We were glad we stayed at the hotel because of location, outstanding service, and terrific food.

All the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions about things to do in the area. The meals were excellent; we enjoyed breakfast and dinner, and the service was outstanding.

We were fine with everything.

Wonderful stay, perfect location with old town charm and service - lovely!

The staff was as friendly and helpful as I think I've ever experienced, from the restaurant to the check-in/out to the cleaning crew. Food was delicious, during our stay we ate at least once of each meal. Not a huge selection but sufficient and everything was delicious. Fabulous location. Loved that they had ski lockers (and boot heaters) since rooms are a bit on the small side, but within expectations given the historic nature of the building. Was perfect for us as first time visitors to Telluride, and great value compared to other options in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Would be great if option to include breakfast as part of hotel stay, with a little bit of savings. Only other suggestion that could make it better is if there were a way to have a hot tub, really miss that after full day of skiing.

traditional, nice, perfect location

hotel in the center of Telluride. Very close to everything. Close to Gondola, close to the streets and in the main road. Only missing a coffee machine in the room

Fabulous classic old hotel. First rate food and service.

The New Sheridan is right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. it is a classic, old hotel.

Wonderful!

All was great! Staff is awesome! Very kind, gentle and helpful! In the heart of the town! The hotel offers 20% for guests for brunch/lunch! The hotel have a nice restaurant, bars and roof bar! Walking distance to restaurants, museum, trails and gondola! Also free parking! It is very friendly for kids too! We are one hour from Ouray and two hours from four corners! The only small thing is that you stay by the window it is a little noisy but we really didnt care! We enjoyed too much this hotel and the city that we plan to stay here again!

Quite disappointed really, after reading reviews my expectations were smashed

The brunch was wonderful, service exceptional

No coffee in the Room, or amenities such as fridge etc, parking was a nuisance to get luggage to and from depending on where you are able to park in the back streets, the windows coverings are Roman style that don’t fit the window so light comes in and you have to keep them down because there no curtains and our room faced straight into the rooms adjacent across the alley way, View was a tin roof and our neighbors across the way

Such a unique hotel it will bring you back to the old west.

It is on the main street so there is some street noise but it wasn't excessive.
