Great location for accessing Milano Fiera

Communication, check-in, comfort, and cleanliness were excellent. It was exactly what I needed for a single night in Milano in a place with rapid access to the Fiera, only 5 minutes away with the local train; it's the following stop. The room had a comfortable bed, a suitable working desk, a fridge, which was super helpful, and a clean toilet.

It's so close to the train station you can see the train tracks right out of the window, hear all the noise, and feel the vibration. Windows closed, it muffles the sound quite a bit, so it's better, and you can sleep since at night there are way fewer trains. Regarding coming and going, it's convenient. Also, for such a basic accommodation, 120 euros feels very expensive, when compared to other solutions even in town. My priority was totally being close to Fiera so it was the solution.

near to subway bus station and train station, ippodrome (if you come for a gig)

Very poor

Was advertised as AC rooms on booking,com but AC was not working for 2 nights. And when they finally fixed it, they would only turn it on for 8pm to 8am. keep in mind this is June in Italy where it gets pretty hoo during the days.

Exceptional. Worth 5* rather than the 1 it has!

Brilliant. How this is only rated a one star I'll never know. Staff were very welcoming, even took our bags up to the room for us! Nice little bar around the corner too, convenenient next to the station bit still so quiet! Very clean.

Neighbourhood has bad first impressions with graffiti but don't let this put you off at all. The hotel is in a complex so full security!

Spotless clean. Very comfortable bed. Very nice staff. A small hotel in backyard of the town. Do not get discouraged by fact it has only 1 star. It is better than many 3-star hotels I stayed at.

Train station is near, so it was a bit noisy.

Good value for money, basic and clean, for sleeping only.

Personnel was kind and responded quickly and adequately to requests in English. Good value for money, basic and clean. Close to train station with easy access to city centre (in my room trains were noticeable but not disturbing).

Helpful staff, amazing owner, clean, private, big, affordable and calm

ONE OF THE BEST 1 STAR HOTEL IN MILAN!!! everything was amazing, the owner of the hotel is so kind and helpful he would no what he can to help your stay go as smooth as possible, a very quite hotel with a beautiful outside area with benches and tables to seat and drink while you relax, I liked the private bathroom which was very big and clean, I would definitely book again in this hotel.

Fine, clean place for a good price and convenient if you want to avoid driving or parking in the city center.

Quite easy connetion to the city centre(ticket 2€ one way), however some of the trains were suspended at the time we stayed at the hotel so it was a bit confusing to get where we needed. I guess it was just a bad timing. There is also a tram which can take you to the city centre. The reception was open all the time, the property felt safe and clean and we could park our car on the street.

A bit noisy due to the close proximity to the train station. No fan nor AC.

Good location, very kind staff

The hotel is at a very good location, right next to train station. I was there for the Salone del mobile which took place at Rho Fiera, it was 10 min from the hotel. The receptionist is very kind. Also I have to mention that I forgot my airpods there, they found it, and they brang it to another hotel where my friend could pick it up. They are so kind, and I am so grateful for this!

The rooms are a little bit noisy, and during the night the aircondition switched off sometimes automatically, and I couldn't restart it.

Very good option!

Very good option to avoid expensive prices in the city center. Train station is 2 min walking. People working there are lovely ! I really liked and it is definitely a good option.

The best host

The best host, super friendly. The room was cleaned every morning and all the towels were changed. The staff was unbelievably helpful, they helped us in every difficult situation. Very good quality compared to the prize

I found long black hair on pillow... It is written, that room has soundproof walls. I woke up in the morning from sounds when a neighbor in another room start to use the toilet then a shower...

The hotel was nice and cozy, the staff was helpful and the Milan Certosa railway station is very close so you can get access very easily to downtown Milano. Thank you!
