* Open concept, floor plan of the home
* Cobblestone streets and street lights
* Quietness of neighborhood
* Amazing kitchen!
Expectations were not fully met.
1. I found that after booking the property, receiving emails and messages from Booking.com and the rental company was redundant and sometimes confusing. Being assigned a new email address to access the rental portal was not user-friendly.
2. The required bracelets for pool access were not present upon Saturday's arrival and were not received until Monday at approximately 1 PM, and after 2nd request
3. Mid-week and after a full day at the beach. No water available from approx. 530 PM until after midnight due to nonpayment. Service was restored after I contacted the utility and initiated a ticket. No shower after a day at the beach, couldn't cook supper, couldn't flush toilets for family group.Yuck!
4. Advertised as a luxury home but had several small issues.The overall quality of the home was nice, but being on vacation should not include inspecting QA for the rental company or home owner. These were not earth-shattering, should have been addressed prior to our arrival, and were not reported until my conversation with RealJoy Vacations on the day of departure. To name a few:
A. Toilet paper dispenser loose in master bath, would not hold opened roll.
B. Toilet in master bath groaned with each flush.
C. One kitchen cabinet door rubbed and made a loud sound when opening/closing.
D. Ice maker??? I'm not sure if one was present or wasn't on/working.
E. Dryer had multiple rusty scratches on top and was positioned in such a way that the door could only be opened 1/2 way.

very well sized home in a very nice community right along 30A. The pool was great.
I wish the golf cart was included in the package.
