About this villa rental
This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes' walk from sandy beaches, the local town and Puerto Marina at Benalmadena Costa. The villa is really comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful, easy, relaxing holiday! I have a team to look after the villas should you have a problem.
HOUSE LAYOUT: The main floor of the villa has three bedrooms (double, twin and bunk) and one bathroom. There is also the games room, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two double sofa beds, one in the living room and one in the games room. The lower level bedroom has twin beds, bathroom and a double sofa bed. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has a superking bed, large bathroom with large jacuzzi and a roof top terrace.
CHILD SAFETY: We have a Pool Safe Fence available if you are travelling with children. It is to European Standard - you can see it in the photos. It can be removed it you don't need it. The front terrace is gated, also the BBQ terrace and there is a gate by the kitchen door. If you close the gates, children cannot get to the pool area.
CHILDREN’S FACILITIES: cots; high chair; push chair; baby bath, etc... please see my website for more details.
Car hire is not necessary.

From Puerto Marina you can take boat trips along the coast or dolphin watching - or just stroll along and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere!
An easy walk from the villa is to Parque Paloma. A great, free, day out for all the family - lots of play areas for kids and a mini zoo. You can walk back along the promenade if you like and enjoy excellent tapas in any of the beach restaurants!
You can get a taxi or bus to the local Water Park and to the Crocodile Park. Or, an excursion to Mijas, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar..... These can be booked locally and there is an information file in the villa to help you.

First time away from home and from UK for Christmas and New Year. We chose Benalmadena for its close proximity to Malaga Airport and for its such mild winter temps and hours of sunshine. All 10 of us met at the villa from 3 different countries within days of each other. The villa was exactly as described in the ad, clean, well maintained and everything working. We found its location to be central without the noise of "downtown", but easily accessible being only a 12 minute walk to supermarket or 5 mins drive to a hypermarket. Adequate wifi coverage. We paid extra for heating the pool but it was well worth it. Communication with the owner Jennifer was excellent. On one occasion we had no hot water (electric fuse had tripped), on another we ran out of heating gas. On both occasions, it was fixed immediately with a TXT message or phone call so really big plus for that. Really quite impressed with it all and cannot wait to revisit.

Great living and outdoor space, we had 10 adults in our party so bedrooms were good but would be difficult to accommodate up to 14 as advertised for.
Location is good, quiet street and easy walk to the nearby supermarkets.
Clean and had all the required amenities. Only thing that let the first impression of the villa down was the garden was a bit unkempt, long grass around the pool area!

We were a group of 12 - 5 adults and 7 children aged 8 and under. This villa was perfect for us and Jennifer the host could not have been more helpful. Her communication was excellent.
The villa was lovely and clean and very well equipped for all our needs.
We had the pool heated and the children had hours of fun in there.
The beach and restaurants were a bit of a walk for little legs so I’d recommend a buggy for younger children.

Made the best of a bad situation
Unfortunately our holiday was cut short but despite not being able to go out we managed to make our own entertainment and had fun. The villa is exactly as stated, good size. There was a lot of communication with the owner.

Wonderful Villa
We had a wonderful week at Los Limones .
The house was exactly as described and really well equipped with everything anyone could have needed .
Please pass our thanks to Lorraine and Miguel . Both helpful and charming . In particular Miguel was with us
within minutes when we had a problem with the hot water (the pilot light had blown out) .Other than that
everything worked perfectly . Very quiet position . Walking distance to El Pinillo train station, Super Sol supermarket and the Marina

Villa in heaven
This villa is unbelievable. Couldn’t fault it. Enormous in size. Kids will love it. Has everything needed from kids toys to adults pool table. The gardens and pool are amazing. Immaculately cleaned and everything worked. Close to all amenities and ample bars restaurants if you can drag the kids(or your husband) away from the heated pool.. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for our best holiday yet in Spain.. If you want a beautiful place to stay then this is it ..Heaven...

March at Casa de los limones
Just arrived back from a brilliant week staying in the Casa De Los Limones.
An amazing property with really good facilities, the pictures on line looked good but we were even more pleased on arrival. Villa has really good layout for families, everyone can have their own space if needed. We made good use of the pool surrounded by lovely plants and the beautiful lemon trees - the lemons went well with the gin!
Location wise was good for us as we enjoy walking around the area and getting to see how the locals live. The villa is on a quiet street in a residential area but not far from every thing you need - supermarket 5 min walk. We found we did not need to hire a car. We found it to be about a 10-15 minute walk down to the promenade.
We caught the train from the airport which was really easy to use and very efficient, about a 10-15 min walk from station - El Pinillo.
We used the local buses to get up to Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas - both worth the trip and only 1 euro 80 cents! Briliant.
Lots to see and do in the area and the villa was fantastic to chill out and relax in.

Wonderful villa
Very good spacious well equipped villa. Our party of eight grandparents, parents and children really enjoyed the holiday. Kids ( 9, 11 and 13 years ) spent hours in the good sized pool. Plenty of areas to sit. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening.
Walkable to restaurants, harbour and beach.
Will recommend to friends.

Great home for families to enjoy the Costa del Sol
We stayed for 10 days through the holidays and had another family join us for a week. The layout of the house allowed everyone to have their own space. Individual heat&a/c units in each bedroom and living rooms. Linens provided and beds/towels changed midway through our stay. Property was very clean upon arrival and yard is well looked after. Kitchen was good for home cooked meals (supermarkets within walking distance) and the mini pool table was fun. I'm sure it would be even better to stay here in summer - lots of great outdoor space. There was a lot of room for the kids to play in the yard, but unfortunately weather was too chilly for us to swim. We appreciated being able to do our laundry. We were able to easily walk all through the town and to the metro station to go to Malaga and day trip to Ronda. Jennifer even referred us to a dentist who was able to address a tooth problem during the holidays!

Wonderful !!!
We all had THE most amazing holiday at Casa de los LImones. THe whole booking process from start to finish was easy, our deposit refunded immediately. There were 11 of us in our group and the house was plenty large enough. We had the pool heated and that was great in the winter. House was super clean, good easy instructions how to get the key. Lots to do - there were games and books for our little kids and we all enjoyed the snooker in the evenings. Will definitely return!

FABULOUS VILLA
HAD A WONDERFUL TIME IN CASA DE LOS LIMONES, THE VILLA WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE EXTRAS PROVIDED BY JENNIFER FOR THE CHILDREN WERE REALLY APPRECIATED. HAVING THE POOL HEATED FOR OUR STAY IN NOVEMBER WAS LOVELY AS THE CHILDREN LOVED EVERY MINUTE AND WE COULDN’T KEEP THEM OUT. THE FACILITIES OF THE VILLA WERE EXCELLENT AND THE GARDENS WERE VERY WELL MAINTAINED. A WONDERFUL TIME WAS HAD BY EVERYONE AND WE CAN CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS VILLA.

First impression was much better than the photos! The house is huge! Super clean and everyone was really helpful. We had the pool heated which was great and the weather was really warm and sunny too. There are lots of places to eat near and we walked to the marina almost every evening. Wonderful stay and would certainly come back!

We stayed at this villa and added a couple of nights in the owners apartment in malaga. All worked great. This villa is FANTASTIC! Loads of space and really clean. Had everything we needed. We liked to walk to the marina in the evenings but mostly we enjoyed chilling out at the villa. We had the pool heated and so even in april we enjoyed swimming! What a treat!

Fantastic villa
What a fantastic villa so much room and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday by a pool, having a bbq etc. Very clean well maintained and when we had a small problem someone came straight away to fix it. It was nice having the small annex section downstairs especially if you have teenagers or are separate families. Would highly recommend, we will be back. There was 8 ladies at the villa who had a great time thanks to great accommodation Supermarket near by for all you need and nice walk along to shops or down to the beach. Can access it by train from airport then bus however we did take a taxi. Enjoyed the walk along to the cable car and the small train along the beach front all again within walking distance.
Villa is in a nice quiet residential area away from the main buzz but easy to go there if you want to.

Superb!! Deserves more than 5 stars!
We have the most wonderful week at this villa in February this year. From start to finish I can't praise Jennifer and her team enough. The villa is SUPERB!! The photos really don't do it justice. It is huge – loads of space for all our family and we were 13 in all. Ages 2 – 81. There was everything we could possibly want and more! Lots of space, a lovely kitchen, comfy beds, even toys and books for the youngsters. We had lots of BBQ's and even when it was a bit cooler it didn't matter as the patio is really sheltered. We had some mixed weather but some lovely sunny days. We made good use of the pool, we all loved it and it was great to have it heated which was excellent and meant the kiddies were in and out all the time! You can easily get about from the villa. We didn't hire a car and never felt we needed it. Supermarkets etc are close. We were worried when we saw it was uphill from the beach but it isn't really and we went to the marina lots of times in the evenings. To be honest we didn't really want to be away from the villa in the day as we was so wonderful! Thank you for making it all so easy! We always got a quick reply to our emails. Jennifers website is great and has lots of information we booked our taxis from that and it worked out great.. Best holiday ever!

Beautiful villa with great facillities
Just back from the most wonderful week at Casa de los Limones. The villa is fantastic and even better than we were expecting. We easily walked to the marina many times and the supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk which made it easy. The road is nice and quiet but we found it really easy to get about. The marina is lovely and we found some nice places to eat, but we also found that eating in Arroyo was good and generally a bit cheaper. The villa itself was great. It was lovely and clean adn we had everything we needed. There were 12 in our group and we all had lots of space. My dad liked to sit in the shade by the BBQ terrace away from the pool but our kids loved the garden and the pool. Definitely was worth getting the pool heated.We had lots of games of table tennis and when we didn’t feel like going out in the evening it was fun to play snooker. We hope to return next year and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

This is a first class villa with ample accommodation for an extended family and plenty of space.
The amenities are swimming pool, table tennis, snooker, barbecue plus the usual TV , Hi-fi, wi-fi etc.
It is secure from the outside (essential with small children), and there are plenty of 'hideaway areas' to get lost in.
The owner's description is accurate; the property is clean; the customer service is first class.
I would have no hesitation about recommending the villa to friends or relatives.
This is our second stay in this same villa and our only problem is the distance to the beach/restaurants etc if you are walking with 3 year-olds. Not a lot the owner can do about that really!

Casa de los Limones
Stayed here for a week recently with my family and we all absolutely loved it. The pool in particular was fantastic. Great location, around the corner from the beach and a short downhill walk to the beautiful beach and marina. The villa was clean and well maintained and we will certainly be returning.

Our best holiday ever!
we have just come back from this wonderful villa. it was so fantastic to have all the family together and to have everything made so easy. There were 13 of us, all ages, 3 generations. we found that we all could have some private space which was great, the villa is really big and we enjoyed lots of BBQ's - there is a great long table so we could all eat together. There is an extra fridge freezer outside so we could keep all our drinks cold. Even cooking in the kitchen was ok as there are 2 ovens. we didn't often want to sit inside but there was plenty of space in the lounge when we did want to watch the tv! we went to the marina several times which was great but we really just enjoyed this wonderful villa. looking forward to coming back!

Excellent villa, in a peaceful location,
This was our first family holiday together, 13 of us, from a 7 year old to a 62 year old, but this villa is so well laid out that there are plenty of areas where all 13 could sit down comfortably together for meals, but also areas where you could get away from every one if you wished. The master bedroom is a very good size with plenty of storage; the other 4 bedrooms are a good size too. The three bathrooms are well appointed too. The living room area is a little on the small side as all 13 of us couldn’t sit down together, but this really wasn’t a problem as most of the time was spent outside. The kitchen again is a little small and we had a little problem trying to cook for 13 all at the same time, but having the barbeque ment this only happened a couple of times. The pool is excellent, not so big that the little ones where frightened, but large enough for the grownups to have a good swim, and when you’ve finished swimming, the pool table and table tennis come to the rescue. The villa is in a very quite and secluded area, so very peaceful, but only 10 to 15 minuets walk from shops, bars, restaurants, train station, bus stops and the beach. All in all, this villa and its location, really has everything for a very good family holiday.

A lovely week had by all.
We as a family of 11 stayed for a week, age range from 2 years to 60 years, the property and grounds are well maintained, clean and comfortable, on arriving we were met by Larraine and Miguel both very pleasant and welcoming, a few days later Jennifer the owner called by to introduce herself and ensure everything was okay, customer service excellent. Facilities provided at the villa were more then we had imagined, toys appropriate for the younger children, including dvd's, table tennis, pool table and darts board for the older ones, books, other dvd's, board games also.
Location was more or less centralized to gain access to the whole of Belemedena, only 20 minutes walk from the train station and also from the beach, local restaurants served good food at reasonable cost, pleasant service from most.
We as a family had a fantastic week and would highly recommend this to any family or group of friends.
