C était parfait !

C était parfait! Un accueil fantastique! La chambre très jolie, les espaces communs très bien entretenus. Sans parler de la pâte à gaufres qui nous attendait, un délice. Je recommande vivement à toutes les personnes qui passe dans la région !

Außergewöhnlich.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Waffelteich im Kühlschrank und ein toller Gemeinschaftsraum. Die Besitzer(in) sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. So eine tolle Unterkunft hatten wir selten auf unsere Reisen in den Norden.

Cosy, welcoming and comfortable stay in Kautokeino

The host is so nice and welcoming. The guest house is easy to find, space for parking. The guest house is well equipped. The bedroom is really cosy, bed comfortable. Great breakfast and loved talking to the host I highly recommend if you are around Kautokeino!

The hosts are very helpful, very kind and we felt like at home. We got all different information like for the day fishing permit. We got also free waffles. Eating dinner in the Thon restaurant was very good. We recommend this place.

Great !

Warm and nice welcome. Good house with shared bathrooms (but we were alone). Nice kitchen with a lot of base products (even homemade waffle paste!). Comfy room. Laundry and dryer machines. And we were lucky enough to see Northen lights .

very relaxing stay with caring hosts

the attention given by the hosts was great. very caring and trying to help in any way possible. I am on a long hike and stopped by feeling quite tired. they really made me feel much better and got me going again. The waffles were perfect!

An excellent service at a unique place in the artic.

The owners are very nice and polite people. They do their utmost best to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are great, kitchen with all the equipment you need. Fridge filled with the basics you need. They give you a warm welcome and say goodbye when you leave. One of the best booking experiences i had.

Could not be better

You rarely meet such warm-hearted hosts. If I am ever in this area again, I will stay there again. The offered selfmade waffles are a very nice touch and complete the outstanding accomondation. If possible, I would rate 11 points out of 10.

Great hosts,great accomodation! Big common areas, fast wifi, big kitchen - everything super clean

The hosts are super nice! This is great place to stay and if you have the time, maybe spend more nights there. We only spend one night and with some more time we could have been out on the lake and watch the reindeers and take in more of the Kautokeino area :) There was free homemade waffle batter for us in the fridge at arrival and we had very nice chats with the owners! The kitchen and common areas are huge! The wood stove was already on and it was nice and cosy. Also (we traveled Norway for 5 months) this place had the fastest wifi :D Great people - great accomodation!

The persons thqt run this place are extremely gentle and caring, i felt extremely welcome anf felt heart warmth in the cold north, the room was clean and tight, the kitchen was clean, spacious, well equipped, the common areas where comfortable, spacious and clean. The waffles dough house made every morning is a one of their strong game aswell! but mostly their kindness!

The owner is an overwholmingly nice person! She collected me form Alta (she was in the area) and drove me all the way to the place. Verry pleasant ride too! There is free tea and waffles. Really comfortable beds. Such a great experience.

It's not connected to public Transport, but the owner will collect you from the bus stop!

A superb guesthouse where you feel comfortable from the very first moment with a special spirit.

The lovely family who run this small guesthouse tries everything that you feel comfortable. I felt like at home from the very first moment. There are a lot of small details in the house which make the stay absolutely amazing.

Traveling in covid19-times, everything is slightly off, but no fault on the lodging's part. They have adapted well to the changing conditions the pandemic entails. Antibacterial gel is readily available, and the breakfast is covid19-friendly, with social distancing and a focus on hygiene. The staff is smiling and ready to give tips on a variety of tourist activities.

I have no car but the host came for me to the bus stop, and brought me back when I left, even though it was in the middle of the night. Plus the welcome waffle, the attitude, the place.
