Hotel agréable et avec une bonne ambiance au lobby

Bon petit déjeuner et hotel sympathique et bien situé. Nous étions à un étage élevé et les chambres étaient spacieuses.

La rue en bas de l'hotel est un peu bruyante le matin ou soir mais acceptable

Havre de paix

Un havre de paix au centre de la ville. Une vue à couper le souffle. Très propre, moderne, aménagé avec goût. Les critiques sur le petit-déjeuner ne sont pas fondées. Il y a un choix plus que raisonnable pour quelque chose qui est gratuit !

Avoir quelqu’un qui accueille les clients qui arrivent pour le petit déjeuner changerait la perception…

La posizione centrale è perfetta

La sporcizia ed il chiasso. Sul nostro piano per oltre 24 ore era pieno di sacchetti di cibo vuoti ( ordinati da qualcuno). Il parcheggio indica 30’ per avere l’auto, ma con me ci hanno messo quasi 45’ ! La camera non è stato pulita, nè areata ( odore di fumo). Sono stato 2 gg e non hanno rifatto la camera e nessuno lo ha specificato che la fanno solo ogni 3 gg, Che con quello che si paga è davvero poco !

Need more room for breakfast and food you keep running out and more time to get thru all the people love the food we could get to many people trying at the same time went back to my room and came back to find no food

Totally dysfunctional room and rude staff

Very little = the locationis good, the check-in was nice, the mattress was good.

The lights in the bathroom were borken. We told the front desk this at noon, we told this to the maintenance person on our floor at 6 pm. When we left the next morning, they were still unfixed. The flourescent lights made sleeping very difficult. The hi-t4ech TV/computer monitor blocked the windows, was unreadable, The phone staff hung up on us twice

Fantastic Location. Great facility, Quiet, Lovely employees, breakfast a disapointment.

The facility is new modern and very quiet while being just blocks from most things we wanted to do. Great Location. The employees couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to friends.

The breakfast was more than underwhelming. Same sausage (just in different forms), eggs and potatoes every day. Very little fresh fruit. I've had better breakfasts at cheap motels less than half the price. At least they vary it a bit (sausage one day and then bacon the next. For 5 nights this was just nothing to look forward to after the second morning. No place at all to sit for 3 of the mornings. even the benches along the wall were full. Would have given the hotel a straight 10 if not for the breakfast.

Sustainable & clean hotel very close to everything we wanted to do

The style and ambiance of the hotel, very clean and welcoming aesthetic, the location was AMAZING walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, very safe and easy to get around. Love that they’re sustainable and have filtered sink water to drink. The kitchen was great for our leftovers

The ac was pretty complicated to work

An excellent get away!

Everything was great and spotlessly clean. The room was infused with jasmine and cedar and added to my relaxation. Darian was helpful with dinner suggestions. The location was amazing. Hope to stay again.

The room was cute with a great view. Staff was very nice and location was a block away from the subway that took us right to where we need to go (this was suggested by staff which I loved).

Parking was a nightmare. Pulling up for valet with check in was horrible. 2 rows of cars, everyone was beeping at you while you waited for someone to come help. Then they gave you a card when a number to text when you need your car. We texted the number when we were about to check out and it wasn’t working so we called the front desk and they went on their computer and said they would let them know. 30 minutes later we went down with our luggage like we were told and they took our number again. There was no organization. They didn’t go in order. People that had just walked up 15 minutes prior were getting their car before people waiting for over an hour. We ended up waiting for an hour and half for our car. And for $60 a night, it could be a little more organized.

Great hotel experience. Parking was a nightmare.

Great location, clean, nice size, top floor fave is a great view.

The parking is only valet. We had to park in the street blocking a lane upon arrival. Very stressful.
