This house was very cute and cozy. It fit our crew (10 people) easily, and provided a lovely environment for our get-away.

We stayed In this beautiful home over thanksgiving with our family. The accommodations were wonderful and exceeded all of our needs. Our kids loved exploring the backyard and the trails down to the lake, roasting marshmallows and lounging in the hammocks.
The views and scenery are just incredible. It was quiet and serene. The fire pit was a highlight of our evenings. Every morning we got up and drank coffee on the huge deck that over looks the lake.
The kitchen was functional and top notch. We had an amazing time making our own pizzas in the wood burning pizza oven that we will never forget . So much joy and laughter as we were able to spend Thanksgiving in a beautiful home that accommodated all of our family for the Holiday. It is a quick drive to lots of hiking and fun outdoor activities. The hosts are great to work with, accommodating and so personable and friendly.
We will be back next year for sure !

This place was great! Super clean and well stocked. We travel often and we pack accordingly- you’d be surprised how many vacation homes leave you with only one extra trash bag, etc. This place was well stocked and offered anything we might need.
The walk to the lake is steep… we didn’t even make it all the way down there. But we brought our boats so we had our own lake access anyway. The boat ramp is just a couple minutes away-also super convenient!
We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful family vacation
My family enjoyed staying here and experiencing all of the beautiful scenery of Beaver Shores. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, it was large enough for our group and the remodel was definitely a bonus! We cooked all of our meals there and loved the outdoor areas. If you're not a hiker, prepare to take a couple breathers coming back up from the dock, the view is worth it though! The host was also informative and quick to respond!

Our family had an amazing time. The 11 year old said the house was a vibe!

The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family trip. The walk to the dock was pretty far and not accessible to wheelchairs or strollers. Couldn’t use the dock for a boat but we were able to fish off of it. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were really happy with the house. It was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everyone we saw was friendly, but it was the perfect place to just get away from the day-to-day. Just sitting out on the back porch and listening to the birds was exactly what we were looking for this week.
The path down to the lake is fairly steep, so it could be difficult for some people to make it down there, but the view from the house is great. Getting to and from Rogers is fairly simple, and we were able to do some local sightseeing and hiking.
Overall, this was a great place to visit, and we look forward to going back.

We enjoyed how peaceful the house and area was. It was a fantastic getaway after being locked up all these months due to covid. We loved being to play board games and enjoy the fire pit and peaceful mornings on the deck. House had all the bare necessities, even laundry detergent. We were able to do day trips to the caverns, Tontitown winery, University of Arkansas and Downtown Fayetteville.

There was mold in both bathrooms. We went to Wal-Mart and got bleach cleaner and sprayed the showers down. Other than that it was good.

This was a great place to stay for a family of five adults...plenty of room to spread out and relax. I could live on the porch, watching deer and birds move through the wooded yard. The lake is not quite visible from the house, and it's a relatively steep serpentine to the dock. However, my 60 year old husband and I made the trek safely every day for early morning fishing. We were unfortunate to follow a rental nightmare crew that broke the dishwasher and hacked off the neighbors. The owner was upfront in communicating the circumstances, but I was apprehensive about what we were walking into. There were isolated islands of party debris in the yard, but the house was otherwise clean. The neighbors breathed easier and dropped the post-traumatic side eye after a couple of quiet nights. The property is a short drive from Rogers, for groceries and take-out. I would definitely come back.

Lots of room, nice location, enjoyed having the private dock available! This was a perfect location for our large family vacation!

Beautiful lakefront house!
Spacious updated house with a great layout. This was our first extended family vacation- auunts/uncles/cousins/granny. We all felt like we had enough space. The walk to the dock is a steep hill which was a great workout lol. The dock was so nice to swim and fish from! We planned this trip around Eureka Springs which is farther than I thought. It's about 50 min. It's a great place to bring the family! Highly recommend!
