Lovely Bed and Breakfast

Lovely accommodation and brilliant host. The room was clean and comfortable and the little details were so lovely. The views from the room were beautiful, and the host was friendly and welcoming. Brilliant value for money would definitely recommend

What a gem of a place

The breakfast was amazing , truly the best I have tasted. A good nights sleep in a comfy bed and lovely bedroom. The whole experience was first class

A special place and a rare find.

Superb breakfast - everything you might expect and more. The smoked salmon and scrambled egg was to die for. A wonderful location; from the bedroom window I could watch the livery horses asking for breakfast from their stables.

Lovely farmhouse and excellent host. Breakfast was superb! It's very close to Daventry, but wonderful to wake up and see the countryside. Good room and brilliant shower.

superb Gem

Sandra runs the most amazing b&b. She gives a lovely welcome making anyone who visits feel totally looked after. She does this with a genuine heart and in a way that is not overwhelming. She has obviously successfully run her business for many years and it’s no surprise that she has the ratings that she does. We felt totally comfortable in her lovely home and made good use of the fabulous lounge with its log burner (which Sandra had prepared and lit for us while we were out walking). Now the breakfast was just divine. Honestly the best breakfast we have had in a very long time. Everything home made. Lots of choice. Nothing was too much trouble. Hot tub was a bonus and a welcome one too. The room was spotless as was the whole house. Lots of personal touches that made for a super relaxing and comfortable stay. Honestly can not fault a thing, literally nothing. Would highly recommend (and will be doing so). We will be back for sure. Local pubs serving fabulous food too. Such amazing value for a truly luxurious stay. Wish there was an option to give 6 stars!

Breakfast first class in all aspect prep and served to perfection,nothing was a trouble to this lady who greets with hello i'm SANDRA welcome, and that is .what you get. We stayed just for one night ,my son and I on our way to an event at silverstone, and Sandra made up a packed lunch at our request or I should say it was more like a hamper infact if it was not that my son who had to drive us home that day, i'm sure there would have been a bottle of wine in it , thanks Sandra you are a saint. There is one thing Sandra , we will be back and thank you for every thing regards Anthony & son Wayne J.

Very good vegetarian breakfast. Good view of farm and stables including large horse ( 16 hands I was told. Friendly landlady Spacious accomodation

Wonderful - certainly hope to come again.

Idyllic location, well kept farm and livery, lots of beautiful flowers, rooms most attractive with first class fittings and furnishings plus characterful lounge. Everything you could think of for breakfast and Sandra most welcoming and on hand for anything you might need.

Great B&B, very friendly welcome, helpful and flexible, the hot tub was amazing after a long day, great way to unwind and the port in our room very welcome too!

Everything! Sandra was so nice and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble. the rooms were fabulous and so clean, every detail was thought of. The breakfast was first class. I stayed with my sister while attending a wedding close by and will definitely stay again. Thank you Sandra.

A perfect overnight stay - wish it could have been longer !

Catesby Barn Farm is a delightful place, in a gorgeous location. Sandra went to so much effort to make our stay enjoyable, including providing an amazing breakfast menu! We really can’t recommend this b&b highly enough, we stayed here just one night for a wedding, but it would also make a perfect base for a walking holiday.

We honestly can’t think of anything we would want to change !
