Ótimo custo-benefício

O atendimento da Dona Rute foi muito bom. O local como um todo estava bem limpo e a toalha e manta (por cinco r-eais) estavam bem cheirosas. Os travesseiros são de boa qualidade, macios. Há tomadas na parede ao lado da cama. O banheiro, dentro do quarto, é pequeno, mas atende. Foi tudo muito tranquilo no checkin e checkout.

A internet no quarto Bahia continua ruim, havia 2 anos que tinha me hospedado lá e está do mesmo jeito. Achei que tinham instalado repetidor. A porta do banheiro está quebrada, mas fecha. A luminária, perto da porta, está estragada. A pia do banheiro está solta. Sugiro instalar um aviso em vários idiomas com um NÃO FUMAR na sacada do quarto Bahia. Mesmo sendo proibido, o sujeito que estava no quarto, não era brasileiro, fumava na sacada a cada 2 horas e o cheiro voltava para o quarto, mesmo pedindo ele continuou a fumar (aí vai da educação, pois o hostel orienta)

Prática e com boa companhia!

Eu e minha irmã adoramos nossa estadia, viramos boas amigas de um grupo de marroquinos que se hospedaram conosco no hostel! Localização é excelente! fica beeeem pertinho do metrô, fomos de metrô para todos os lugares! Local beeeem limpo! Roupas de cama bem limpinhas e cheirosas! O local limpa o quarto e o banheiro todos os dias!

Acho que as beliches podiam ter uma guardinha.

Bom lugar, mas atente-se aos horários.

Muito bem localizado, em região tranquila e a um quarteirão do metrô. Camas boas e quarto e banheiro bem limpos. A senhora que gerencia o local é muito simpática.

O banheiro não tinha cortina e nem luz. O único real problema, porém, é o horário de fechamento e abertura (6h-22h); por não termos recebido chaves, eu e meu irmão chegamos lá às 23h e não nos foi permitida a entrada, no que tivemos de passar a noite na rua.

Preço bem em conta, funcionários super simpáticos, gostei bastante voltarei mas vezes.

Ótima localização, bem perto das lojas no Brás, do templo de Salomão, funcionários super atenciosos, gostei bastante, voltarei com amigas novamente.

Não teve nada que eu não gostei.

next to the metro station (5 min walk max) not very safe at night though. staff was nice. payment easy by card but with 5% charge

the door of the room did not lock. the staff said it was ok because of the multiple cameras in the hall. we hid our bags in the room as much as possible and had to take pictures to make sur nobody touched it in our absence. double bed was actually two twin beds together. no towels, no sheets except one on a chair my husband used (i have a sleeping bag so i used that). the room was next to the kitchen with automatic lighting in the corridor so you cannot sleep if there are people on the kitchen (it kept making the lights in the corridor goes on) no windows, the room was build inside a small space in the building. the bathroom window (very small) was connected to another bathroom, not outside. very unpleasant when the neighboor used it . The neighborhood was quite frankly scary at night. overall felt unsafe.

NOT meant for foreign tourists, but perfect for Brazil retailers.

People are very nice, including the owner and staff who were very helpful and accommodating.

This hostel is NOT meant for international tourists or backpackers. It is meant for local Brazilians who shop wholesale at Bras, sleep over the night and head back to their cities the next day. Area is not safe for tourists due to homeless people around.

The location is near to metro station and I had bathroom in the room. The host was kind.

The room was small for 3 people and also bathroom was tiny. We didn't get key to the room, we couldn't lock it. There were loud conversation behind walls. Wifi was really weak. The location is near to dangerous city center.

Very good for the price, safe, clean.

Cheap (5 US$), clean, very safe (videos). Nice guys at the reception. The lady is never smiling !

Unconfortable beds, no heating/AC. But for the price ok. Nobody speaks English.

The only think that I didn’t like was the time of attention, because they have attention from 6a.m to 10p.m, well I was a tourist in this city and I went to visit the city and not only to stay in a hostel room the whole night.

WORST HOSTEL EVER

My friend had a reservation in this hostel ( through booking.com) but the lady who worked there told us that my friend can’t come inside as it was already late and she had no key. When the owner of the hostel came down he looked at my friend from inside having a key from the door but HE DIDN’T LET HIM IN and LEFT MY FRIEND IN THE STREET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT !! Can you imagine it? My friend had reservation on booking and the owner just left him in the street even though the owner was there and he could have opened the door. For the the first time in my life I FELT LIKE IN A PRISON. They told me if they open the door at night I can only go out but can’t come inside back even if I’m gonna hold the door. There is no service , there is no humanity in this hostel. Just bear it in mind if you’re late just for a minute ( your flight , your bus) the owner WILL LEAVE YOU STAY IN THE STREET looking at you from inside. HOW COME YOU DON’T LET YOUR CUSTOMER COME INSUDE IF YOU ARE THERE AND YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS THE KEY. I wish the guy (owner or whoever he was) has the same experience to end up in the street in the middle of the night. Unpleasant experience, will never come back to this place again . P.S. There were also troubles with shower ( it didn’t work) and NO WATER AT ALL the morning I was leaving.

Flexibility of the hostel staff Arrived more than 1 hour after check-in time and waited for me which i really appreciated. Tried to help me as much as he could in Portuguese via google translate

Clean, cheap, comfortable. The staff is friendly.

The location is near the homeless people camps. The wifi does not work well in the cheapest room. You can surf slightly the Internet, but can not do the videocalls which was important for me.

Clean and Close to the metro station

The room was clean and they provide towels and soap for you. It’s also close to the metro station. They let me check in early for an amount of 15reals. The first night I was on my own in the room which I appreciated after a 15 hours flights.

I didn’t like the neighbourhood, it felt a bit dodgy and kinda unsafe, not a really good feeling for my first day in Brazil. Unfortunately at the hostel no one can speak a word in English, the staff seems nice though if you can interact with them. Also, about the room, the mattress was really hard, and there’s no key to lock the door from the outside, so everyone can enter the room.

Very recommended for visitors of SP especially the area of Bras

The location is good ; near metro station and bras shops. The staff were excellent and welcoming. I was planning to stay one night but i stayed two because I liked the place.☺️
