Room was nice and clean with a good view. Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and staff were very nice there.
Some staff members were rude. A lot of young, screaming kids. No quiet spaces at all. Pools were always overcrowded and not value for money at all.

design, staff, beach side, pool area, food offering and the entire feel of place was incredible. our first holiday with 8 month old and couldn’t dream of a better stay. staff in particular so amazing.
slow lifts and when you have a small baby - they must improve the lifts! that is all.

beach is really beautiful, food included at half board is good, stuff during the stay was polite and helpful.
yoga on the beach was really good as well.
hotel is in the middle of green hills, looks really beautiful.
thing you have to remember: it’s not an adults only hotel, even if they don’t have specific facilities for kids, people with kids go there. adults only pool is small (only 10 sun beds) and adults only zone on the beach is also tiny and too close to general zone. you will be surrounded by kids even in September.
food: room service, lunch restaurant on the beach, dinner restaurant at the beach - disaster. the worse food I ever had at the hotel. I don’t know how they manage to make french fries and club sandwich uneatable. we had last dinner at Topos restaurant at the beach and it was absolutely not tasty, we’ve got food poisoning (eating different things) and they lied about tips (this I noticed in the final bill, but had no willing to make a scene and payed). couple of times I found hair in salads at the dinner free flow.
facilities: two times (we stayed 7 nights) we were waking up in the middle of the night because of the fire alarm. sand on the room floor was always there even after cleaning. vanity kit you get one per stay, you have to ask all the time for a new one.
location: beach is great, but there is no place to walk at all, you have to have a car or be ready to pay 20-70€ one way for a taxi to get somewhere.
team: during the stay they were helpful and nice. after check out at the airport I realized that I forgot my airpods in the room, last seen location at my apple ID profile was hotel and the room. I called the hotel to check it, but they didn’t find it. even more: they were never calling me
back, I called them 3-4 times myself and was telling this story again and again to different people. I called them before check in time, so only employees had an access to the room and still didn’t find them👌🏻

Beautiful premises and a wonderful location. Nice staff.
Drinks are overpriced unfortunately and every day there were not enough towels by the pool/beach.
2.5
It has a beautiful beach.
The facilities are NOT clean. Our sheets were not changed for a week. There's a layer of dust anywhere you go.
3.5
This place is beautiful, amazingly decorated with fabulous gardens with breathtaking views everywhere.
there were a few things that didn’t live up to the star rating. We went in high season so the hotel was fully booked so understand most of these issues prob wouldn’t happen in quieter weeks, the staff were great but just didn’t seem like enough of them, we were constantly waiting to be served and never actually managed to get drinks to our beds etc… we just ended up ordering at the bar which was much quicker.
Room looked lovely but the shower leaked and it wasn’t cleaned one of the days we were there… again not a massive issue but you expect more for 5 star. Also our biggest disappointment was we thought the food was really average but expensive. We ended up eating up in the village at the top of the hill most nights as it was vastly better.
I complained one evening that my pork was overdone… it was almost inedible but was told that’s how it was supposed to taste. Pretty disappointing reaction to a guests complaint.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was fine as long as we went early in the evening. Staff were friendly.
Service was very slow. We were a family of 5 and reserved 2 bedrooms, one was allocated on the 6th room and the other on the 2nd floor. So disappointed with the poor organisation! Other restaurants were always fully booked for dinner...we could have been informed beforehand.

The rooms are lacking isolation of noise.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep and rest well. We had to call back and forth until we got an answer from the staff, and moved to another room, which was noisy as well.

Showers leak. Continued to leak even after it was raised with front desk staff

Location, beach, lounge

The location and beach are perfect. The majority of the staff are trying their best. The beds are comfortable, and the food is tasty.
The bath in the room was unacceptable - rusty, with scratches. It was hard to shower, as the shower head is a different size than the handle.
We had to catch the waiters' attention during meal time in the main restaurant to get a coffee or drink. Part of the staff was apologetic about how busy they were, however on a few occasions the waited on our side would ignore us for a while and after sending a colleague to apologise for the wait (or at least this is how it looked like).
4.5
Amazing hotel, very good service, best beach!
Food: incredible buffet, everything was delicious and a lot of different options
staff: good service and any mistakes they make sure they resolve it
beach & area: the best, no need to leave the hotel as they have so many restaurants and bars with shows everyday
bedroom I think it could of been cleaner sometimes or I reckon get more housekeepers and I only saw one for a whole floor

Breakfast and Dinner buffet was elaborate and enormous.
Private Beach with plenty of deck chairs and towels
No evening activity for children

Check in process was slow and tortuous

The hotel whilst very big was well designed. We had a “tropical experience “ as opposed to a sea view. I wouldn’t have said we had a view but because the weather was poor our balcony was probably more sheltered than the sea view balconies and there is plenty of opportunity to view the sea. The staff were all very nice and I would say did their best. We did half board at the last minute because only one of the local tavernas were open due to bad weather. The swimming pools and beach facilities were excellent. We probably prefer a cove but the long beach was clean and sandy withe very comfortable Su beds and umbrellas.
The meals were buffet service which was very good although it sometimes depended on luck if the dish you wanted had been replenished at the time you looked at it. However there was plenty of choice and the choice did vary daily. Breakfast was good except for the coffee service. We were early the day of our departure and it was fine but other days when we were a bit later they definitely needed another big coffee machine and two more baristas. They were working flat out but couldn’t keep up with demand. The self serve machines only did small cups and the coffee was very bitter. Our room was always clean where it really mattered but the service varied. Often forgot to top up the tea making station.

Food was great, beach and facilities are awesome. Staff are really helpful, smiling and kind!
Nothing to mention. Just that customers should be aware that the resort is remote, so i would strongly recomand to rent a car to avoid to be stuck there.

super convenient, great facilities and very good restaurants

spacious, great atmosphere, all necessary amenities, such as fitness room, two pools, various options to eat. nice calming colours

Impressive buffet breakfast that ran late so we had time for a swim or gym or lie in before breakfast. High spec gym and nice pools, right on the beach. Really stylish hotel with excellent staff / service.
Not much nearby and bus stops 2km away at the top of the hill, so not easy to access other restaurants or interesting sites without a car
5.0
Beautiful location, good food, sunsets!
Staff were very attentive and brilliant with the children.
Coffee
Bathroom
Lack of clear communication about transport.
A print out bus timetable and a little map of the area would be nice. ( especially for walkers)
Or a list if local taxi drivers.
4.5
The staff are all, all of them doing their very utmost to
give you an excellent time. Food is all abundant and
excellent and with ample hours. The building is
spaciouss and the facilities are great. We had a sea
view. I think all rooms have a fairly large balcony.
The rooms are a bit small to be honest. The drinks are not
cheap.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. you will not be disappointed.
There was nothing not to like. The only thing that you could consider negative was no shop facilities on site, except an extremely basic unit and being isolated means no shops nearby. Also lack of ice creams for children! However being isolated made it a more relaxing holiday. For dinner I would have suggested a complimentary bottle of water, seemed very trivial to pay €4 for water and orange juice was free flowing at breakfast. It wasn’t the cost, it was the effort of having to wait for a bill to sign which did distract from an enjoyable meal.
