We came to Vegas with the family for 5 days. We had 10 of us. The house was in a great location for us to get to the game, the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. The owner Eddie checked in on us on the 2nd day to see if we had any questions or if we needed anything. We asked for some wash clothes and a few extra towels and within a hour or so they were brought to us. We did have a few younger ones with us and with the kids they had some fun games for them to play. Though we were not here much it was a very nice place. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. I can definitely recommend this home for your visit

I'm not sure how we got 90+ degree weather in October but we did. The pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed by all from the 12 year olds to the 50 year anniversary couple. The house is spacious and amenities were well thought out. Property managers were responsive and so helpful! Called our first day and checked in during the stay. Answered questions prior to and during our visit. Even shipped a package back to me I accidentally sent after it visit. Would definitely stay again!

First, Eddie and Michelle are the most communicative, flexible hosts we have ever worked with - we would not hesitate to rent from them again and it's likely we will! In our group were 8 adults and two grandchildren. Some guests flew in from the East Coast, some from Denver and some from California. The five bedrooms and four bathrooms easily accommodated all of us. The house was spotless when we arrived and the flow of the house meant we weren't stepping on one another's feet. The City of Henderson restricts the hours (for noise purposes) that one can be in the pool but that is where we spent most of our time. Many thanks to Michelle and Eddie for helping make my 70th birthday and family reunion a very special gathering!

My friends and I got together to celebrate our friends bachelor weekend. We wanted a nice quite place to relax and recover from our evenings out and the place was great for that. Eddie was very helpful and a great communicator. He called me shortly after our check in time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He answered the phone anytime that I had questions was very responsive.

Very nice clean property. Pool and hot tub were well used! Good games on property for kids and adults. Nearby parks were also very popular for the kids aged 6 and 9. Great stay , wouldn’t hesitate to vacation here again.

Stayed there for my birthday with a group of 8 of us. House was immaculately clean and the pictures were accurate. Enjoyed the fact that the house had so many games to entertain ourselves with. The host was proactive in seeing if we needed anything, which was great because we didn't see the controls for the spa (which are in the kitchen btw). The only bad thing I could say is to leave some clorox wipes in the kitchen for wiping down the counters. We truly enjoyed staying at this home and you will too!!

This house is so comfortable and nicely equipped. The 4 full bathrooms were a plus and there plenty of games/tvs to keep everyone entertained. Our favorites were the heated pool and hot tub. There was a technical problem with the hot tub upon arrival which was fixed within an hour. The host was extremely responsive and checked in twice to keep us informed prior to and post the fixing of hot tub. It is a great location and we enjoyed Green Valley Resort dining at the Italian restaurant and several local places. I would highly recommend zhis property.

This VRBO was the #1 property our family has experienced. Our family is a group of six adults (grandparents and four adult parents) and four grandchildren. We gather annually after Christmas for a few days, and this year we chose this property in Henderson. It was absolutely perfect with the pool and all the entertainment provided in the home, which kept the children busy the entire stay. The home was good size so we were not cramped and were able to spread out and enjoy each others company. The home was well maintained and clean. Eddie was very prompt when we contacted him. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the property. We will be back!

This property is really nicely located to not only the Las Vegas strip but also many outdoor activities. The owners allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. The house is spacious and accommodated our group well. The only negative I would provide is that if your group is sharing bathrooms the master doesn’t have a door to the sink and shower area. For most people this would probably work fine but caused some logistical issues for our group. Overall it was very nice and worked well for our vacation!

Wonderful property! The home was well-appointed with everything you could need. Loved the little details, nightlights all around the house, reminders of activities/games available, and snacks for the kids. Check-in was quick and easy, the info was shared in advance, including the wifi codes. Instructional videos were texted for how to use certain things around the house. And a useful property book was provided with additional instructions as well as info on local sites, stores, etc. Would love to rent the property again someday.

Nice and clean home with tons of space to spread out and comfy beds. Pool, spa and fire pit were a hit for our group, we enjoyed them all. Only recommendation would be better cooking utensils such as pots and pans and large bowls for larger groups and better lighting in pool table room. Overall though the home is everything you could want for a home away from home. Would definitely stay again. Great neighborhood and proximity to Strip.

Our family had lots of room and loved the heated pool with the safety of a gate! It was all very clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. The Only negatives were several small maintenance issues that needed addressing and we were bothered by the smoking from the next door neighbor when we were swimming. Overall, the property was roomy and great and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

All of the arrangements for our stay were dealt with professionally and swiftly by Eddie & Michelle. The property (McCullough Hills) exceeded our expectations in terms of location, styling, facilities and ambiance. Many details were outstanding (including an excellent and extremely comfy bed; top-quality kitchen equipment, fittings and appliances; designer decor and an absolute to-die-for location). Put simply, this was the best high-end rental experience I have had and all managed by an excellent, professional and highly efficient company. We will be back and would highly recommend this property.Awesome!

beautiful home with wonderful amenities. our only complaint is that this house is designed for a large group, however there needs to be large serving bowls as well as a large cooking pan for guests. there also was no wine bottle/corkscrew opener which should be a staple. There is a Keurig, but if you want brewed coffee, there was only a small 4 cup pot. we bought a 12 cup coffee maker while there. just feel like the kitchen cupboards could use a few more cooking items. also the bedroom upstairs in front of house gets very warm at night. also need better lighting in room with pool table. very dimly lit. these are all small fixable items, otherwise we enjoyed the pool and grill and outdoor games provided. Thank you for a memorable stay. :)
