Lovely house
Shame beds was so un comfortable double beds are both terrible

Attempt to make it looking like Bauhaus
Stained carpets, cobwebs everywhere and totally blunt knives in the kitchen

Very close to cumberland infirmary hospital , well equipped (washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils….), the staff who are responsible for the property are super nice and helpful(we had issue in the shower and they came right away). Mr Andy was extremely nice and friendly , he picked me up with his own car when there was no taxi to take me :(
Carpet is not very clean(stains),sometimes wifi is not good(slow)lastly the heat is not balanced (hot upstairs and cold downstairs).

While the apartment isn't close to the city, transport connections were good. It was close to an excellent takeaway, post office and supermarket.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very bright & inviting. Host Graham was friendly and obliging. We'd definitely stay here again.
A few written instructions about how to use the appliances would have been helpful, and we have never had to sign such a long & complicated document setting out terms and conditions before.

Great house close to Carlisle centre.

Decent house near amenities. Comfortable with home feel. Great communication with host prior to arriving and smooth process overall.
1. Cutleries weren't properly cleaned. Microwave and downstairs toilet too had stains.

It was clean, tidy and provided everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Host was friendly and welcoming.
No locks on bathroom doors. An earlier check in would be better.

Myself daughter & son inlaw booked here for my husbands birthday, wow absolutely beautiful, very well laid out, plenty room in place, all furniture etc was immaculate, dodnt want to leave yesterday, owners were quick answering anything we waked for got late checkout instead of 10am we got 2pm, location brilliant to all places, would highly recommend this apartment, & we will definitely be back after the new year 💜🥰

The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped throughout. The back garden is very nice but unfortunately the wet weather prevented us from using it. In summer it would be very pleasant. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels, etc supplied. The downstairs toilet is very handy when a few people are sharing the house.
The house was a bit further from Carlise centre than we anticipated, a brisk 25 minute walk. We were there for a badminton tournament in the Sands Centre so had to drive there but did walk into town in the evenings.
The bedrooms are quite small but adequate for the four of us. If more people were sharing it would be a bit tight.
The electric shower in the bathroom changes temperature from cold to boiling hot so perhaps needs servicing.

Liked the Art Deco and comfortable bedding.
Location as in a run down part of Carlisle.

It was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect and there was a shop very close. Parking was ideal.

Very spacious rooms (bedroom, kitchen and living - including good size dinning table) recently refurbished to a very high standard. Easy to find and park. Very convenient for Carlisle and surrounding area. Would also recommend Frying Dutchmann round the corner for an excellent twist on takeaways

Fantastic rooms, brand new luxurious interior, quirky designs - just fantastic. Really comfortable and really clean - excellent price! Bathroom was super clean too and new linens add to the experience
Carlisle is a dump. Simply a shame that such a nice interior is located on such a rubbish street.
Just a couple small things that could've been better - no toilet roll or kitchen towels provided, no lock on the bathroom, toilet flush button nearly unusable.

There was nothing that I can think of that we didnt like

Clean, tidy & well decorated, off-street parking space, our dog was welcome.
Holes in the hedge meant the dog could escape, a brief guide of the area would help for those unfamiliar with the city.

I did not stop at the property booked but was “upgraded” to another property nearby - a two- bedroomed terrace house which would sleep 4. Douglas House
downstairs bathroom

Good layout. Comfy beds on a quiet road.
Needs decorating in places and quite alot of noise from neighbours but not stupidly late at niht thankfully. Living space would be very tight if u filled all 7 beds. Great for 4-5 people max

(We actually stayed in Quentin house) Lovelyfamily holiday home from home, from the moment we walked in the door, Lovely and clean. Decor simple and modern. Big good sized bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is amazing 😍( I even had time to enjoy a gin when the kids were in bed. )
close enough to walk into town and visit the castle.
Took my boys fishing (trout farm) just outside Carlisle.
Rainy day we went to Fusion (trampoline indoor place) 20min walk
Walby farm (brilliant kids day out) 15min drive.
We really had a lovely time.
Fish and chip shop 2min walk
Sainsburys 10min walk away
Spar shop
Mcvities factory (shop open to public) 5min walk away.
Lake District short drive away
Have already recommended to friends.
Nothing to not like.
