You will arrive and will be welcomed by the beautiful sounds of the Guadalupe River flowing directly in front (or back depending on your interpretation) of the home. The location is absolutely perfect - nestled right outside of New Braunfels and close to Canyon Lake while enjoying 60+ feet of Guadalupe Riverfront.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is fully furnished with an ideal kitchen with newer appliances for the cooking enthusiasts and access to laundry machines for your extended stays. The home has great views overlooking the quiet, scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River. This was our first trip as “the elders” with growing family. We had a wonderful time. We floated the river and for some in our party, it was a first. This is definitely going to be a wonderful memory we will share for years to come.

This was a great location with easy access to the river. House was roomy with everything we needed. The outdoor decks were great places to hang out and visit. Our host Dino was quick to respond to any questions.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Nice views. Enjoyed floating in front of house. Bring your own tubes to chill in the water at the house. Only word of advise, bring some trash bags as there were none. Other than that perfect weekend

We enjoyed this house from the second we walked in! It was very clean and nicely decorated! Great view of the river from the bottom and upper deck with adequate seating outside! Easy access to the river! We enjoyed our days just hanging out at the house/river! Grocery store is close by! Gruene was an easy 20 minute drive! Beds were extra comfortable, we usually never sleep well in other vrbos but we slept great here! House had everything we needed! Owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for just over a week during the fall of 2022. We loved the fenced in yard so we could let our dog out off-leash! The house had the essentials, nothing fancy, but met our needs just fine! If you are traveling to the area and bring a pet I would highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay. Love the fact that we were on the river and it was more family friendly. I must say the walk down to the river is a little challenging but we managed. We would defiantly stay here again.

Annual River Trip
The house had the perfect layout and met all of our needs for 8 adults. The a/c seemed to struggle pretty badly, so the house was a little warmer during the day and sometimes in the mid 80s. The patios could use a good power wash. The cleaning crew looked like they were in a hurry. We found dirty clothes/towels in the master closet and a random shirt on the patio. The location was perfect. We had our tube outfitter (Mountain Breeze) shuttle us to/from the house to the float which made our experience that much better.

Best 4th of July vacation!
We loved the location of this home on the river! We had our paddle boards and it was a great spot to go up and down the river. House had everything we needed and we had a great time! We knew by the notes left from homeowner to bring extra towels and toiletries so we were good. Thank you for sharing your home! 😃

Old bath towels, old cookware, cheap coffee maker, dated patio furniture, and a cluttered garage, didn’t match the updated bedding and some of the other updates they have done. Some conveniences like shampoo, conditioner, bath soap we’re not provided and would have been really nice to have on hand. The guest bath would not drain, leaving us to all share the master shower. Access to the water was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but if I have to truly rate it against 5 star properties we’ve stayed at, it was just ok.

Our family enjoyed this property. The beds are comfortable, the open floor plan is spacious, the deck and patio are large, the fence is secure for our dog, the river is steps away and groceries are close by. Definitely a winner.

Easy rental, best LOCATION for chilling on river.
Accommodations were good - bedroom with 2 full size beds great for children, or just one adult per bed. Queen bed and king bed were comfortable for adults.
Best chill spot with lovely view of hills downriver. We sat in river in our chairs and also sat in the water on our floats - GREAT relaxation location on river. Better than rentals near this rental pocket.
Easy drive to New Braunfels, Gruene, Horseshoe, and 5 mins. to grocery or great restaurant, Wildflour, in Canyon Lake area.

Thanksgiving was delightful in a quiet, peaceful setting on the river. Home is very clean with comfortable beds and updated throughout with new, large capacity appliances. Did not use the gas/charcoal grill riverside. Porch a great place to relax out of the weather. Stores nearby for groceries, etc. and limited local take-out. We’ll-stocked with pots, pans, glasses and tableware. Exceeded expectations.
