Great quiet area close to everything in Williams. They have games, movies, firewood, picnic table, fire pit, bbq, chairs, etc making it a super easy trip! Mattresses are very firm. I wish the lights in the park dimmed at quiet hours or there were darkening shades in the bedrooms to filter some of the bright light!

Heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Called front desk, left VM, nobody ever came to the trailer or called back, until we stopped at the office and asked for a small floor furnace

It was a nice campground, and the camper was clean, but there was a bad sewer smell in the bathroom, which we told the front office about and they came to fix it but it still smelled.

Glamping here was a very economical but nice way to stay on our vacation!

It was driving distance from Route 66, Bearizona and the Williams Roller Coaster! As a family we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed this visit, close to Williams, a lot of things to do, and close to everything.

It was terrible and we didn't stay. We ended up 35 miles away at a different hotel. The seats were spiked and disgusting. The shower had mold. Said it sleeps 5 but it sleeps 4 and maybe a col5d under 4 foot tall.

Power outage 4 times a day when using AC.

I did not end up staying at this location because they didn't allow cats. I understand their policy, but they refused to refund my stay fee. I ended up having to find and book my own second option.

It was our first time glamping/staying in a travel trailer. We were in a smaller trailer so space inside was a bit limited but cozy. Trailer was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was great. Everything is close by that you’ll need

Large family traveling across southwest part of the United States. This unit was nice and slept everyone comfortably. The RVs are parked very close together but it’s cozy and not intrusive. Staff was very helpful and communicative throughout the stay! It was a little disappointing to find out how far away the Grand Canyon actually is- I thought with a name like Grand Canyon flaming, the units would be on a campsite in the park or very close.

We had multiple issues. Attempted to talk to office but all we got was "sorry, that happens".
Problems:
1. TV connected to internet only. Told when full or it is windy internet goes out. Why have tv connected to internet if you know that is problem.
2. Internet. Was told owner had been advised to move receivers out of trees but doesn't want to do that.
3. AC went out -- had to call office
4. Hot water - was told there was enough for 7 minutes -- didn't last 2 minutes. Had to take cold showers Was told we could use the public showers.
5. Couch was broken. Had to put a pan behind it to make it sit up straighter.
6. Cleaning fee listed at one price but charged a higher price without explanation.

The cleanliness of the RV was obviously not a prioroty but they happily take a hefty cleaning fee from you upon arrival anyways. There was hair in the shower, the dishes provided were not clean, lots of dust and when i wiped the floor to clean up a few drops of water i spilled the napkin was black. The sheets on the bed were clean at least or i would've refused to stay. Also my RV was missing several amenities it was supposed to have and the wifi was horrible. The dirt road to the rv is nothing but major potholes and hard to drive in a small car. Also i was displeased to learn that you may only use their firepits provided if you pay them an additional twelve dollars per tiny bundle of firewood they have at the office and you will be fined if you bring your own. Also there's an older woman at the office that is very cranky on the phone and when i originally called to book an RV and ask about price she told me to go online and do it myself but when i told her i was online but the website was difficult to navigate she eventually helped. Thankfully i did my own searching because i got the same 4 nights for half the price on expedia than what i was quoted booking direct. They are just looking for your money and dont care about quality of service. All in all if this is your only option to stay in williams it is ok and the area is quiet.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It is very quiet and the staff in the office were very helpful. They are right on top of any needs you may have. The RV was comfortable and clean. The only inconvenience is not being able to use a blow dryer or curling irons in the rv as it blows the breaker. They do, however, have a very nice shower house/restrooms building that you can use them there. That's a huge plus! We would def stay here again!

Because of it being a camper on the 3rd you could smell the raw sewage. They do come put something in to help. But it didn't. Butbfor being a camper it was nice.

Great camping experience. They have everything you need, including cornhole and board games.

Everything provided to camo except the food. Even if you've never stayed in an RV, there are instructions how to operate everything. Plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. Far surpasses the motor lodge accomodations in Williams that very outdated and lobrow. staff friendly and courteous. Can't beat the price. Going back soon.

We’ve visited this camp ground a view times . Always been a pleasure, this time around the front desk staff wasn’t friendly, they gave us ONE packet of coffee for a week stay .
Employees aren’t the most presentable staff, drove around and around no greeting just watched you.
Next to our trailer was the staff member RV
Anyone who’s been they’re plenty of times can agree staff is very different.
Couldn’t check out- nobody was in the office .
For them to get the continued business, you’d think they showed appreciation for the support .

We’ve stayed here several times and I’d have to say the staff is not the most friendliest as prior . 1 coffee packet for my entire week stay ? Workers driver around and around watching you and not even to greet you as before .
The price is different when arriving and not by a few dollars .
The RV had enough space for 7 people to stay and because I put two adults and I arrived with 5 people they charged me an additional $120 bucks .

This was an interesting stay. The price was cheap in the off-season, so I gave it a try. The camper was more run down than I expected and the floor hadn't been swept or vacuumed. They are also very close together and depending on what row you're in, you can't even park right by your camper, which makes loading and unloading a hassle. Wifi was pretty much terrible from inside the camper. Also, when I called someone to light the oven they said they'd send someone right over...no one came...and then they didn't answer the phone again until the next day.
Overall, if you get in a mindset of "camping" rather than "glamping" you'll be good. The fire ring and view was nice.

Overall great experience! Just wish if the hot water in the shower could run for more than 10 minutes each time.

Great place to experience an RV or Camper lifestyle. Couldn’t do much because it ended up snowing but we were able to keep warm. The staff was friendly and attentive and it was an quick and easy check in. And it’s next to a truck stop with lots to offer.

The front desk staff was friendly and informative. Provided extras and assured us if we had any issurs, that someone was onsite to help even after the office closed.

Super friendly front desk personnel. They had s’mores kits and games to play that you could check out from the front office. I also wanted to stay an extra day and they were able to work that out for me in the front office. I will definitely return with more family it’s a great family environment to bond and explore. Only one hour from the Grand Canyon and one hour from Sedona each day we sit out to explore a different park.
