The property had all of the amenities as identified in the posting. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with sleeping accommodations for 16 people.
Unfortunately, the stains in the carpet were concerning (only because we were afraid of getting blamed for them), there were no drinking glasses-- plenty of dinnerware, but we had to use that we're dirty nnn one cup after the other which made us concerned annoy the rest of the dishes and cutlery. A storm hit and the power went out for a short moment. I was surprised there were no candles.
Finally, sleeping accommodations for 14 were upstairs with only one small bathroom (4 ft tub/ shower) to share. It could be fun for a group of young skiiers sharing the cost of the home, but a little uncomfortable for family & friends & acquaintances.
We never reached out for the property management but a response was required.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the space and all the activities, from pool to cornhole to the piano. The weather was amazing and we spent most of our stay on the awesome back patio with the big fenced yard for our pup to roam.

House is great! Slept the 8 of us (5 adult, 3 teens) very nicely! Loved the extras especially the coffee and pool table! Close to just about everything here! The host was very responsive with a problem I created myself by not adding the dogs in at first. They were also very responsive with a question I had upon arrival.I'd stay here again, we made some pretty great family memories this year!

We spent a short week here (family of four and our dog. Beautiful spacious house, great games and fun options, gorgeous lawn in a spacious gated backyard, great location right near town. Incredibly stocked kitchen, appliances, tools, knives etc. Comfy beds, huge bedrooms.

My Husband and I stayed here with our children and their families. The house was great! There was lots of room for all of us, with plenty of comfy beds. The game room, with the pool table and other fun things, plus the awesome fireplace, was the perfect gathering place. We spent our evenings hanging out there together! The kitchen was nicely stocked and the coffee bar was great! The owner was quick to respond when we had any questions. We would love to stay again!

This house was exactly what we expected from the online listing. My husband and I took our teen daughter, and our two grown children and their families and all stayed together. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had such a great time hanging out in the game room! The yard was fantastic for the kids and the dogs… we all enjoyed the snow!! There were plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant We would love to stay here again!

This was a great house for a family vacation right before Christmas. The pool table was a big hit with everyone, the large dining room table let us all eat together, and getting to use the attached garage was a nice bonus too.

Relaxing 😎 Family Vacation
We rented this home for a week to escape the heat from Phoenix. This home had everything we needed. My kids spent so much time in the game room playing pool, darts, and enjoying the old school golf arcade machine. They have plenty of board games too. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily cook all our meals. I enjoyed having extra spices and coking oils. We had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. How nice they even had laundry supplies for us. The front patio and back patio were a hit. All of us enjoyed reading, talking, and even putting together a puzzle on the patios. I did leave the puzzle for the next guest to enjoy (sorry it’s missing two pieces). Our dogs were in puppy heaven in the spacious backyard. We even had pick up bags provided for their messes. The coffee bar was amazing. There is a beautiful hiking trail 1/2 mile walk from there house that we went to almost everyday. A cute antique shop is down the road. The neighbors are super nice. Mark, the owner, is super responsive and very accommodating. You will not regret booking this home. We definitely will in the future.

Amazing getaway!
My wife and I spent the week at this beautiful property and enjoyed every minute. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the grass was a huge plus! Better Than Advertised
We loved this place. The added extras were nice as well. The rooms were nice and roomy for the kids, the backyard wS sizes le enough to have a snowman building competition. The driveway was snowed in but a snow shovel was provided. They also had 3 sleds that we used for sledding fun in the snow. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee maker and Kurieg are on site. A game room with a gas fireplace, pool table and old school golf arcade game were great entertainment. Check in & check out was super easy. The only thing winter travelers may need to know is the road up to the house isn’t well paved so the snow and ice could potentially be an issue getting in and out of the driveway. Nothing the owner can do about that but just something to be aware of. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

The property was exactly as described. I think its great that they allow dogs, my good boy had a ball! Plenty of room to stretch out both in and outside. The game room was quite popular with all ages. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet, nice stay
We needed a quiet, 2 week stay, and this was a lovely spot for exactly that. It was certainly more house than we needed (we never even used the upstairs! ) or the family room. The deck is the perfect spot in the afternoons to sit and listen to the wind move thru the trees. We did experience a power outage of a couple hours one afternoon, and had I not brought a Yankee jar candle, we would have been in the dark. I had also brought a small flashlight to take the dogs out in the evening. Had I not brought those items, we would have been in the dark. I would recommend that they furnish some candles and flashlights as I would imagine losing power happens frequently, especially during monsoon season. The home is in a pretty quiet neighborhood~however the neighborhood bordering behind the house has quite a few dogs that tend to bark quite a bit in the afternoons~maybe provoked by thunderstorms! and we wished their owners had been a bit more diligent as we were to keep them quiet. But all in all, we had a nice stay.

What a lovely home to reconnect with family!
There are so many fun things to do here….darts, pool, corn hole, board games, giant connect four game, basketball hoop, many tv options, and a huge grassy back yard which our dog loved the most! We spent lots of time on the covered back porch which was especially nice when the afternoon showers rolled in. There are many nearby hiking trails and Rainbow Lake is a short drive away.
We did lots of cooking and the kitchen is very well stocked…blender, crockpot, electric skillet, wok, etc. If you go out to eat, we recommend Mr. Zeke’s just up the road.
We did have to coordinate a bit with showers, dishwasher, laundry so as not to run out of hot water but that was a minor inconvenience.

We did lots of cooking and had all the kitchen items we needed including a blender, crockpot, wok, electric skillet, several types of coffee/espresso makers, etc. If you do eat out, we highly recommend Mr. Zeke’s!
We did have to strategize a bit when coordinating showers, dishwasher, laundry so as not to run out of hot water, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The property was clean , a lot of extras , to make it convenient , and cozy, we stayed in probably the hottest weekend of the year . A little warm at night for sleeping especially up stairs , but other than that very enjoyable, definitely, worth doing again

Perfect for families and pets
We had a wonderful time here. The location was perfect. We were within minutes of grocery stores and food and 10-30min for fishing, depending on where you wanted to fish. Our pets had a blast in the backyard. The wood floors are a little slippery for pets, but it was still a great time for us all. We love to travel with our dogs and they made it easy to do that. Lots of activities for the kids and teens. Our family enjoyed our trip.

The property was beautiful! The Best lake to go to was Show Low Lake! I loved the place we stayed at because there was enough room for everyone. The only thing I would have loved is if we could have had Cold AC on the 2nd floor because everyone was hot. When it was time to sleep fans and windows where all open. But again the place had Everything you could ask for! The kitchen was Fully stocked with Crockpot, blender, coffee, huge connect 4 and many more games ect. Thank you for allowing us to have such wonderful memories in your home!
