Cheap & cheerful It's a decent enough place

The use of the tea/coffee facilities. Also a nice cheap place to crash when working away from home.

The heating turned off at every evening at the coldest point of the night so the room was freezing. Also the plug at the end of the bed didn't work so could turn on the lamp or TV.

Good, straightforward operation

The property is indeed ideal for those looking for purely somewhere to act as a base for either work or visiting the area.

The property was clean and hygenic, although the decor surroundings were a bit basic. BUT, as stated above if looking purely as a base for your visit, this was okay. If you want high quality and plush surroundings, you have to expect to pay a premium price. For what it provides, the property is good.

Welkomin house,nice and hot rooms!

Very fast and alone check in and out, nice room WiFi low but working..

Not what we hoped

Beds were comfortable.

issues were dead bugs on window sill loose cables in cupboard no tea and coffee making facilities in the room as advertised no microwave in room either as advertised.

Good for a night in the city

It was close enough to walk to the centre, plus close to some nice green areas. Very quiet area at night, comfy bed.

The shared facilities were a little odd, especially as the toilet is set on it's own in a separate room from the sink and shower. It was a shame that the only key for the front door is in a lockbox outside at all times, and it's difficult to get into at night without a light source.

Quite nice.

The house was like a home from home and we were instructed that we could use any of the shared facilities which were well kept and pleasant enough to use and well stocked. It was nice to stay somewhere with good facilities.

The email about the security code didn't come through so we had to call the owner but she answered quickly and was happy to run through everything with us so that wasn't that bad. The location isn't very central but we knew that when we booked. The people in the neighbouring room were quite loud but that can't be helped and isn't the fault of the owner as it is just rooms in a house. The only real complaint that could be made (and it's a comfort thing on our part) is that it would have been nice to have more pillows.
