The condo is in the perfect spot. It was supplied with everything we needed, including dishes, pots and pans, seasonings for cooking, towels, bedding and a lot more. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with Kim was great. It's so close to Bearizona and an hour from the Grand Canyon. I do recommend this place.

This was the perfect location for our family trip across Arizona. We wanted to stay in Williams, as a central location close to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona. The apartment was right off the main strip of downtown Williams. I loved how we were able to walk to restaurants and all the shops. Even though it’s right off Route 66, you can’t hear any street noise from inside the apartment.
The apartment had everything we needed, plus more. I appreciate that the owners have little signs around with instructions for how to operate all the features in the apartment. We especially loved playing some of the board games after a long day of exploring.
We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy. The location is perfect to walk to the restaurants and shops in Williams. We stayed at this location because of the convenience of traveling to the Grand Canyon. After our day trip it was nice to come back to a comfortable place to watch TV and read. The throws are amazing! Everything you need to make a meal is readily available in the kitchen. Williams has a great little downtown, neon lights are awesome and plenty of choices to eat or have a microbrew. We would love to stay here again!

We loved the Little Chalet on 66! It was adorably decorated and had plenty of space. The beds were so comfortable. Even the pillows were wonderful! It was in a great location that was steps from local cuisine and shopping! Rate it a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was nice, clean, easy check in/out process, and in a good area. Lots of little diners and other places to eat at close by. We drove to the Grand Canyon one day, it was about an hour drive but seems faster bc there’s so much scenery to look at.

This place had everything you could need. We cooked most of our meals and it felt like we were staying at a friend's nice apartment. Kim was super nice and you could tell the owners took a lot of pride in decorating and making their place comfortable to stay in. It was central to all the fun places in town and we didn't have any issues, would definitely stay here again if I ever make my way to Grand Canyon again! Also, visit Bearizona!

The apartment was just as pictured and professionally cleaned. Kim the hostess was easy and pleasant to communicate with. Keyless entry. The rooms were on the small side so our family of 6 was cozy but not uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked: blender, toaster, popcorn popper, coffee bar, dish rack, pots, pans, utensils, plenty of cutting knives and boards. Really cozy blankets tucked away everywhere. Fun games. If you're looking to stay in Williams, stay here!

Awesome stay with family
I am little picky when it comes to staying hotel or airbnb so I always read hundred reviews before I make a reservation. I didn't expect anything from outside because it looks old but when I went inside it was clean and very cozy. We stayed there 26-30 December for holiday trip from California and location was really good. 90% places it was walking distance so we didn't have to drive anywhere. One thing I had to mention that I had little trouble on 29Dec. Around 4pm when we got back from Sedona we couldn't use toilet because it was clogged so my husband bought plunger from Safeway and try to fix it and for some reason it didn't work. We did have temporary toilet bucket for my daughter(5years old, long hour trip) so we used that until before we went to sleep. When I called Kim she didn't aware of the issue and try to call plumber so they can come out to property and check it out.
Unfortunately it's small town and they couldn't come out until next morning and we were checking out that morning. When I try to take a shower next morning, everything finally worked again. I believed it was snowing since 28th so weather was pretty bad and I think that's why drain was froze for 8 or more hours. She tried her best to comfort our family and I do not think this was owner's fault. It just so happened when I was there and it was unfortunate for me.
Anyways thank you for the clean and cozy house and I don't mind going back if we need to go williams again.

Gateway to the Grand Canyon
The property was expertly designed to look chic and stylish, feel clean and comfortable, and was completely equipped for all our needs. We walked a few blocks to the grocery store for breakfast and packable lunch options as well as a couple of our evening meals. There were so many restaurants within walking distance that we were able to choose something different any night we wanted to eat out. Every morning we walked the few steps across the one lane street for freshly made coffee. This location is central to day trips hiking around the south rim, climbing in and out of the canyon, kayaking the Colorado river, and exploring Sedona. Every night we enjoyed warming ourselves in front of the fireplace before tucking into the comfy beds while the white noise sleep machines lulled us to a deep sleep. This place is a destination unto itself.

Kim and Jason are very hospitable and engaging hosts! The location is around an hour drive from the south rim of the Grand Canyon but there are plenty of things to do that are closer to Williams. I believe groups can also travel by train to the Grand Canyon, but our group decided to drive. There are lots of places to eat. The location is within walking distances to clinic, Safeway, and many restaurants. Our group was very comfortable during our stay. Hot water was readily available and there are A/C units installed in every bedroom and the living area which can be locally controlled by remote. Fast wifi and well-stocked kitchen and coffee nook!

Best Location
This was a great location for all the northern AZ area. During our stay we found it was a convenient drive to Bearazonia, Sedona, Slide Rock, Sunset Crater Volcano, Petrified forest, Walnut Canyon, Flagstaff and of course the Grand Canyon. The property is steps away from Route 66, shops, dining, and many more places. Very quite and safe little town. The property owner was super responsive and was very pleasant to deal with, as I had many questions about the area. We loved the property and would stay there again.

Short but sweet
We stayed for 2 nights during a Grand Canyon trip. The property was a short drive to GC and was centrally located in Williams for shopping/dining in the evenings when we returned from hiking in GC. I did have to message the property manager the day of check in to get exact address and check in information, but other than that the process was simple, property was clean, nice, and cozy with all necessities provided. Would recommend.
