Avoid.

Price. But not worth it.

Everything. Dirty. Dark dimmed room. The soap is brownish. The room's electricity hums very loud its like almost torture. I can get a better room with an extra RM10. One channel TV. I couldn't wait to get out of the room.

Lokasi strategik, di tengah bandar Dan berdekatan dengan pusat membeli belah

Television tiada suara, bantal hanya tiga Dan tidak tidak mencukupi sedangkan katil adalah family room, penghawa dingin tidak sejuk, iron baju tiada. Dan Ada beberapa buah bilik banyak kerosakan dinding serta lantai

There should be at least 1 ironing board on every level

1. Tv not functioning. 2. Aircond took a long time to chill. 3. There's only 1 ironing board for the entire hotel and it's located at the lobby, I was in the 3rd floor. 4. No elevator. 5. Open space to get to the room from the lobby, so the scent from the outside stall will definitely hit. 6. There are smudge on the towel. 7. Not many plug outlet. 8. Water pressure is not that strong.

Comfortable bed and pillow, powerful air conditioning, free drinking water

room with broken sink, wooden plate behind bed is broken and crash onto me while i asleep, not even a glass in the room,

This place is very convenient, Shops and restaurants all around this place, Aircond & Hot shower excellent..👍

Only one single tv channel with very classic kung fu movie all the time, should provide more tv channel. The towels need to replace with a new one.. faded and a lot of dark spot already..

A nice hotel near the malls, waterfront, and walking distance to the harbour for island hopping. Rooms are great for young couples and backpackers. I stayed here twice for a couple of weeks and enjoyed the area very much.

Very poor

The location is strategic

Please make improvement the fasilities and check if the thing can use properly before the visitor or customer check in. My family stay and there no water for bath, the television and aircond is didn't work properly and we call reception there's no one answer. After that, the staff did not activate the access card for the second room after we request for changing newly room. Make us go downstairs to the reception because the new changed room is on the 3rd floor. Can you imagine how we felt at that time. This for my review thank you.
