We had a wonderful stay

Quit, great location, very few houses around you.

My group didn't have a huge problem with our stay, the house was clean and had a great location. There is a set of french doors that lead to the patio that wouldn't lock. I texted the guest contact who didn't respond until the next day. He blamed it being a holiday and offered no solutions to the issue and then stopped responding. My group did feel unsafe without this area locking and I expressed my concern to him. With A/C only in two rooms, the house can get warm.
It was a nice stay other than the doors that didn't lock.

The house is in a wonderful location, layout is ideal for 6+ people and the porch is awsm.
This property has been a rental for over 10 years ( neighbor told us ). The house itself and outside property needs some serious TLC. The exorbitant cleaning fee we are charged is not reflected by any part of either the interior or exterior of this rental. We have submitted pictures to the rental company and hopefully they can put some sparkle back into this gem of a property. We recommend reaching out to rental company before staying at this property to see if they have made any improvements.

Warm, cozy, and a beautiful location
This place was flat out perfect for our group. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 more twins in a loft. Great congregating areas and a kitchen that is perfectly sufficient. Great property, close to Rainbow lake and other fun things to go outside and do with kids. Beds are pretty dang comfy as well!
The one downside, which has literally nothing to do with the property itself, the Circle K's in Pinetop don't have coke products at the soda fountain. Which was a bummer.

Just what we needed
Perfect location, beautiful house in a wooded quiet neighborhood. House could use some upgrades, but was perfect for us. Will stay here again.

First Trip to Lakeside
We loved our visit. Everything was just as expected! Quiet neighborhood, close to all our needs and a cozy, clean property. If we were to have one Con: It would be possibly time for a new sectional. Other than that everything else was great. We named the 2 birds on the back patio, Teddy and Marg. Pretty soon there will be additions to their family! Had a lovely stay.

Much needed get away.
Everything was great. Our contact David was most helpful. We enjoyed much needed family time. There was 10 of us. We brought our adult daughters, and our younger children ages 4 to 11. We played games and enjoyed s’mores . On our final day we woke up to snow. Our younger six had never seen snow. There was such awe and wonder on their faces. Bring warm clothes and pjs it gets cold. We expected that though 😃

Nice Getaway
We had a great time. The cabin was cute, it is older but it was comfy and worked great for the 9 of us. We spent a lot of time outside on the swing around the propane firepit. I would suggest that you bring some tupperware or take-away containers, it was challenging to store left overs. We would stay there again.

DO NOT stay here!!
1. The only air conditioning is a window unit on the second floor loft and one so small in the master it can barely keep up. It was hit in that house.
2. The porch and yard were a mess. They were totally unkept and haven’t been picked up or attended to in ages. The gas fire pit did not work and the glider next to it was destroyed with the upholstery literally torn open and stuffing on the ground.
3. The grill is falling apart and so gross you wouldn’t dare use it. There were no sides on it and the bottom pan was ready to fall into pieces. I suspect the 1/4 inch of grease on the bottom was the only thing holding it together.
4. The shades in the big front window are missing slats but they still serve the purpose of not letting you see that those big windows haven’t been cleaned in ages.
5. The closets on the first floor look like someone stood back, threw things into them and closed the doors.
6. The pots and pans were past their deadline 5 years ago.
7. The TV only gets three channels. We contacted the owner and he said they never advertised having cable or satellite. In 2020 if some advertises a TV wouldn’t you suspect they actually work and have channels available?
We had rented the property for 3 nights. Needless to say we were out of there after 1. I would love to share the pictures I have and you can compare them to the pics shown in the ad. I will repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE unless your standards are low.

My family and I enjoyed the property. Great location and very close to the lake. The house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our weekend away!

Great place, great location, but note that it wasn't fully stocked
We really liked this place, and it was great for our vacation (we'd def stay again), but it was really tricky to find things in the kitchen (not all things you'd want to cook some basic meals for large groups), not enough e.g. bowls for a group, most bathrooms didn't have hand soap (we ended up buying some at Walmart), not enough dishwasher detergent, etc. That said, we didn't exactly call the contact number to ask about it, so maybe we're half responsible... That said, we'd stay again and we really liked the property!

It was just OK
We rented this property to have a little friend reunion for Father's Day. We had a good time and made some memories but there is a lot that the listing mentioned it included and it was not there. The listing stats that the kitchen is fully stocked but there was one spatula that was gross, one spoon that looked like a dog ate half of it, no big pots or pans. The grill was absolutely disgusting and all rusted. We had to clean it to be able to use it for two of our meals. The propane fire pit in the backyard doesn't work. The swing in the back was good but the cushions were all torn up and shredded. It was nice having a fenced in the yard for the kids but there was a ton of trash and things thrown all around. The pillows on the beds were the thinnest things we've ever laid on, we had to use couch cushions just to have a little support. The trash cans were full when we got there so we could only use about half of one for the trash we aquired over the three days we were there. The master bedroom comforter was ripped through it. The cabin is outdated. It did the job and we made it all work, including having to go buy some cooking utensils. We did have fun but I wanted to make sure to leave a review for others who might be considering this cabin. I can't say we would choose to stay here again.

Town was beautiful
A much needed time away to get our minds off this this chaos, the cabin was beautiful, the cleaning of it not so much. Needs some updates on appliances, utensils, bar stools, some decor. But either than that it was nice!
