location, and the apartment was beautiful.
no air conditioning

location, location location. price and ease of access
the apartment was half the size of the posting in booking. we notified the facility, but received no response. the size was adequate for our needs, it just wasn't as advertised.

The full Kitchenette, space in general. Clean and good linen.
Location in city centre was good for walking around.
The card system for the laundry.
As had a blind friend, the ornaments on the shelf were of concern in regards to knock hazards for him.
Beds were noisy - plastic lining?

Convenient location
I’ve stayed here before but was very disappointed at how dirty our unit was. I don’t think the floors have ever been washed. And the carpet definitely needs to be throw out.
6.0
room good and clean, liked the availability of the kitchen and the beds were comfortable
remote battery had an issue (TV would not turn on)
Noise late at night in the hallway
9.0
Quality and clean. Larger than expected.
Shower allowed too much water to spill out.

Convenience and affordability. Great location and accommodations. Serves a group very well.
Nothing.

Great spot. Clean and at an excellent price.
Loud, creaky bed springs, at any movement in bed. Fortunately, we’re all decently heavy sleepers, but it was a negative. Parking deck across street is good overnight option, but expensive ($36).

The room was big and great. Clean and easy to use. Parking was an issue and paid $20-$25/day.
Parking situation, not bad, but not what I expected.

Downtown location was great.
Beds weren't very comfortable. Kitchen wasnt clean. We had to buy Clorox wipes and wipe down counters and table. Dishes werent clean and were stuck to the cupboard shelf. All the burners didn't work on the stove, the toaster was all sticky and gross. One of the bathroom sinks, its faucet was loose. In one of the bathrooms the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The only common space in the apartment had a large table, no comfy chairs or sofa. So you were either laying on the beds or sitting in hard chairs. Our code didn't work at the backdoor either. So we had to use the front door, which the elevator wasn't working so we had to walk up 5 stories.

Location is very good in downtown, parking not far from the property, the property itself is outdated and need renovation. The room was okay but kind of old furniture and bathroom.

The Staff were non-existent, the front door was locked, the front elevator did not work. The back door was locked after I received the key. There is no staff to help. I was afraid I was locked out all night. No wifi. Beds were uncomfortable. The neighborhood had more homeless people than rats and dogs. It could not have been much worse. I would never stay here again, and I was so glad my wife did not come with me on the trip. We would never have stayed here. This could actually be a nice property, but I guess the owners are more interested in making money. Parking lot was always empty and there was parking on the street, but it was a dangerous neighborhood. Rooms were quiet, thanks.
Have staff on the premises. I never saw anyone. The neighborhood was very threatening. I told enuff above.

Easy check in, out
No closets, night tables. Shower stall very tight fit.

This property is horrible, and the neighborhood is dangerous. There were a lot of sketchy people hanging out across the street, on the corner, and 2 buildings down.
There was mold inside of both showers, and the shower floors were filthy. The room had a musty smell, and the floors were dirty. The sheets on the bed were dirty, and so were the towels in the bathrooms. The apartment looked as if it had seen better days. The photos of the apartment are very misleading. The elevators were broken, and the apartment was on the 4th floor. I had my elderly mother with me, and she couldn't make it up 4 flights of stairs. When I initially messaged the owner for the code, they responded fairly quickly. When I messaged them with my concerns, they stopped replying, and I never heard a word back. I sent a message to customer service, and I haven't heard back from them either. Even though they said I should expect to hear something in 24hrs. It's been 72hrs. We never stayed at the property we left immediately and found a hotel in a safe part of town. I walked in to view it and never went back in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!! IT'S UNCLEAN AND UNSAFE!!!!

Very good price for the location. Was walking distance to ballpark and train station. Also close to public transit but didn't have info on how to use it. Close to many affordable eating places.
Room was very uncomfortable as we came in late April when, in Pittsburgh, the temps are typically in the 40's. All we had was a small portable heater for warmth in room 5c. Seems like another room i was in previously was more comfortable. Can't remember if there was a thermostat or it was just warmer outside. Also the change from the keybox system to the electronic system was a little confusing with no communication prior to arrival.
2.0
Cheaper than the hotels in that area
There are apparently no on-call staff. I was sent the wrong check-in information and spent until 11:30pm waiting for new door codes so I could even enter the room. No towels were in the room. The soap dispenser fell off the shower wall and shattered.
9.0
Location and kitchen. Close parking
No nearby laundry I think

It was downtown is good But I recommend I was not aware that they have a car and they have to go up 5 floors with stairs, please don't rent them
The elevator was not working, it was very tiring to go up and down five floors
There was no place to park the car, I was stressed about parking. Downtown parking was very expensive, about $25
Street park some hours you should not stay car ,spend more than 40$ a day

Nothing
the staff was horrible the cleaning staff wouldn’t mind there business and got in the middle of an argument between me and my boyfriend and called the “authorities “ and they took my boyfriend to jail after I just had ankle surgery and can’t do anything on my own he’s all I had. Everything was left at the property including my walker in order for me to get anywhere and all my clothes and all of my shoes (3 pairs of boots) and they are saying there wasn’t anything left there’s

It’s very easy to get in, there’s no need to talk to anyone you can do it all by yourself and they give you very easy instructions! The apartment is very nice.
Wi-fi was bad most of the time :/

The location was okay close to everything.
The widows were really not isolated so there were an awful noise from the street and the bed was not very comfortable. The apartment was pretty worn out.

The linoleum floor was extremely dirty. There were no utensils to clean it ourselves. The air on the property was a bit stuffy with no way to open any windows. The electric outlets at one of the sinks were not working.
5.0
There was a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The location was quiet at least.
The floors were gross. They were sticky when you walked on them in the bathroom. Definitely need house shoes for the stay. The showers weren’t super clean and the soap dispensers looked gross too. The 4F is also the trash floor and smells terrible when walking through. Thankfully the room didn’t smell.

I liked the convenience of the location. Very close to Station Square. Everything was walkable.
Just a little more attention to detail in cleaning. Someone had spilled something on the bedroom floor and it was sticky.

Easy to book online. The price was definitely good. The size of the room with two bathrooms was great. The room felt secure. We did appreciate that there were plates and cups and a coffee maker with good coffee and pots and pans. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Clean towels and bedding.
The neighborhood was a little shady for us. Both of the drains were slow to drain water while brushing teeth with the kids. Wifi definitely had issues and didn't work well.

Location wasn’t bad and the price was decent compared to others for the weekend I was in town.
No staff on site. Sketchy area.

I like the convenience! It was 30 minutes walk to the stadium - where we went for a concert. Parking was really close by so it made it super easy too
We had issue with the lock and couldn’t get into our room until much later.

Kitchen was Nice enough to make dinner and store food.stove, fridge, sink….Bathroom was clean.
Could’ve been cleaner. I came in and noticed it was perfectly clean and orderly but i do have high standards. The first thing i did was to dust because i noticed dusty surfaces which means they have mot been wiped down in a while. Then i straightened up a bit. It wasn’t terrible but could’ve been better.i didn’t like the pillows either and the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed. It was freestanding so it knocked…….
10.0
The ease of checking and out.
It was a tad unclean, but again it's not a hotel in the traditional sense.
