With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, which establishes the new traveler data registry approved by the Ministry of the Interior and on a national basis, from December 2, 2024, we are forced to advise that we are required by law to request the following information from all our guests:
- Name
- First surname
- Second surname
- Sex
- Identity document number
- Document support number
- Type of document (DNI, passport, TIE)
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Place of habitual residence (full address, town and country)
- Landline telephone
- Mobile phone
- Email
- Number of travelers
- Relationship between travelers (in the event that any of them is a minor)


In addition to personal data, our government also compels us to inform and send to the authorities the following data regarding the transaction:
- Contract: reference number, date and signature
- Execution of the contract: date and time of entry and date and time of departure
- Property: full address, number of rooms and internet connection (yes/no)
- Payment: type (cash, credit card, payment platform, transfer…), identification of the payment method (type of card and number, IBAN bank account, mobile payment solution, others), holder of the payment method, card expiration date and payment date.
