Superb

Very nice property, exactly what I needed it for. Slept like a baby. Good transport links too, would definitely recommend.

Only thing, could do with more towels, especially for the bathroom floor, which nearly flooded each time you step out of the shower.

Fella who booked is in was really nice. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Bathroom lovely and clean as well. Slept well and great value for money

Exhausted from noise and lack of sleep, never ever would go back again!

Bedroom and ensuite were clean and comfortable.

Had to pay for parking at property and said it had kitchen facilities but were told only microwave to heat up and no crockery or utensils to use. Very loud and residents stayed up all night drinking till 8 am in the morning when we left . When we complained we were told the noise came from people in the street which was a blant lie as they still had beer cans and getting more out of the fridge.

Bed diabolical and risk injury! No Kettle or soap. Go elsewhere!

That there was an Asda 10mins walk+25mins walk to venue I needed to be at. No parking charges. Check in quick.

There was no kettle etc in room. Boiler downstairs with tea+coffee+powered milk+water only tepid, so basically no hot drinks. Went+bought kettle. Got back+went to have shower. No soap or shower gel of any kind. Shower door only half opens+have to get in sideways as it’s blocked by the toilet. Nothing to put on floor to catch drips/dampness on feet. So floor by shower gets wet. All the springs can be felt through the mattress+wrecked my hip…now had to pay for physio to sort it. +I’ve never had a hip issue in my life! Definitely cause+effect. Seriously the worst bed ever slept on. What is it with Uk hospitality they don’t get the one thing that matters right-a decent kip! Seem to think beds last for ages, when with the usage of visitors they don’t. If your bed done in at home you’d replace it, so need to do same more often. Grout between tiles in bathroom need a good clean out Tv situated above the bathroom door, just below ceiling height, which isn’t great No separation between bar/pool table and rooms. Noise travels straight up the stairs, so you can hear everything. Didn’t realised there was a bar…obviously a home fitted in job as not a proper full bar. Avoid if want quiet kip. Would give 1 rating but cos were rated 2 despite rest being lowest rank booking has given it two stars. Not two star!

Dirty and rundown

Although the hotel was a decent price you still expect good standard of rooms.

The room was dirty and not been cleaned properly for some time, the security was poor as the main apartment door was very flimsy and the bathroom door was badly damaged picture will be attached The staff are friendly but surly they could make the place a bit cleaner and safer.

Buon hotel economico sito nella periferia della città, raggiungibile coi mezzi pubblici in meno di 20 minuti. Staff e personale cordiali e disponibili. Bagno in condivisione pulito, termosifone da ustione. Attenzione se doveste appoggiarvi! Consigliato per brevi periodi.

It was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was basic but fine for my needs. There was a shared kitchen which was useful.

It was too hot. The kitchen wasn't clean and the oven didn't work.

Uninspiring

Good value but an unexpected £5 per night parking.

Not a very inspiring place to be. Basic but clean room. Nothing positive or inspiring to say. A tradesperson hotel in the week, and a noisy party place at thd weekend. No fresh towels, loo roll etc (during multi night stay).

pleasant return once again.

returning customer, as per great decent stay has the basics what you need for just a night stay or for the short weekend - also added more decorative and furnishings on the bottom floor which wasn’t there on my last visit.

not a bad thing the car parking is quite small and tight won’t be good if you have a big car/vehicle but apart from that can’t complain whatsoever about the place and stay.

Bed was spot on for the money it was ok

Bit out the way but cheep bus into town. Room was ok but cold as i was a long way up attic room with a few cracks .on walls did not see any other guest .o well out of date drink 22 10 22 giv me a bit of upset belly but all in all it was a place to get ya head down this is a review probley not to slag the place off but will stay there again so just oppioni

Great Place just a short walk from the city centre. The room was great and the beds were very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints for the price paid, the staff were also very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
