Excellant location

Location excellant and tony was great very helpful couldnt do enough for us would definatly return

Only thing was we had a spillage and there was no mop or kitchen roll but we improvised but could not fault anything

O locație excelentă pentru Newcastle.

O bucătărie dotată cu tot ce îți trebuie. Camere spațioase, securitatea locației și liniștea. Comunicare foarte ușoară cu gazda. Locația este foarte bine așezată vis-a-vis de gara, centru și faleza. In zona exista un restaurant cu o * Michelin.

Locație tipic englezeasca. Mai putina atentie la detalii. Lipsa ferestrelor pentru aerisire.

Centrally located and the on site staff were very pleasant and helpful

Cleanliness left a bit to be desired Bathroom and en suite doors didn’t close properly The decor was generally very tired and needed sprucing up

dreadful. poor quality, poor ventilation dirty property

location and nothing more

The apartment as you know was incredibly disappointing. I understand we were not your “typical demographic” then this should have been made very clear. I wonder with no fresh air how it is even legal to rent out. No windows at all and no ventilation made for a very stuffy weekend with just rather smelly air fresheners. I’ve listed the some feedback as a list to keep things brief Lack natural light Lack of natural air No hooks for towels in the bathroom No hooks for coats or anything at all Lack of lamps or just basics you expect from accomodation Shower in the main bathroom is broken. The shower bar handle is lose and you cannot turn and regulate the temperature. Shower is just hot. Health and safety hazard Skirting boards dirty and mouldy in places Kitchen door handles dirty Mattresses are old and uncomfortable Pillows lumpy Bedding old and worn, some stains No table to eat at Kitchen stool wobbles No loo roll holders Broken toilet seats Kitchen bin doesn't close

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom And a clean kitchen and massive siittng room. Tony is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé know about the area. We had a great stay!

Good location but could do with some thought for those who are staying

Location was ideal and nice to have 2 bathrooms

One shower was too hot and therefore we couldn’t use. No washing up sponges to wash up what we had used. No toaster. Very hot in the apartment with no fans supplied and no ventilation. Bad smell when we arrived. Not enough toilet rolls for 6 visitors.

It was big and spacious very clean and defo in a good area we would stop again xx

Its not that I didn't like it was more if you've got 9 beds there should be the same amount of plates cutlery as we had to eat out of bowls and with spoons some of us x
