Overall experience was too bad. Will not refer anybody this hotel and will ignore booking.com also.

Multiple reasons of giving worst rating to this hotel: 1. Very rude & un-professional staffs. They don't even know how to treat & talk with customers; specially the one who was available at reception desk. After complaining about facilities he was asking to go and contact Booking.com and kitchen etc. 2. No water, no electricity for many hours. They switched off geysers from outside and did not switch on even after requesting them multiple times. 3. Worst breakfast and very less and limited number of items. We stayed there for 2 days but could have only one day breakfast. 4. Dinner was overpriced for the quality and quantity they provided.

Waste of time,happiness and money

Nothing care taker or owner was rude and taking like a rowdy, this is never recorded hot to family

1.waste hostel..its not hotel it hostel..never ever ask any one to visit. 2.owner and workers are very least bothered.. though they charge bomb but service worst than any 3rd class b- grade hotels 3. Owner tells if u want stay u can stay or leave..but money will not be refunded.. 4.rooms are very bad than public toilets 5. Food timings are only 1hr..u come u wil get else getlost. 6.looting ppl in name of stars..they should rate as -10 star. 7. No hospitality,no hotel mgr,no hotel mgmt skills, even staff tells owner is rude and arrogant.. even they are here only coz of necessity. 8. Room heater is chargeable ie 1500/- only, take or go and die in cold ur wish.. 9. 4 to 5 items menu. If u want order else use zomato is what we were told. 10. Room service guy stairs as if we have taken his property..throw things n leave..if food or anything is spilled..tells take it or throw it. **PLS DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL AND SPOIL YOUR TRIP...COZ OF THIS WORST HOTEL,DECDIDE TO NVR VISIT OOTY**

Only food was good, but very limited options

The bathroom has fungus on the celing, the area is secluded, we didn't get tea inspite of asking 10 times , due to heavy cold , we requested for tea, tv was not working we asked this to fix but no response, the overall stay was pathetic, only food was good that's all,rest experience was bad , i will never visit ooty

If you ask - visit this place again then my answer is - No. Explore new places.

Good communication and support from Manager and Owner. Manager prepared tea early morning as cook could not reach during checkout. Owner dropped me at bus stand as we were late to checkout and else we would have missed the bus almost. Break fast was good and tasty specially puri - sabji.

They just need to improve little more on cleanness, facilities like room service - internet. Morning 6:30 to 8 water supply stopped suddenly due to some reason which made us 1 hour late for the day.

Restaurant wash area were not cleaned. There was no lock for bath room door. Lunch was not as expected.
