Simply said, this place was a dream come true. Found in a hidden corner of the world, the location of this house was a joy. No crowds, no noise, just nature's pure beauty. I felt like I discovered a secret garden, with fields stretching wide, forests full of ripe blueberries, and even an encounter with a mighty moose. This place, truly a paradise for those who cherish the natural world.
The house? Ah, it was a pearl. Old, big, full of stories whispered by the antique furniture, books that filled the walls from floor to ceiling. The stained-glass window caught my eye every time, casting colorful light around the room. Even the tableware had an elegant, old-world charm about it. My camera was always in hand, each corner of this house a perfect picture waiting to be captured.
And then, there was Harri, the owner. A man full of warmth, like a welcoming old friend. We spent many hours chatting, the conversations flowing as freely as the homemade breakfast he served each morning. If you're lucky, you might even get a taste of his delicious dinner. Talking with him, about life, about everything, was as much a part of the experience as the house itself.
In a nutshell, this wasn't just a place to sleep for a few nights. It was a journey, a step back in time, a getaway wrapped up in the gentle arms of nature and the heartwarming hospitality of a gracious host. Truly, a treasure to be found by any traveler.
Now, let's talk about a part of the house that might catch you off guard - the bathroom. I wouldn't say I'm too fussy, but the shower situation was indeed an interesting one. It was set inside an old jacuzzi with a bit of a wonky bottom.
Certainly, it was an experience in its own right, adding to the overall quirky charm of the house. However, it's fair to say it might not sit well with everyone, especially older travelers who might find it a tad challenging to navigate. It's part of the house's character, yet a potential point of discomfort worth noting. Nevertheless, for those up for an unconventional twist to their getaway, it simply adds to the unique adventure that this old-world retreat offers.

Great variety of foods for breakfast and the table was set beautifully. I would describe the house as really interesting in a kind of quirky way - but good quirky. The place is in the country, surrounded by trees and it is quiet. The host was very interesting and informative.

This is magic place with very nice and friendly host. Very peaceful and welcoming, old house with unique interior and atmosphere, home made food. Main thing is a warm welcome and attitude to the guests. We will be looking at this option always when around. Thank you!

Harri’s hospitality exceeds all expectations and makes the stay very pleasant and comfortable. The included meals were delicious.
The bathroom is a bit outdated and the place wasn’t spotless. But it’s great value for money - would definitely stay again.

Wonderful old house with history & soul in a peaceful location, surrounded by great nature. The host is such an exceptionally warmhearted and hospitable person – it was a pleasure to meet him.
In the morning I was greeted by the smell of freshly home-baked bread, and dinner was simply delicious, too.
I can only warmly recommend this place!

Great host and beautiful 100 year old home with soul. Highly recommended for those who don't like boring hotels and prefer cozy accommodation in interesting places. The dinner and breakfast with a home-made bread were delicious!
Not for people allergic to dog hair.

Talking with the owner is wonderful.
Google map marks an incorrect location at which I found a sign of “Villa Livisa.” That place is about six km from the correct location of the hotel. I hope the wrong mapping should be deleted.

Harry is so hospitable and interesting person and it was great to communicate. He served rich breakfast with freshly baked bread and even in the evening he cooked some soup and salad for us. The house is beautiful , it was very calm there; the sea side is in a short walk and forest around.
