels bed was so dirty had three exit doors thr at we didn’t know where it lead to and the outside was a construction site which was hazardous is was a house from hell!
