Will recommend to anyone.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. The assistant manager was so cordial and he was training a new girl…both sweethearts. The overnight staff was excellent and everyone there was calm and helpful . I travel for a living, and this staff was better than a hotel I stay at in Paris. Thank you and have a great holiday season. I hope they get a bonus.

Overall very good and in the right vicinity to our location for the next days activities.

Breakfast was minimal. OK for me but lacking for my husband as he doesn't like eggs. Really liked the clean lines and newness of the facility. Loved not having carpet everywhere as you never know what is living in a carpet.

We checked in later in the evening - 10:30pm - and we had to wait for a while until someone actually showed up at the desk to assist us. Probably added 10 minutes to our check-in process. Yawn!

I like the concept- carpet-free, minimal furniture, shades instead of heavy curtains. Breakfast is excellent with delicious coffee, yogurt, fruit, breakfast sandwiches.

Maintenance was needed for bathroom door sticking, bathroom light was broken, and glass shower doors out of alignment that seemed unstable. I was planning to inform front desk this morning but nobody was manning the desk when we left.

Truly Disappointed!!!

I loved the bed and the bathroom was well stocked. And it was clean!! Very quiet although I could spend my money anywhere I chose Avid because I loved my first visit there, I was excited to go back!!

The entire parking lot was cleared of snow by a snow truck but the handicapped parking area where I had parked was left untouched and snow had cars trapped because of it.(due to a blizzard). I informed the desk clerk, that the area hadn't been cleared and that I had tried to get my car out, but it was just too much snow and he just looked at me and told me the shovel was in the lobby. I was in tears as I was trying to shovel the snow from around my car. Not only I'm I disabled but I'm also recovering from rotator cuff surgery!! Not one employee tried to assist me and there were several in the lobby!!

It was fine, overpriced for a small room with a king sized.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Wall were so thin that I could hear the cellphone alarm of the room next to mine.

It was a safe, quiet, and very clean stay.

I liked the location. It was close to family and favorite stores. I liked the bed. It was very comfortable. I liked the coffee and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I wished the room had a microwave.

I ran out of toilet paper at 11:00 pm and was in my pajamas ready for bed but housekeeping would not deliver it so I had to get dressed and go get it from the front desk also when i checked in I asked for a different room but still got charged for the first room

That they didn’t mention there was a required security deposit when booking the rooms. We had to wait until we got there to find out about the security deposit. Would’ve been good to know before we booked the rooms on what to expect.

First time staying at an Avid hotel. The cleanliness and staff were top notch.

The cleanliness of the hotel, my room, and breakfast area. Everything was exceptionally clean - more than I expect from a hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and informative.

The room could have been a bit bigger. With 4 people in the room with suitcases, we had to move stuff around just to navigate around the room. We went shopping at the mall so we added more packages to the room which made it even more tight.
