About this apartment rental

Spacious three bedroom, one bath,second story apartment in the Hill Section Campus district of Burlington. Very convenient location for walking to Church Street Marketplace or campus. The space features a large open living room with vaulted ceiling, a great view of the lake, mountains beyond and city skyline. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the living room any time of year.
The apartment is fully equipped for your stay. The space is most suitable for one to four people but can accommodate up to six guests. The eat in kitchen has new appliances, granite counter top, maple cabinetry and dining table.
Living area has two sofas, great view and flat screen television with cable.
Bedroom one features a king size bed. Second bedroom has a custom maple queen size bed. The third bedroom is nestled in the third floor loft accessed by a spiral staircase, this room is furnished with a king size bed. A loft sitting area overlooks the living room. All sheets and bed linen are provided.
The custom tiled bath has double sinks with quartz vanity top and full shower with corner bench. Bath towels and all bath linens are provided.
Backyard area at the rear of the property for relaxing or barbecuing on the grill.
The apartment is accessed by stairs at the rear of the house and is a private entry. Parking space for up to two vehicles in driveway.
This apartment is the upper half of our duplex home, our residence is on the first floor so we are always near if you need anything during your stay.
Our sister property in our compound is located across the driveway, homeaway listing #336139. Pending availability both spaces can be rented together to accommodate larger groups of up to 12.

A friends’ weekend took advantage of this compact and well-situated place — walking distance from all the downtown and waterfront offerings. Furnishings were thoughtful and spotlessly clean. Our host was the perfect blend of helpful and discrete so we cruised smoothly through our visit. Completely satisfied and highly recommend to others.

Very comfortable and clean and so roomy. Easy walk to anywhere downtown or on the waterfront. Bustling neighborhood but surprisingly quiet once you get inside. Kitchen was well stocked but given the proximity to so many great eateries, we didn’t make a single meal there. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Tricia’s apartment. We are a family of 4, two children over 18 who were visiting for college drop off. The apartment was roomy, quiet, comfortable and walkable to everything. The gated driveway was perfect for a truck full of dorm items! Communication was perfect and we were so comfortable. We walked to Church Street, restaurants and the lake. Safe neighborhood in a great city. We would definitely stay again!

This apartment was perfect for us for our few days in Burlington. Easy walk to campus, shopping district, and the waterfront (which has a great rail trail for walking/jogging/biking). The appliances were newer and high quality, and the apartment was very clean. My teenaged son loved having the loft space to himself. The bed in the room I had was a little soft for me, but everyone else slept great.

This was such a great place to stay . . Everything about it was perfect. . Very clean . . Location to downtown church street and lake champlain was of walking distance . . We would definitely recommend staying here . . we give this a 5 star

We enjoyed our stay at Tricia's home in Burlington. The apartment was super clean, had up to date fixtures & appliances, and extras like soap, shampoo, coffee, starter food, etc. The beds were comfortable and had soft sheets. Plenty of soft, fluffy towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't use it much because we kept walking in to town to fun restaurants. The bathroom is not pictured, but it is clean, bright, has a large shower and double sinks. It appears to have been recently remodeled, and is great!!! Tricia and her husband were very kind and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again in the future.

This is the perfect place for a small group of friends. We had 3 couples up for our 20th college reunion. Plenty of space- but 1 bathroom with 6 adults is tough. We weren’t in the apartment all that much so it was fine for the time we were there. The bathroom is super nice though. The spiral staircase is narrow and can be tight for some to navigate, but great space at the top. Great view of downtown Burlington. I’ve seen my fair share of places in Burlington- this one is the nicest I’ve seen.

The apartment was everything we could have asked for. Close to church street, clean, spacious, thoughtfully laid out. Tricia was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed the whole trip. The back sitting area with grill and fire pit were also great! Would stay again.

Fabulous property, location and owner!!! Well appointed unit with super comfortable beds and updated kitchen and bath. Great access to downtown for shopping, restaurants, and waterfront and bike path. Tricia was very accessible and accommodating; highly recommend this place!!!

We stayed for the weekend visiting our daughter and the apartment was perfect. Very clean, well stocked, and great communication with the owners. It's a perfect downtown location with parking. We will definitely rent again when in Burlington.
