About this house rental
SEAS THE MOMENTS is a lovely Nantucket style beach home with high ceilings situated just steps from the beach AND a heated community swimming pool and park area with tennis courts and children's play area. The home boasts 3 1/2 baths/4 comfortable bedrooms - 2 Kings - 2 Queens - bunk room and a third floor tower - 2 additional Twins.
The Master Suite on the second level includes a Queen bed, TV, a private deck and a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The guest bedroom on the main floor also has a king bed with a full attached private bath. The upstairs guest bedrooms both have queen beds and share a full bath with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The tower room on the third floor offers a built in twin bed with futon as well as a TV. The washer, dryer and powder room are located on the first floor. Additional living space to the rear include a spacious back deck with grill and outside shower. WIFI included.
Carillon Beach Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

Seas the Moments is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Carillon. We loved the community which was clean, quiet, not very crowded, nice people and great amenties like a few places to get food, pickleball courts, basketball, pools, and easy access to the beach. We liked our house and found the rental company to be very responsive and attentive and we greatly appreciated having designated chairs that were set up each day. the chair guys were so polite and helpful, especially compared to other places we have stayed. The house had a good layout for my extended family and had a well stocked kitchen which we enjoyed as we all like to cook together. Our only complaint was the master bed was way too soft for us. We also enjoyed having an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Seas the Moment is probably our favorite house at Carillon for many reasons. We especially love the family room with two large sitting areas separated by a large rectangular table( game/dinning). The kitchen is very well equipped including a pantry. The bedrooms are large and nicely placed. The third floor was thoroughly enjoyed by our two teenage girls. A perfect house for a wonderful beach trip

The house was great. Had everything you needed. Comfy beds. I love how walkable the community is and was fun to zip around in a golf cart. The beach is beautiful- white sand and blue waters. Unfortunately- there are a lot of construction projects throughout the community. There seemed to be a bulldozer, dumpster, compressors, big crews on almost every block. (there are a few areas/small neighborhoods that are not impacted). Also- from certain parts of the beach you can hear the construction. Looks like a big contruction project was getting started by Seas the Moments at the end of our trip. They were clearing a plot of land/chainsawing trees. So whenever that project is done- should be quiet enough at Seas the Moments. For a community/HOA that seems to have a lot regulations and rules- it seems surprising that they would allow so many projects at the same time.

This beautiful home is spacious, close to the beach, park and pool, clean, has a well equipped kitchen, and a very good management team. Our family of 6 adults and 5 children were very comfortable here!

We couldn’t say more great things about this rental. Location was amazing, perfect for families and loved how clean it was. Also appreciative of the beach towels, toys and stocked cooking utensils and pans. Loved the front porch sitting. We will definitely be staying here again.

We rented a house for Thanksgiving week and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and the location was perfect. My extended family rented in other houses, but our house had the space to meet for meals. In addition, our rental had everything needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal! We have rented from this management company 3 times now and they are wonderful to deal with. They have someone on-site if you need anything and they have great customer service if you have any questions. I highly recommend!

"Seas the Moment" on Seahill Avenue was fantastic. It was an immaculate and stylish place with everything you need. It is in a great location, and it is in close proximity to the ocean and a little Carillon Beach center with a coffee shop, general store, and a Sports bar.
Karen S gave us clear instructions for the expectations of the house, including what was necessary when we departed. Karen also left us a helpful collection of notes and dining recommendations for us to use. I would include in the welcome book to purchase additional toilet paper and body soap.
I would stay there again the next time I come to Panama Beach.

We loved staying in Carillon. The community is beautiful. The beaches were amazing. This house was a short walk to the beach. The house has a great layout and was very spacious for our large family. The only complaint is that the house is really beat up on the inside. cabinets are worn. Walls were marked with spackle. The master shower floor was dirty with mildew. The third floor where the twin beds are was extremely hot. I think that for the money, the house should have been in better repair, but overall it was a nice trip.

The house was great! Plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was very well equipped ! Plenty of kitchen stuff to use for meals, and there were even spices and a crock pot! The only down side was there were only 2 drawers for us to use for food storage and with a family of 9 we definitely did some food shopping so it was a disappointment to have to store stuff on the counter tops and move some things around in order to make room. Overall the house was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely book again.

This is a wonderful property in a fabulous location. a short walk to the beach and to the main pool.The home has a well equipped kitchen including spices and basic cooking items like oil, flour, sugar etc. there are pool and beach toys and an extra beach umbrella. The home has a great living area that includes a dining table for 10! The front porch is a wonderful extension of the living area. The bedrooms were very nice and mattresses were all comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting both Karen Sandel the owner of Carillon Beach Rentals and Kristie their head of housekeeping. They are both lovely and accommodating. Eric, the young man cleaning our house even offered to help us unload our car!!! We would certainly recommend "Seas the Moment," or other properties managed by Karen.

Best of all, this was the closest we’ve been to the beach, we were within a short walk to either the first or second walkover, which put us close to the four complimentary chairs and umbrellas. There were more chairs in the outside closet, along with tools to grill (charcoal), which we also took advantage of.
The main pool was closed for renovations but we prefer the beachside pool (walkover five) with the covered cabana area, perfect for reading, people-watching, charging your phone, napping :)
This was the second time I’ve worked with Karen Sandel, and she was prompt and responsive to any questions I had.
Carillon offers everything one could want in a vacation, tennis, basketball, pickle ball (our new favorite), and a playground for little ones.
Worshipping at the Chapel at Carillon has been a precious beginning to all our vacations there, and this year was no exception.
Our last time in Carillon was May of 2019, and little did we know it would be my dad’s last trip with us, he graduated to glory in September. So the memories were poignant and sweet as we sat among the trees with fellow believers anticipating the week ahead with our five children (two spouses and a boyfriend), my husband, and my mom.
Carillon will always be somewhat of a sacred place to us, and we recommend ‘Seas the Moments’ without reservation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sail on Inn for this year’s family vacation! The house is decorated so nicely with plenty of seating in the living area for our big family, and it is so clean. The kitchen is stocked very well and had everything we needed for cooking meals and cleanup afterward. The third floor area with beds and the bunk room were so great for our grandchildren. They loved it!! The short walk to the beach and the pool make this house a favorite.

We traveled with our kids, 11, 9 and 5. The home was spotless. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The gated community was so cute, not crowded and it felt safe. The location was perfect as we were steps away from the beach and from the heated pool/tennis courts/basketball courts. Had all you needed to make a meal. It would have been nice to have a gas grill.

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Moment! Karen was very responsive and unlocked the door remotely for us when we arrived 2hrs before the scheduled arrival time of 4pm. Thank you, Karen! The house was very comfortable for our family of 5. We still had a full bedroom and bunk room open but the kids enjoyed all of the extra space. I could not believe how close the house was to the beach. We did end up renting a golf cart, but you can easily be at the beach in 3 minutes by walking. I loved having the golf cart to cruise around at night and drive to the shops. We loved sitting on the cozy front porch at night and having a glass of wine. Carillon is truly the best kept secret close to 30A but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. I loved that the house came with 4 beach chairs and there were 2 heated pools. We will definitely be back! I would definitely stay here again but we may rent a different house next year only because we hope to purchase a home there in the future and would like to test out some different floor plans for our family. Family Beach Days
This home was perfect for us. Extra clean, well situated and convenient to all we love at Carillon. We don’t mind rainy days staying in Carillon. Sun always comes out, kids splash in the puddles or we swim in the pool when it rains.

We brought the whole crew out to Sail on Inn last week and it was wonderful. House is set up smart so everyone has their own space, but plenty of room and comfort for socializing. Close to the beach, pool and tennis courts, and great customer service from the managers and cleaning staff. We'll be returning!
