all around a good place to stay

clean and modern with lovely staff. also good breakfast

the doors were heavy and hard to open, toilet was loud and there was no body wash in the dispenser

Location was good could walk into town.Also quick access to River walk.Staff very helpful and friendly.Good breakfast options.

It is expensive.Not that I need room serviced but no service given.Im guessing you can ask but for price should be a given.

We loved the location and the proximity to the river path.

Location and the fact that the room could sleep 3 people. We loved that the riverwalk trail was across the street.

The pull out sleeper sofa was pretty uncomfortable. Either a better quality sofa bed or an offer for an egg carton mattress pad would have made it more comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Bend with a pet and an EV

Very walkable, park right across street. Nice EV chargers in parking lot.

Very nice, but bring a flashlight.

I loved the afternoon guest get-together.

The room lighting was overly bright and there was no way to have a night light. And the light switch for the bedside lamps was next to the door, so not convenient.

The hotel was nice to look at, but I wouldn’t stay there again because the rooms are too noisy.

Aesthetically the hotel was very nice and there was a park across the street. The gym was well equipped and the pool looked nice.

The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear my neighbor’s late night tv, microwave, shower and 5:00 AM conference call.

Superb

Great location, walking distance from downtown where you can find tons of eateries and breweries. Room is big, clean and comfortable. They have hot and cold breakfast every morning and complimentary happy hour 4-630 Monday-Thursday.

Price is high but the area is safe when traveling with kids and that was important to us.

The property is in a great location. Easy to get around Bend. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and the property was beautiful. Enjoyed my stay.

Good Hotel Experience

The property was well maintained and clean, my family enjoyed the court yard, swimming pool, and liked the location being close to downtown and walking trails along river. I loved how accessible the entire hotels was even without booking a wheelchair room.

The entrance to the hotel parking lot from NE Olney Ave is not constructed to accommodate wheelchair Vans and not marked, so our can scrapped really bad. The breakfast missed a good review by a few marks. The grill only cooks the item of the day, the toast and bagels didn’t have any cream cheese or jelly, the muffins didn’t get marked with flavors. All small details but things that would better accommodate families and provide variety.

Superb

This hotel is a must. It's an experience within bend itself. Very close and very clean. Rooms were wonderful staff was amazing. Breakfast was great, the little touches throughout and awesome location. Thanks for the stay! We'll have to do it again!

No bath mat in the bathroom. Slippery floors.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the bed was comfortable, but noise was a problem.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility was modern and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We requested hypoallergenic bedding and a higher floor, both of which we received and appreciated.

The room was not quiet. The walls were very thin and there was no insulation between rooms. After retiring for the evening a party entered the room next to us and their conversation kept us awake for another two hours. In addition, there was significant road noise from the adjacent parkway and a train.

Exceptional value for money

The staff greeted us warmly and gave excellent service including the chef in the Breakfast room. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The design of the building was spacious and appealing, especially the wide hallways and big windows.

overall pleased with Element properties!

loved the breakfast! I wish I could remember her name, but we stayed 10/22. whoever was working the morning of 10/23 made our experience!

The bed in the Queen suite was terrible. thin walls, heard the guests walk above us.

Everything!!! Exceptional from Front desk staff to Kitchen staff. Also the breakfast was excellent!! the room was very clean and also the pool hot tub were great.!!
