It was a decent stay but there was an alive mouse in the bathroom…
Mouse in the bathroom!!! Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly

Good location and reasonable price. Clean and comfy.
Stairs to mezzanine are very steep and kettle was broken.

Very comfy bed, good shower, lovely little touches like coffee bag and oat milk. It was all contactless - very cool!
Single glazed windows in such a busy neighbourhood is bad news. Ear plugs definitely needed!

No breakfast but that was expected, location was good but noisy
Could have been quieter

Gute Lage in Tower Bridge Nähe.

Nice decor but very average quality
Tried to call ahead to see if we could leave our luggage, no one answered the number. After several attempts to ring, we went off to Covent Garden. Lady called back once we were there! On arrival later, my email confirmation had the wrong room number in it, attempted to get into that but then heard there was someone very obviously in there. Repeatedly called the number on the website again with no answer, finally found a phone in the lobby and a lady put us in correct room eventually. Shower goes everywhere and you have to use all the towels to try to keep the floor dry, as the glass door is tiny and not fit for purpose.

El sistema de ingreso
La habitación súper pequeña, el baño estaba la tapa rota, todo olía fatal. Entraba frío por las ventanas. El tv no funcionaba.
La ubicación es un poco insegura la zona.

Property was modern, large room and very clean. Good shower. Equipped kitchen (if needed). Generous coffee and tea making packs. Very comfortable bed. Lots of sockets ( especially by bed … always a big plus in my book) . Room smelt lovely !
I couldn’t get the automatic online lock to work or the alternative key code. Rang the number provided. 2 options when connected , tried both and only an answerphone. Left 2 urgent messages to help me . Eventually got key code to work but never did get a response. What if I couldn’t have got in as there are no onsite staff (which I knew but would have expected a response on phone) ??
Light on one of the bedside was half hanging off wall. Blind was broken and was 3/4 down so not much daylight coming in and window overlooked so privacy an issue.

The location was great, the rooms were cleaned every day (even over the weekend which was unexpected) and was exactly what was needed
Unfortunately our room was 3 floors up, which when staying for nearly a week, was a bit inconvenient with luggage. I knew it was the case that there was no lift but still something to be aware of. I know it isnt hotels fault but also the noise of both the other inhabitants and externally was excessive at times. Finally, the door to our room looks like it had been tried to jimmied at some point, but as they were serviced apartments, there was no one to inform. Door was secure for the moment, but wont take much for it to get opened!

1 windows need to be open as and wen coz gets really hot in there

I liked the fact that my room was cleaned daily and bed was made.
The room was tiny, not worth the money you pay. I also found the cleaners phone under my bag (she obviously lost it) but seemed a bit sketchy and unsettling after that. I also spotted some unsavoury characters in the hallways. My room had a sky light and was leaking water onto the bed when it started raining overnight. I tried using the pole provided to open/close it but it wouldn’t close any more as the handle on the actual window was broken. The bathroom sink is tiny and either drips no water or shoots water out at max force, it doesn’t really work when it’s a waterfall tap. Oh and the shower gets water all over the floor because of bad design.

Clean and comfortable. Small rooms but still haven't everything you need for. Short stay in the city. Very impressed and liked the keyless entry

Good location, room was tiny but did the job for one night - would not want to be staying longer though
Room very hot, poorly lit, TV didn't work, large crack in base of shower - was quite sharp when stood on

the quick self check in
There were pests in my room. Ants on the floor, on the surfaces, in the bin and in the bed. dead fly stuck on the wall. Hairs in the shower. Dead ant on the toilet. Tried calling them but no one answered. The bathroom didn’t have a sink, there was only the kitchen sink which was very inconvenient, annoying and most importantly unhygienic. The air vent was directly above the bed blowing out cold air constantly throughout the night so, despite the small radiator being on, you couldn’t feel it in bed because of the cold air above. Very very loud, could hear everyone’s conversations and movements including housekeeping who did not try and be quiet at 8.30am in the morning. A nightmare stay. I would not recommend to anyone.

nothing except it’s location.
no window or any ventilation in the room. no door to bathroom, couldn’t stay there at all so I had to move. Have complained and asked for refund but nothing came of it.

The price and location were very good
The room was as expected very basic but what has to be expected for the price paid. The location is on the main road an the windows didn't seal the best so it was a little too noisy, however, ear plugs were provided, which helped sleep

Room was very small

Battery low on door handle so wasn't sure if hotel door was actually locked. Rooms not soundproofed so could hear next door rooms very clearly, all night.

Great location, room size was good and had three large windows which let lots of light in. The view from the room was good as we could see the Shard. The roof terrace was a gem, absolutely loved it!
The windows are very poor at soundproofing and therefore we struggled a few times to sleep due to the road noise. Earplugs were provided but I found them uncomfortable to sleep with.

location
it was very noisy couldn’t send another night there so I left the night before, also no ventilation, bathroom however clean but very strong smell to it, like someone smoked 3 packs of cigarettes before I just checked it! location was convenient, too expensive for the lack of space and the extreme noice.. never again
