A superb apartment, perfectly placed for a stay at Lago Maggiore

Very high standard of decor and finishes. Huge bed. Well appointed kitchen. Beautifully presented.

Nothing. There is a reliance on street parking (although this was free on the streets around the property), but in our case it wasn’t an issue.

overall we had a good experience although we had to leave one day before / train strike

Location, and the balcony views, very clean. All the information provided which was very usedful to plan the trip the communication was great

the fact that at booking it was not clear if it was a hotel or a separate accomodation the noise of the water/pump which was almost on going very often on the next door room.

Comfortable apartment Great Location

The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and large shower, a lovely balcony with mountain views was ideal for breakfast. Easy check in instructions and a lift. The only downside side was the weather, it rained constantly until the morning we left. Short walk to the train station, restaurants and lake.

Very cool apartment a comfortable stay and a beautiful view.

The Room is very nice, comfortable and very clean! You have a balcony with the view on the lake and the mountains, very beautiful. In the room you have a small kitchen, thats super practical and close to the apartment you have a supermarket and free parking everywhere. The owner seems friendly and uncomplicated:).

In the kitchen they could be more dishes, like forks, spoons and there are no bowls. The communication, if you don’t phone them, is very on distance, you don’t now the name and you will only get a WhatsApp message how to enter the building. I like always to know with who I’m writing, so a name in the message would be great. :)

Eine Unterkunft, wo ich gerne wieder beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Stresa buchen werde!

Grosszügiger Raum mit Kückenabteil Stuckaturen an Wänden und Decke und entsprechend schöne Möbel Grosses Badzimmer Balkon, den ich leider wegen des kühlen Wetters nicht geniessen konnte

Die Radiatoren waren kalt und ich musste die Steuerschaltung selbst suchen, um die Radiatoren aufzuwärmen. Eine kurze Anweisung wäre nützlich gewesen. Das Check-in per Whats up Anweisung hingegen war sehr gut beschrieben und ich konnte problemlos zum Apartment gelangen.

Was good and relaxing, quiet location , but Vespucci needs a few touch ups!

Mattress was great and we appreciate different type of pillows. Location was quiet and relaxing.

Towels were thin so they take a while dry, so to re-use them was not nice. We asked for more and that was no problem but I suggest to get better quality towels. More body soap would've been also nice for the shower. And a bit of milk for the coffee. If you provide washing machine please also provide a bit of detergent. For an apartment, the kitchen is not fully equipped.

Clean and nice in excellent location

Excellent location, close walking distance to restaurants and lake, supermarket in next building. House looks a bit crappy from the outside, and it is a normal residential building, but the floor where the apartments are is completely renovated and fresh. The junior "suite" had a bit more space which was nice and a balcony from where you could see the alke, very nice to sit on. A quiet street. Clean and comfy all over, will most likely come again.

There were some noises in the house, especially in the mornings, that could well be heard. Evenings and nights were very quiet though. A bit difficult to get the room dark, so easy to be woken up early by the sunlight coming in. Only one set of keys provided so you need to use the lockbox if you are more than one who needs them. No daily cleaning so be sure to catch the cleaning person in the hallway if you want more toilet paper etc.

Building works are being carried out on the floor above so can be loud Monday to Friday during working hours

The entrance to the Boutique hotel is magic, the apartment is cosy and the lovely terrace makes the place very relaxing.

The building from outside is not the best to see but when you enter into the boutique hotel, it seems that you are in another world.

very easy to find. central location to the town and train station.

the hotel tried to accommodate us with storing our bags in their office as the location doesn’t have a luggage storage. the office is also very close by. 😉

The room itself was lovely and clean with modern touches and equipment

Unfortunately there was building work with constant noise on the floor above. The appartaments are on one floor in an appartament block so this noise is out of Vespucci control.

Slightly unusual accommodation in that it is just a series of rooms in a residential building but the room itself was great, spacious, with everything you need. And a nice balcony from which you can see the lake.

Great location and well designed studio that I would recommend for couples or solo travelers.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood but very short walk to the center and lake. Nice decor, roomy, large bathroom and washing machine. Also had nice kitchenette. Less than a block to a grocery store.

Would have been nice to have shower/body gel, but it did have shampoo/conditioner and dish soap for the kitchenette. Broken bidet with a small water leak but easily addressed by property management.
