Nature, nothing else..
I had a terrible experience here. I arrived on time for check in and the room was not ready.
Additionally, the pictures posted on the website were deceptive.
Last night there around 8pm, our air conditioning broke down and it was during a heat wave 35 degrees at night, the manager told us to 'sleep with the doors open' .. could not offer us a fan, not a replacement room.. nothing..
honestly this was during my honeymoon and ruined our night
The following morning I could not wait to leave, I had arranged with reception to book a taxi, they forgot and we were late to our flight. They apologized by giving us a free drink of water. wow.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for a week during the summer and it was fabulous. When we first arrived we were offered a free upgrade and introduced to the staff. The staff were the best part about the hotel always attentive, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean with incredible facilities including our own private hot tub. Honestly stunning, this classy hotel is a perfectly peaceful destination for small groups or couples.
We personally loved the location! We were on a more peaceful side of the island and a five minute walk downhill to a wonderful beach. This area of Mykonos felt more private and wasn’t as busy which we liked during the day. However if you are wanting to be closer to restaurants and the town the location may be difficult. Taxis will usually take 20/25min to most places on the island but can be expensive. If travel costs aren’t an issue please don’t hesitate to book this stunning hotel!!

What a location ! It was surreal ! Had the best stay in this hotel ! Room with a balcony and a sea view its to die for ! Clean and tidy ! Staff was lovely. Everything was amazing ! Just below the hotel there is a lovely sandy beach which is difficult to get in Mykonos. This one was brilliant.

The views from the property/rooms are really stunning and the front desk staff was really helpful and kind, helped us with a small issue and were very sincere in their assistance.
I would not consider this a 5-star hotel (for instance, the rooms have little defects like scratches on walls, missing latches on windows, etc), but definitely a nice and decent hotel that is maybe more reasonably priced for Mykonos than others. It’s a bit far from town, but we knew this, and had a car. I think renting a vehicle that can handle hills is absolutely necessary if you stay here as it’s up quite high. Also, the staff at the bar/restaurant were polite but very slow service. We ate lunch there when the only other people at the bar were drinking, and we waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich. At breakfast, waited 20 minutes for a coffee. Not a huge deal, but would be an area of improvement for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.

View from the room is amazing. Its like top of the cliff. Arichitecture of the hotel is really good. Hotel is really made nicely but in wrong hands. They are just spoiling it.
Staff of the hotel is very rude. I stayed three nights. On my first day AC was not working. They were not ready to agree after whole full day of argument they changed my room next day with a free wine bottle. One day spoiled . Breakfast is same every day nothing new. I was shocked. At breakfast table the girl was not ready to come to our table to ask for coffee till our breakfast is over. RADISSON BLU HOTEL should change the management. If you are staying at this hotel BECAREFULL , YOU SHOULD HAVE A CAR. bcoz its far from town min 25min drive and on a super steep slope. They were on cost cutting spree wherein they were not ready to replenish bath necessity.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff is super friendly. The hotel manager so so nice and helpful as well as Mara (reception) and Patrick, who makes excellent cocktails. If you have an option select a suite with a private pool - it’s really cool :-). Room service was also excellent. The breakfast has many options, including a la carte.
All was fine
