Location and pet friendly

No free breakfast and it was over priced for the room. The rooms were dark, dingy, and had an odor.

Overall great stay!!

The restaurant attached to the hotel was truly amazing. We ordered seafood and it was hot fresh and very tasty! Some of the best food I’ve ever had!!

The breakfast was expensive and not great. Everything was cold by the time we got down there.

I loved the warm cookies available and the friendly staff and housekeepers!!!

We had the sauna all to ourselves. The pool area was clean and it's as beautiful as the pictures.

One million teenagers descended upon the pool facilities. I had to leave and save myself.

We came for the pool: it was nice when not overrun with one million teenagers, which it was everyday at 4.

There were big groups booked including a birthday party, a wedding, and a huge group of unaccompanied wild teens there for a swim meet. If this hotel is for that- to cater to big groups, don’t call it a family hotel: call it what it is- a rowdy and wild place for teens to be out of control, and without much supervision.

What was there to like. Not much. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Too little for too much money. Poor unengaged staff, no tidy up of the room without request eften after 4 nights. Staff was unable to fix things like dysfunctional safe and suage blockage in the shower. I had black mold in the bathroom roof. Poor, for the money, from beginning to end.

Exceptional

Everything about this facility was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was clean and sanitary. The pool was clean and the water was not over chlorinated. Everything about this stay was wonderful!

The Jacuzzi was good but the cleanliness was less than par, we had to clean it ourselves

Exceeded my expectations!

The pool/spa area were top notch. Was very clean and the pool was actually pleasant to get in to and not cold like most hotels I’ve been too. Workout are well nicely equipped and most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable.

my room, I call and ask for a connection room because I pay for two room as I was told to call the a day before to get it and I did n was told I got it but when I got to the property it was something totally different and every uncomfortable, the staff was okay because they did try to help but wasn’t good enough for the amount of money I payed. I also didn’t get offered a warm chocolate chip cookie.

Relaxing night in our in room hot tub before lengthy dr appt in the morning.

Reason for traveling was a medical appointment why isn’t that on the list? Being greeted with a cookie was a nice bonus.

The restaurant was closed (arrived the evening of Labor Day) and the pool/hot tub was out of service.

The staff seemed friendly enough.

I couldn't believe they had put me in a room across from the elevator that they were ripping the floor out of. It was so loud and disruptive to our time there.

Fine. Nothing special but really appreciated the shuttle service and hotels location

Location was perfect. Shuttle service was great for us.

Seems like the place is slightly run down. Needs a refresh. Also, 1 USB port in the room. 1! Seems lacking and behind the times. I felt the cost for 2 nights was a lot considering the 'worn' look of the facilities and room. Staff didn't offer cookies but they had them. I didn't even know about cookies till another lodger asked. Axels was good but service was slow! It was happy hour ordered a glass of wine, it took 20 minutes and our bill never reflected the happy hour discount.

They didn’t have wash cloths none of the lamp outlets worked. Plus no one told us about the high security deposit for each nite you stay. The pictures on the website is so deceiving 😞
