In front of the Gulf-front pool is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Additional beach loungers may be procured through the on-site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.
KINDNESS MATTERS is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

Kindness Matters lives up to their name. Carillon Beach Rentals was top notch! They were responsive, flexible, communicative, and kind! Thank you, Karen and Eric!The house was wonderful! Super clean, spacious and charming.A lot of rentals say they have a stocked kitchen and end up short. I was pleased with all they had. Ample pots and pans, multiple cutting boards, plenty of plates...the beverage fridge and separate ice machine was a very nice bonus!In addition, the house came with plenty of towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. We took advantage of all the community had to offer. We shopped the shops, ate the food, drank the wine, rode the bikes, attended the concerts, used the pools, played the courts, and loved the beach.We are thankful for a great trip. We'll be back again soon!

We absolutely loved this house. Feels brand-new...I think it was built in early 2020, but it still feels like it just got built. It was very ,very clean. Everything is in great shape, really nice finishes, great kitchen, wide hallways, a lot of living space, outdoor covered fireplace that we used every is great! Great location in Carillon--really close to the Main St/village area, and also really close to two walkovers. And easy for our kids to get to the basketball court. It was our family of 6 and another family of 5, and we all had plenty of room. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back!

Amazingly well kept property, and extremely comfortable. perfectly positioned in the community and only a few steps from the ocean. We loved the lake view , especially fro the 2nd floor decks. I am certain We will be returning again in the future . The property manager ( Karen ) is super knowledgeable and helpful: she was available in person promptly, when even minor adjustments required attention .We have stayed at 4 different homes in this community over the past 9 years and this was by far the nicest home and associated amenities .Thank you Kindness Matters !!

My family spent 5 days at this fabulous house for my daughter's wedding. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The space was perfect and ample for 12 adults. Karen was a pleasure to work with. I had a couple questions and one maintenance issue which was resolved in minutes. The house is equipped with plenty of dishware, cookware, beach equipment, linens and other essentials. I can't say enough about this property. We would absolutely rent here again. This house was perfect for us because it is 2 doors down from the chapel. We were able to walk to our daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful. It was the perfect house for our family of ten, which included three generations. The home was immaculate and is equipped with everything we needed. As perfect as a Hurricane Trip Could Be!!
Kindness Matters is truly one of the most welcoming, good-vibe places I have ever stayed - and I have been staying up and down 30-A for 30 years. The house itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and plenty to gather. We almost didn’t make it because of Hurricane Sally, but even with the neighborhood flooded, the people were so warm and friendly! The beaches were uncrowded and beautiful in a way I had not seen (post hurricane). The restaurants opened and we dined safely (COVID!) outside at Gratitude right across the park from the house - delicious food! The Phat Crab across the way also has the best “Mystery Margarita” I have tasted to date. The weather changed to chilly in the evening and we especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace at that time. We danced to the music of a wedding in the square on the back porch. Just the best stay ever. Karen was so amazing and wonderful to work with. If I can help it, I will rent from her from now on!!
