Located in building 2 on the third floor, this casa radiates warmth and masculine beauty. Inspired by the haciendas of Old Mexico, the home features classic wood-beamed ceilings and terra cotta floors throughout. Guests will be greeted with vibrant artwork which inspired the owners to thoughtfully name their home, “Casa Del Toro”. With luxury in mind, a down-filled sectional fills the living room along with a one-of-a-kind dining table made from sustainable-sourced fossilized wood that comfortably seats six.
Floor to ceiling glass doors open the entire common area to a spacious outdoor veranda, creating a true indoor/outdoor living experience. Enjoy alfresco dining on a table designed by artisans from locally sourced pochote wood. The veranda may also be accessed from the master bedroom which offers the same spectacular views of the sea and Land’s End.
This home offers a gourmet kitchen featuring Mexican tile, granite counter tops, rich wood cabinetry, top-quality stainless-steel appliances, a four-seat breakfast bar, and an outdoor grill.
Casa Del Toro features two bedrooms, both with king beds and ensuite baths. All bathrooms are set up with the essentials including body soaps, shampoos, and hairdryers. A comfortable queen size murphy bed is hidden away in the main area behind a wall encasement.
NEW! The master bath features a newly renovated 2-person deluxe shower with dual showerheads. The shower is accentuated with a custom onyx backlit wall for a truly spa experience.
The unit is equipped with wifi along with three Samsung 4K HD TVs with access to Netflix, amazon prime, and other apps allowed in Mexico. Zoned AC ensures all guests personal comfort level. Both Vonage and local phones are provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Toro and Hacienda Beach Club. The condo is perfection, everything is truly top quality from the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. You really feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. My favorite was the patio which had the most spectacular view of the sea. Hacienda's staff was excellent and helped with anything we needed before and during our stay. We loved the pool beach and the gym. The best location in Cabo with so many places to walk to and a swimmable beach. Kristin was a great host and we'll definitely be back!!

Kristin's condo at Hacienda Beach club is great. It has an amazing view overlooking the water with terrific sunrises. It is very spacious and well decorated and very comfortable. Also, it is close to town and the marina so you can walk to restaurants and to shops around town. Also, meeting points for excursions are in town so that makes it very convenient. In my opinion, there is no need for a car for local travel. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing villa. The property is gorgeous and conducive to relaxing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It is also in an extremely convenient location. Beautiful and safe
During these Covid times a lot of people worry about traveling. I was amazed at how safe Mexico is. Temperatures are taken, masks required, hand sanitizer everywhere. Safety fears should not keep you from coming to Cabo and enjoying this incredibly beautiful property. The service is incredible. The grounds are gorgeous. We watched several whales and dolphins frolic in the bay. I will be coming again. Next time will be with my family.

Perfect Location
The Hacienda Beach Club is the best location in Cabo! It’s located on a beautiful stretch of Médano Beach and the marina is just outside the gates. The condo is spacious with two bedrooms with King beds (w/ private bathrooms) and there is also a Murphy bed. The large porch is perfect for lazy afternoons with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. To sum it up in one word, perfect!!

An Amazing Home and Best Location
This was truly paradise! Loved the location of not only the resort but also the specific home. This home is placed half way between my favorite restaurant(Esquina) and the Spa/pool. The pool overlooks lands end which is the same view from the large balcony of the home. Everything is at your fingertips at Hacienda! This was a perfect getaway and can't wait to get back to Cabo!!

First, let me say, that if you are thinking about renting this property, you absolutely should!!!
I was a little nervous about renting this property, as I was concerned with the view, since it sits back a little bit. I was so relieved when we walked through the door and saw the beautiful view. Yes, you did sit back a little and yet, the beach villa's are in front of you but you don't really notice any of that since the view of the water, the boat and the arch are fantastic.
This rental is also fully loaded, which as a pleasant surprise. It was the little things like the abundant amount of bowls, glassware, storage containers, saran wrap, etc, that made things super simple. Not to mention, the previous tenant left a few goodies behind like some beer and unopened food. We too contributed to the next tenants stockpile.
The location to the marina and office just can't be beat. You are just a few steps from both!
The room is super big and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that each room has it's own air conditioning is awesome!!

This was our first trip to Cabo and I must say the accomodations were absolutely wonderful. The condo and the property were immaculate. The restaurant, pool, pool bar, spa, gym, etc. were great. There only appeared to be about three groups staying at the property while we were there so it made it very private. Beach amenities were an added plus. We will definitely go back. Great location to the marina and town.

The PERFECT and only place to stay in Cabo! The condo is huge,clean, gorgeously decorated with amazing ocean views. The owner was easy to get in touch with, helpful and even gave tips on how to get deals at local restaurants. Concierge Leslie was also extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home with beer and guacamole. The property itself is GORGEOUS and in the perfect location right on the beach but a bit away from the craziness of Medano. The infinity pool is stunning and rarely busy with amazing service. The restaurant was outstanding and the best food we ate in Cabo. Overall, this is a no-brainer and the best place you will stay in Cabo.

The perfect place!
This rental couldnt have been more perfect. The location is not only breathtaking but it is close to town- walking distance to many delicious restaurants and the beach bars. When we arrived, we were greeted by Angela who had helped us to coordinate our transporation & travel plans prior to arrival. She was so helpful- a wealth of knowledge about the area and was great to work with.
We will definitely return and look forward to another relaxing vacation AND the amazing guacamole that was waiting for us upon arrival!

AMAZING in every way!
After my first trip to Cabo I am hooked and also quite spoiled. You couldn't pick a better location for a trip as everything was an easy walk from the Haciendas Beach Club. The unit is amazing with great views, huge sliding windows to the outdoor deck (think morning coffee) and a spacious, well decorated interior. I own a company that manages vacation rentals in Big Sky, MT so I am a picky client and this unit lived up to my expectations.
The food here is great and not overly expensive. The service was fantastic and the pool area quiet and relaxing.
We spent most of our time at the Haciendas and they have a great spa/gym, pool and even use of paddleboards and sea kayaks. We kayaked to Lover's Beach and the arch and snorkled by Pelican Rock. The sea lions were a treat too. The great thing is we could do all of this at no additional cost because of the great location. Most people doing these same things were on tours that cost extra $. I would also highly recommend an evening crusie on the Risselena. The food and atmostphere was great. Very mellow and a beautiful sunset.
Hope we will be back. Thanks for a fabulous spot to vacation.

What a wonderful vacation my family and I had in Cabo thanks to David and Betsy! We really enjoyed the condo and the amazing view, not to mention the activities that were available through the Hacienda and surrounding areas. Absolutely amazing!
We were simply amazed by this glorious villa 2-301! The villa is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable -- well equipped kitchen, great beds, sound system, Vonage phone, beautiful large patio w/ stunning views of the Sea of Cortez & Land's End. We enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning, followed by time spent in or beside the gorgeous pools plus a little beach time -- free use of kayaks & paddle boards were a perk! The service was amazing, too, from the valuable pre-planning assistance provided by the owners, Dave & Betsy, as well as Leslie & Angie and their concierge service. The Hacienda staff was also wonderful and attentive. We simply loved our poolside server Habakuk! The restaurant is excellent and very accommodating. My husband & son caught mahi mahi while deep sea fishing and the chef prepared it for us three ways, served family style w/ Mexican rice. The villa is perfectly located w/ an easy walk to the marina, shopping district, & other great restaurants, too. We cannot wait to return to Cabo and Hacienda villa 2-301! Thanks to Dave & Betsy for sharing their glorious condo with our family!

Beautiful!
This condo was by far one of my favorite condos/resort I've been to. I came with a group of 5 girls. We walked into the condo and our concierge was waiting for us welcoming us with chips/salsa/cold beer and water. She was very nice and walked us to through everything. Our jaws dropped when we say how nice the condo was ..and the gorgeous ocean view!!! The condo was very upscale with all the fine touches. Decor was very beautiful. We loved the patio and being able to sit out and eat and enjoy the view. The resort itself was beautiful. We loved how quiet and private it was. The beach was empty and the pool area was not busy at all. We loved how quiet and peaceful the resort was unlike next door at the other resorts (very loud with tons of people and lot of locals coming to sell you all sorts of stuff). We barely left the resort/pool grounds because we enjoyed it so much. I would definitely go back here. The owner I spoke to when I booked this place was soo nice and accommodating. My friends and I all said how wonderful this condo/resort was. My only complaint would be that we called our concierge to let them know the front patio door would not lock. We didn't feel comfortable that it wouldn't lock even though she assured me nobody can access the balcony. She mentioned she would call someone to come fix it but it was never fixed. One other thing I should mention is that they didn't have a blow dryer. None of the girls brought a blow dryer so we had to let it air dry. Wasn't a huge deal for us but thought all you ladies should know so you bring your own. If you go to cabos and are looking for a nice 2 bdr condo..this really is the place to stay at!

My boyfriend and I took a short 4 day trip to Cabo with 2 other couples and it was not long enough! This property was all we could have asked for. The bedrooms were beautiful and the view was amazing! We spent the majority of our time at the pool and on the beach, which was a blast! The service at the property is amazing and the it could not have been more well maintained! We will definitely be back!

A new favorite property in Cabo!
Unit well appointed, first class inside. The owner treats his unit as his own, not just an investment so you WILL feel right at home. Our first experience on VRBO (normally book hotel rooms directly) and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.
Super safe on property. Property employees are trained for service and accommodation to your needs.
Previous stays in Cabo (Capella Pedegral, ME, Fiesta Americana, Cabo Azul) and on par with Capella. Privacy on property when needed, sillyness on demand just a short walk down the beach. The pool scene is quiet and relaxing. No fist pumping here.
Our family has decided to not bring our kids at their ages (15-13-7) but would not hesitate for others. We prefer Cabo for Mom/Dad getaway time.

Perfect for our 20th anniversary
While I wouldn't consider us to be world travelers - we have stayed in places from South Beach to Carmel, from Maui to Chicago, from Pebble Beach to New York City, from Africa to Guatemala - I would say that our stay at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences in this "home" was our best all around experience ever.
When we first walked in my wife said, "this is exactly how we would want it done if we owned it". The photos truly do not do it justice. It feels like Cabo in it's design and decor. The view is spectacular - palm trees, blue ocean and Land's End.
We have been to Cabo about 12 or 13 times out of the last 17 years. We stay anywhere from two to six weeks. We obviously love it here. And one of the things that brings us back is the incredible weather - sunny everyday and cooling off every evening, plus the low humidity (we always come in late May through June). While staying here, we never once had the AC on. We just opened all the doors (and there are plenty to open - the ones in the living room actually fold into the wall, so facing the ocean is just an huge opening) and enjoyed the views and breezes all day and all night. Not a single fly, mosquito or bug in sight. In addition, there is a throughout the house stereo system that has several channels of uninterrupted music – from New Age to Jazz to whatever you like.
Everything is very high quality. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is wonderful, the bath and shower are great and the living area is comfortable. We can’t think of a single thing to find fault with.
While in Cabo in previous years, we have often walked over to Hacienda Beach Club & Residences to eat breakfast. Having stayed weeks at Fiesta Americana, Hacienda Del Mar, Pueblo Bonito Rose’ and Sunset Beach, the Finisterra, the Hilton, etc., we always thought that this place was probably the nicest around. Now we know that it is. The restaurant has fantastic food, great service and very reasonable prices. All the landscaping and pool areas are so well designed – everywhere you go it looks like a postcard. The staff here is the friendliest and most attentive we’ve ever encountered.
Unlike a normal hotel or resort, this place feels so much more private and un-crowded. While we are neither particularly rich or famous, you certainly feel like it when you are here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and replenishing, that we never once turned on the TV.

Exceptional Property, Location, Service
It was my first time staying at Hacienda Medano Beach. I have been going to Cabo for fifteen years and always wanted to stay there, one, because it looks beautiful and two, because of its location in the heart of downtown Cabo and popular Medano Beach.
We were checked in by courteous staff, and given a short tour. The Spa is fantastic, and I was surprised by the quality of the workout room. I did not take the kids on this trip, but noted the Kids Club. The infinity pool is absolutely fabulous, with view of Land's End, Medano Beach (and all the fun that goes with it) and the "adult only" pool is a nice option, although not needed. On some days we were the only people there.
Our condo was perfect, flat screens everywhere, huge balcony, comfortable furniture, pull out couch, very comfortable beds and ample bath space. The kitchen is better than the one I have at home!
It is located next to Edith's, Esquina and Baja Brewing for restaurants, in addition to having its own wonderful restaurant....the #1 rated restaurant in all of Cabo on trip advisor.

Another awesome week at The Hacienda!
This was our second time staying at this resort in this condo. It was again a perfect week! David & Leslie are so easy to work with and go out of their way to be accommodating. The condo is well furnished & the view so beautiful. We could have stayed forever! The resort is in a great location- walking distance to everything. The people who work at the resort are so friendly and remembered us from last year. My kids were happy which makes for happy parents!! Thank you for another great week and we hope to make it back one day for another wonderful Cabo vacation.

Beautiful condo on third floor with balcony off living room and bedroom with gorgeous ocean view! Access to beach club, which includes fitness club, spa, pools, hot tub, and restaurant, all are fantastic, built with stone and open roofs. Best location in all of Cabo, short walk down the steps to the beach or down the path to the beach club, which has roped off beach area with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and food/drink service. Also, short walk to Cabo San Lucas with marina, restaurants, shopping, and night life. VBRO makes it affordable, as other similar properties were twice the price. Owners were nice and easy to work with. We cannot wait to go back next January!

My husband and I stayed at this condo andd we loved every bit of it. The pictures do the condo no justice!! Everything about the place is amazing. The condo itself, the grounds, the pool are all on the same level of a five star resort. The restaurant at Hacienda is amazing as well. The food was so good we ended up eating 70% of our meals there. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in. The master bathroom is to die for and the kitchen is 1st class. I'd also like to add that we felt very safe in Cabo. The owner of the condo was very friendly and extremely easy to work with. He's also hired a personal concierge just for the condo that was very helpful. Our original flight was cancelled so we ended up coming in a day early. The concierge took care of everything for us. Transportation, alternative accommodations (the condo was booked) etc.. We will be back!!

My husband and I along with our 2 teenage sons have been spending our holidays in Cabo for the past 4 years.. This past holiday we were lucky enough to find the most incredible spot on the only swimmable beach in Cabo. Hacienda is a little piece of heaven located in walking distance or short cab rides to all the fabulous restaurants cabo has to offer. The Amenities and Services are comparable to a Four Season or Ritz Carlton. Luxurious, private and exclusive sums it up. nothing else on Medona Beach compares. I watched it being built on my morning beach jogs over the past 3 years and knew this was where are family would stay once completed. we were fortunate enough to come in contact with the owners. I am an interior designer in New York so I was really able to appreciate the beautiful decor. contemporary yet keeping with the Mexican theme. the Best part are the sliding dorrs that open the entire living room into the spacious outdoor space. The most comfortable lounge chairs. I would sit outside each morning on one of them and drink my coffee while taking in the incredible Sea of Cortez.. Upon arrival we were greeted by our personnal concierge. leslie who came with a private chef who was whipping up fresh Guacamole chips and delicious quesadillas. What a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel. leslie spent as muchtime as we needed recommending her favorite eateries and well as being able to organize private dinner parties in our unit. The beautiful granite toped kichen comes fully stocked with beautiful dishes, silverware, glassware, every electrical appliance imaginable, tupperware for storage. i can go on and on. Also what is so wonderful is that you can give Leslie a specific list of all groceries you would like from fresh fruit to mill, coffe, juices, yogert, bacon ANYTHING! Waterbottles, wine, soda. all unpacked and waiting for you. Gym is brand new with lots of treadmills stairmaster free weights legs machines. Never will you have to wait for a machine. Hacienda is for the Decerning traveler looking for a layed back hassle free vacation. I can't forget the first class Spa which we enjoyed many massages. our best day was inviting are friend from another resort over to spend day at beach with us. Edwin would set up a circle of lounge chairs as comfortable as beds and bring us fresh ice tea and carrot juice. when ready we walked 20 feet to the beatiful beach table was served an incredible lunch. Best Tortilla soup!!! Hacienda is the best!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely amazing. It has the perfect location. You can walk down to the beach and head 100 yards to the left and party on the beach or you can walk out and turn right about 5 feet and have a very peaceful relaxing day on the beach with no one bothering you.
The pools are amazing and the service is second to none. We ate most of our meals at the Hacienda restaurant because the food was wonderful and the price was very reasonable.
We will return very soon. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.

Had the pleasure to stay here Oct. 25 thru 29. From my first conversations with the owner, thru the entire stay it was hassle free. It was everything it was represented to be and more. My girlfriend is still talking about the "most comfortable bed ever!" she has traveled all over the world, so this comes as high praise. Great view and in the center of everything, we could walk to all our favorite places in Cabo.I would not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend this outstanding location. Thanks again!

I wanted to do something different for my wife’s birthday and, having been to several major cities and countries all over the world, I knew that "different" was not going to be easy. A friend told me about David's condo at Hacienda Beach Club. I looked at the pictures and assumed that, like other places we had been, the pictures must be misleading given how beautiful it all seemed. Well, I must say that the pictures did not lie and the views and beach atmosphere at Cabo are some of the best I have ever seen. The resort was off the charts, “12 on a scale to 10, really”. To our surprise once again, we ventured off the resort and explored the marina, beach, and town of Cabo - equally as breathtaking…sort of a Key West Duval Street meets Kailua Beach (in Hawaii) - and that does not even do it justice. As I said, we went down for my wife’s birthday, thus we wanted to attend the Cabo Wabo Birthday Bash, Sammy Hagar style. Being a big fan of Van Halen, and remembering the "Van Hagar" days of VH, seeing Sammy Hagar live was the perfect present for my wife (there could not have been 500 people there, like watching a concert in your back yard). Even more surprising, Michael Anthony (of VH) filled in for a sick band member that night (October 8th), making our musical experience during our long weekend in Cabo one of the best of our lives. If you go to the resort, and you should, you will be pampered by friendly staff wanting to help you with everything, from complimentary snorkel gear and kayaks, to delivering drinks to the pool (actually in the pool). Can't say enough about Hacienda Beach Club and yes that picture is a view from David's balcony – woke up to it each morning!
