calm and cheerful

The host and staff there were really helpful. I booked the property only because I saw good review of the host. If host is good then everything else will automatically be in place. They helped in early checkin and also kept our bags safe till the evening bus. The rooms were big and neat. Staff at the property Saquib was very helpful in arranging our breakfast, getting rented scooter and directing to places to visit. The place was also at the centre of all attractions in Puducherry.

Location, somewhat VFM if you travel in big groups. But found lot of near by hotels for lesser price as well which werent available in online portals.

Urine smell whenever you step out of the room as there is a public toilet right opposite. So opening the window is ruled out. No parking space.

Pondy trip with friends

Selva made sure of all the things we asked for. He was very prompt and dependable. Place was very clean and located centrally.

Some more amenities can be added. Like bedroom needs more lighting, kitchen needs to be more equipped. A couple of coffee mugs, tea strainer, electric kettle can be added.

Location & behavior of staff is excellent. You have a huge appartment with a big bedroom. Kitchen had induction stove , fridge & basic utensils so that basic cooking can be done. Have a very good water RO dispenser so that you can stay sustainable

Car parking space is sometimes near a public toilet if you dont get the other side. It looks unhygenic to get down on that side. However its only a few times i had to park there.

Staff is doesn't give any hospitality and they are impolite. Cold breakfast served during stay, For checkin we had to wait 30 mins, cleaniness was not there ,ash tray and refrigerator was full of ants pics attached

The location is perfect, and the host is friendly

The ground floor flat was a little small, as well as the bathroom. There is also little to no natural light in this room specifically. There is also a curious smoke smell that enters the room as soon as the ac is turned off

Passable

There were no toiletries save for a handwashing liquid, no dustbin inside the house, no towels -- the reason for which was the 'pandemic' but they could be washed later, right? The host Selva was sweet but when we told him there was no dustbin in our room, he said he'd give one to us in 1-2 hours, but he never showed up. Would recommend only for rough travellers or a group of friends.

Awesome experience

Great location, clean room, comfortable room, great service by Selva. He went beyond to make sure we were having a good time.

Kitchen facilities were just ok, keep few essential stuff like glasses, spoons etc.
