Nice small unit close to walking distance to historic telluride
1) Unit was not very clean when we moved in
2) Hideabed couch was not very comfortable - none are, but this one caused lots of groans at night
3) Unit needs maintenance (kitchen and bathroom) - cracks in sink, bathtub/shower in need of repair, no outlet in kitchen to plug in coffeemaker
4) Parking is horrible (non-existent) which makes you have to move your car blocks away parking on the street at night and then move every morning to a public parking ski lot which was closer bye. There are a few spots, but no-one moved their cars who parked there. It must be absolutely horrific in the winter.
5) Its almost funny if it weren't so sad, but there was Zero (no even partial roll) of toilet paper in the unit when we got there. This isnt a normal item I carry in my travel bags when flying to a rented condo either. I called vacasa, the property mgmt. company and they were very polite but nothing was done till day-2 PM. Never having been to this location and in a small town where the small market closes early, I literally had to go to a bathroom by the telluride gondola and take a wad of TP from them. There isn't a lot of options in a small mountain resort town (no real stores, etc) and if you move your car, who knows how far away from the unit youll find parking at night. We got thru, but the lack of responsiveness from the vacasa property mgmt. people was ridiculous. I would NEVER stay at a location managed by this inept group again.

Dark, windows at street level with lots of passersby’s

Great location and rental for a no frills but nice place to stay.
Slight problems finding the building and then the room. Slight problems with the keybox.

Surprisingly quiet for an apartment building, and on the quiet end of town. And there's a great grocery store right around the corner.
Parking was a free-for-all, other vacationers (not us) got parked in a couple times.

It felt so cozy

Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Bathroom is a little sad. Sink is cracked. Bathtub has been painted and peeling. Towel bars were damaged. Needs bathroom remodel. Not enough towels and washcloths. Property management brought more when we called. Some of the electrical outlets don’t work. Light/fan in den was missing the light globe. Parking is terrible. It is not ideal for anyone who is driving while there. There just aren’t enough spaces. Overall, just didn’t feel polished enough for the cost.

Great location... easily walkable to anywhere in town.
Only provided a half roll of toilet paper ... We ran out and had to buy more

Comfortable beds very clean and well equipped. great location short walk to Gondola and downtown
no laundry facilities available. parking is first come-first serve so we had to park on the street.

it was a little small for a family of 4

The apartment is nice, it had everything we needed and as advertised. Be aware the only condiments available are salt and pepper. The living room is overlooking a stream and you can get a glimpse of the lower part of the mountain between the houses in front.
The location is very good - a few blocks away from the gondola and the town center, a block from the Clark’s grocery store. There is a great Thai place (Siam) right by it.
We are satisfied with our stay and would recommend the place.
Not really negatives, just things to be aware of. Parking is indeed tight, on a few occasions we had to park on Colorado street, there are a few spots that accept the same pass you will find in the apartment. On the other side of Colorado street there is also free parking from 6 pm to 8 am and 2 hours free parking after that - we did this once and moved the car the next morning. There is also the paid parking, but we didn't need to use it. The apartment is on the first floor and not as bright as pictured (maybe brighter in the winter when the trees don’t have leaves and the snow is reflecting light), but we didn’t stay much indoors anyway.

Once you were able to secure an overnight parking space, it was nice being able to walk around town. The layout and decor of our lodging was nice.
Inadequate parking, had issues with the bottom lock of the door not working, no a/c or even fan in the bedroom so we woke up soaked in sweat, the bathtub faucet was wanky and had to get the owner to inform us how to use it.

Clogged sink, malfunctioning TV, no response to request to fix TV access.

The location was great.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had newish appliances and cooking items. The bathroom had Plentiful soft towels. The condo was quiet. Photos as advertised. Furniture updated. Creek outback was pleasent to heat with windows open.
We did not receive information concerning Check in that there was 2 doors, a front and back. To access the front door you had to go through 3 doors. The keypad worked but the back door keys did not open the deadbolt. We were not aware there was a second door. We phoned the number provided and waited 22 minutes on hold before talking with a representative. We then found out there was a second door which the keys opened the deadbolt. We received a Parking pass for the car to be placed in the front window but there were NEVER any spots located at the property. We eventually noticed a BV parking spots a block away. Parking is at a premium and I would not have booked this condo knowing there was not parking onsite! When we phoned the management we were told to park in the Carhenge lot but there were signs stated tow a way zone from 2-6 am. We requested compensation for our trouble of driving around for up to 40 minutes to park everyday and to date have not received A reply. Please be aware you will not be parking near the condo!
