Unit Layout
The unit is a 3-room house spanning 70 m2 across two levels, featuring comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings. The living/sleeping room includes a double sofa bed, a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, and DVD player, with access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and additional Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. There is also a dining nook in the kitchen area. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower and a separate WC. The upper level houses a double bedroom and a room with two beds and a sofa bed (140 cm). There is another shower/WC and a sauna on this floor. The unit has wooden floors throughout and a roofed terrace with furniture and deck chairs (2).
