Loud and noisy children, and the management do not care

The people above my room brought their young children with them. They were yelling, stomping, and running across the room above me. Also sounded like they were jumping on and off of the beds. Completely impossible to try to sleep when there sounds like there is construction going on above your room. Stayed here 3 nights, 2/3 they were doing this when I tried sleeping.

The staff I met at the desk were good. It’s a clean hotel, just unfortunate the management aren’t willing to be reasonable

The people above me brought young children with them and they were sprinting back and forth across the hotel room 2 days in a row, and were also doing the same thing when I was trying to go to sleep at night. Called and nothing really happened and management refused any form of compensation or anything.

Not sure we will stay there again due to their policy of requesting a credit card on check-in

Location near a nice restaurant

We reported three deficiencies to the clerk on check out. There was a big crack in the outside window to which the clerk responded: "Was that there when you checked in?" It was and it should not have been a surprise to the clerk. The fan in the bathroom worked intermittently; the show doors would not close. In addition, since it was a king bed, it is highly unlikely children will stay in the room and the toilet, which was very low to the floor, should be higher. The clerk laughed at that comment which is not funny for adults and seniors.

Hotel staff were friendly and it was clean

Hotel had booked teams on the top floor who were checking out in the middle of the night. The teams were unsupervised for a couple of hours and were very noisy so we were kept awake till 2:30 am. We called the front desk a couple of times but the noise didn't stop

a simple issue turned into a rough start of my stay

smoke alarm went off around 4am and fire trucks left, but alarm kept going off = someone did not know the steps to resolve this or who to call. I ended up sleeping in my car since the alarm would go off every 5 min or so.

The room was in need of some construction updates. Shoddy repair work was evident. A bit overpriced for what we got.

Great selection of breakfasts foods, beverages and set up and dining area were very clean. Hotel was very clean and tidy.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites was wonderful. The beds and pillows were fabulous! The only down side was the lack of water pressure which I found surprising at a newer hotel. Please address the water pressure issue!!

we had a great restful night,staff was alert and sincere,easy access,spacious room didnt like colors

the breakfast was nice. the bed very comfortable. the color scheme was over the top - not very relaxing. the overall flow and spaciousness was appreciated.

harsh colors. breakfast could be a bit better quality - think whole foods for a few more items.

Super easy check-in and highway access. Awesome stop for road trips. The room was big and the bed was comfy.

The breakfast had very limited options and it was very mediocre.
