Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.!!!

Nichts !

Trotz angeblich kostenlosem Parkplatz wurden 50 USD verlangt. Badezimmer wurde von einigen Mitbewohnern genutzt ( Kakerlaken!!!). Auch im Bett fanden wir Kakerlaken. Der Kühlschrank war mit hunderten kleinen Tierchen bevölkert. Erst am vorletzten Tag kam der Zimmer-Service. Frühstück war bescheiden aber OK.

New Orleans life

Gutes Hotel am Rand von New Orleans. Knapp 20min zum Zentrum. Personal freundlich. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch.

Fenster waren einglassig und es war nicht dicht. Klimaanlage musste es ausgleichen. Sehr laut da die Interstate gleich daneben liegt.

Location, price, gated parking, comfortable & clean beds

Stains on a chair, curtain, and bed spread in the room. The room was very clean but the stained items detracted from that

A very solid budget option

The room was spacious and had everything I needed and the breakfast was a nice bonus. The location is not that bad, as several public buses run nearby, so you can leave your car here and not have to worry about parking downtown.

The only thing I didn't like was the bright neon light just outside my room. The curtains couldn't cover it completely, so all night it seemed it was day.

Great place, unfortunate location.

The place is clean. The lady that works at the front desk during the morning through afternoon was very nice, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great, good options and nice sized dinning hall. I liked the ice machine, secured parking and the swimming pool is a plus.

The only eyesaw is the prostitutes that hangs out on the street. There isn't anything the hotel could do about it, so be prepared to see them morning, noon and night.

Our one week stay was only one night because of the bedbugs in one room.

The only thing I liked was the small variety of breakfast food offered, but one waffle machine for a hotel of guests was ridiculous.

Out of the three rooms we booked, one had a small roach festation and the other room had bedbugs. My sister, her handicapped son and her granddaughter were badly bitten.

Friendly staff, decent for the price.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Loved the soap and shampoo options in the shower.

The facilities are okay, but the beds could have been more comfortable. There were a couple roaches/water bugs/palmetto bugs whatever you want to call them in our room. The lighting in the room is pretty dark and not many outlets, but the beds were clean. The room itself overall seemed clean besides the floor.

I liked my room because it had a balcony and wasnt too far from Downtown.

They told me I couldnt smoke cigarettes on the balcony which is stupid because its outside. better me smoking on the balcony then in the room. Right? Also if u park in the gate instead of the front you have to walk up the stairs to the second floor to get to the first floor from parking. Also the hotel has a smell like wet or mildewish, they also need better lighting in the rooms.

A nice stay with a family.

It was a clean hotel with nice rooms. Swimming pool was good and there also was a laundry room to use. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast could have had more options such as eggs or some fruits. Coffee was good. The hotel is close to a busy road and the area nearby is a bit restless. Our room was not close to the street so it didn’t matter. We felt safe.

Right off the highway for getting places. Elevator & Dolly were most helpful. Top floor = quiet!

The room was spacious .... having a table and 2 chairs helped a lot when wanting to rest and have a bite to eat in the room. The breakfast room was also very spacious.....room for everyone at a time....

Light in the room was minimal since there is only one small window.....breakfast room was always out of items.....NO FRUIT or Yogurt of any kind? Orange juice was frozen everyday? Only white bread? Cleaning Service in your room ONLY if REQUESTED, otherwise not part of the hotel. Could not get a final printout of my bill on the last day....??? (explained it was booked through a 3rd party Booking.com) How come I got my bills from my other accommodations booked the same way? "Ladies of the Night" are all along the road as you return home??? Coffee in the lobby .... no decaf option??? Couldn't find the Dolly to move out our luggage on final day???

for the price and location, great place to stay! wondeful staff as well.

I liked that it was in a great spot! very close to New Orleans for the price! staff was very kind and sweet, and made sure all of our things were taken care of

we got to our room, and the a/c did not work, but when I called the front desk he graciously moved us to another room and the a/c did work! did have a bit of a smell in the second room, but was tolerable.

Street walker's

It was pretty and pool was cool. I liked the parking was secured.

The street walkers!! There were street walkers all around the hotel which wasn't a fun conversation to have with my 9yr old son. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Disappointing

Area not good, lots of ladies of the night and random people walking around at night on the street. Despite, place has good security, gated parking lot, which was good since we came from our cruise and had a lot of luggage in our SUV. Pool was closed, didn't bother with breakfast based on recent reviews.

Bathroom was clean. Beds clean and okay. Walls are super thin; we could hear two rooms down a woman saying she was going to beat the **** out of her toddler for knocking over some dirty clothes. Could hear every toilet flush, etc. Didn't get much sleep here. Carpet was the dirtiest I ever stepped on. Fresh out of the shower, after walking on the carpet a few steps to the bed my feet got black on the bottoms as did my family's. Gross. I got a clean towel and rubbed it once on the carpet once and it was dirty. Definitely bring extra socks or flip flops Lysol and headphones if you're staying here. Won't be returning.
